The Niles Village Board and Mayor George D. Alpogianis approved a $440 million redevelopment project set to take place on the Golf Mill Town Center. The project will “transform Golf Mill into a master-planned, mixed-use development featuring retail, restaurant, hotel, medical office, residential, and entertainment uses. The project is expected to create new businesses and jobs, enhance the tax base for Niles schools and the village and expand the Niles’ stock of luxury housing.” Mayor Alpogianis joined Bob Sirott to share his thoughts on the historic agreement.
