The Colorado Avalanche seem to be leveling out in 2 out of the 3 positions on the ice. The team's forwards and offense are on a roll, the defense is starting to put things together more, but where the Avalanche are failing is at the goalie position.

That was on display over the weekend when the Avalanche surrendered eight goals (two ENG's) to the Florida Panthers. So while the goalie position needs to improve, the question is what changes do the Avalanche need to do to help the issues?

All of that plus an explanation for why there have been two games in a row where the Avs have received a double minor when there didn't seem to be any blood. The reasons don't seem to help the argument.
