And your body is indeed a temple.

And the body is a place that grounds your Soul to this physical dimension.
You are of the earth, but also of the divine.

With every breath that you take, you are not just breathing in air, but you are also breathing in Prana, the life force energy.

I want to ask you:

How do you see your body?
Do you see your flaws or the things you like about it first?'
Do you look at your body with disappointment, resentment, rejection, dissatisfaction, or even disgust?

Making peace with your body is an essential step.
