Stephanie has been with ICF since 2011. She was Regional Manager and Interim Director for Latin America and was able to grow the region’s awareness of Professional Coaching and added 5 new chapters to the 10 that existed at the time. In her role of Awards’ Director, she intends to highlight the golden standard in the Coaching spectrum that ICF represents.

Stephanie enjoys working in partnership with the ICF team and volunteer leaders in the system collaborating to achieve ICF's vision in the world: that Coaching is an integral part of a thriving society and every ICF Member represents the highest quality of professional coaching. She is a strong promoter of the positive effects of coaching in all environments to achieve a better world!

Stephanie is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese and can also speak French. She is a Systems Analyst and studied for a master's degree in Literature.
