Historically, the social work field has normalized burnout and a lack of emotional support and specialized knowledge after grad school is all too common. I'm not okay with this and am making it my mission to see that new social workers have a different experience! I'm striving to create a community where clinical social workers feel like they have the resources and tools they need to feel CONFIDENT when helping clients through the therapeutic process and they have the emotional support they need for guidance and to be the best they can be. 

I am starting this by helping social workers who are new to the field and who want to purse the clinical route. Many feel unsure of their clinical skills, need to fine-tune their documentation, and want to learn from others in the field who are actually DOING the work.
