Haunted Harmony Mysteries: Prelude to a Wedding brings Gethsemane and Eamon back for another supernatural whodunit - this time with a wedding, a messy group of longtime friends, and, naturally, a dead member of the bridal party. Tamera Mowry-Housley and Risteard Cooper return for the fourth installment in the Hallmark Mystery franchise, and while we still love this ghostly crime-solving duo, we have some thoughts about where this series is headed - and whether it might finally be time to stop killing people and start talking to more ghosts.

Some Hallmark movies win us over. This one had us from the wrapped brown paper. Blind Date Book Club stars Erin Krakow as a Nantucket bookshop owner weighing whether to keep the store her mother left her, and Robert Buckley as the bestselling author who shows up to pitch his new novel to her book club under a name that is not quite his. We both gave it 4.5 stars, and we are still not over how neatly it pulls off the exact thing it spends the first act criticizing. Here is our full review.

For Hallmark’s newest Fall Into Love premiere, there is no question - we are very excited about this one. Much About Love premieres Saturday, August 29, and takes a page straight from the Bard, giving Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing a modern Hallmark makeover. Ashley Williams stars as a TV director who returns to her theater roots for a Shakespeare festival, only to find herself once again trading barbs - and perhaps falling in love - with an old flame played by Niall Matter. Hallmark Channel officially kicks off Fall Into Love 2026 with Love Finds You, starring Aimee Teegarden and Chris McNally. Teegarden plays Alex, a jewelry designer who receives a mislabeled package and becomes convinced the contents point her toward her ideal man. Enter Jack (McNally), the delivery driver who gets roped into a citywide hunt for the rightful owner and, naturally, helps Alex figure out what she actually wants along the way. It's a scavenger-hunt rom-com premise, which is one of our favorite Hallmark structures when it works, because it forces two people into a car together and gives them somewhere to go. We'll get into whether the search pays off, whether the package gimmick holds up for a full 84 minutes, and how Aimee Teegarden's long-awaited Hallmark return lands.

Hallmark Channel wraps up its three-movie Hallmark Birthday Celebration lineup with Aussie at Heart, starring Rhiannon Fish and Daniel Lissing. Fish stars as Samara, a former lawyer turned event planner who heads to Queensland to plan a couple’s anniversary celebration - only to find herself working alongside Nate (Lissing), her former coworker, longtime rival, and a man with whom she clearly has some unfinished business. With an Australian backdrop, a rivals-to-lovers setup, and two familiar Hallmark stars at the center of it all, Aussie at Heart closes out Hallmark’s August birthday celebration. Our review will break down the chemistry, the Queensland scenery, and whether this final movie in the three-film lineup saved the best for last.

Episode four of Paris Is Always a Good Idea is called "Knightley," and it's the best one yet. We finally learn who Chelsea has been recording those voice memos for. We dig into the Sophie dinner, the backstory that made both of us emotional, Annabelle and Declan's complicated night, and the Eiffel Tower scene that had us screaming into our notes. Then we get to that ending. We also read a listener theory connecting this whole story to Jane Austen's Emma, and it's a good one.
