Maggie is a scientist turned perfectionism expert, who's passion is helping others stop letting perfectionism rule their lives. For years she let perfectionism rule her own life, by pursuing endless degrees because that's what others expected her to do, by always being the most helpful friend and employee because her whole self-worth was driven by intense people pleasing, by feeling like she wasn't good enough yet and had to keep proving herself. Then she realized that all these thoughts, feelings and behaviours were driven by her perfectionist mindset, and that was something she could work on. She became obsessed with learning about tools and strategies to shift away from a perfectionism-driven mindset into one that would help her live a more authentic, enjoyable life. And now she helps other women do the same. Through sharing her journey on social media, providing free resources specifically for perfectionists to offering private coaching and courses customized to her clients needs, Maggie helps other overachieving perfectionists take back the reins, and stop letting perfectionism rule their lives.
