Dr. Alison Egeland is a Naturopathic Physician with additional training in Functional Medicine. She obtained her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine at National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL. She was inspired to pursue a degree in Naturopathic Medicine after struggling with her own chronic health issues. Utilizing a holistic approach, she works with each individual to understand his or her unique health challenges and goals. In her practice, she takes a thorough health history and may utilize a number of laboratory and functional medicine tests. Some of the treatments may include diet and lifestyle changes, targeted vitamin and nutrient therapy, botanical medicine, homeopathy, hydrotherapy, detoxification and IV nutrient therapy.

Natasha Connell is a veteran in the US Army and a fitness professional since 2001. She is certified through ISSA and ACE as Fitness Trainer, and also as a Nutrition Specialist and Exercises Therapy Specialist with ISSA. She is also an NPC competitor and 2014 Steve Broadway Classic Master’s Bikini Division Champion. She is also a former marathoner, an avid obstacle race competitor and a ballet dancer.

Peter Kadzielawski is a NCSF Certified Personal Trainer, a Sports Nutrition Specialist, as well as a Triathlon Coach. As a multiple Ironman finisher himself who still remembers struggling through his first 5k run, Peter strives to inspire his clients and athletes to unleash their potential and rediscover new possibilities.
Since 2001 Peter has worked with individuals from many backgrounds, some taking up exercise for the first time looking for weight loss and toning, and others seeking guidance with a more extreme goal of training for an Ironman triathlon. Peter has published articles in the Chicago’s Competitor Magazine formerly known as Windy City Sports, some of his work was also featured in the Golf Fitness Magazine and Colorado Runner website.

Megan Raupp, MS RD LDN is a registered and licensed Dietitian who received her BS and MS degrees in nutrition and dietetics from Northern Illinois University. While completing her Masters degree, she also completed the Graduate Certificate of Study in Eating Disorders and Obesity.
Megan’s expertise is working with clients suffering with eating disorders and related issues, but also sees anyone with nutrition needs: weight loss/maintenance/restoration, healthy eating, lifestyle modifications and general wellness. She is passionate about spreading awareness of eating disorders and helping educate on proper nutrition by speaking at over 15 seminars and presentations at local schools, area dietetic associations and professional seminars.
