Then, Dom welcomes in Nathan Benefield, Senior Vice President of the Commonwealth Foundation, back onto the Dom Giordano Program to discuss a new ruling by the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court which decided that the funding system for the State, particularly pertaining to Philadelphia public schools, violates the state constitution.
