Until recently, the details of Lake Winnipeg's bottom contours were a secret.  Craig McDougall of Anglers' Edge Mapping, a Canadian Based survey technology company shares how they were able to chart the South Basin of Lake Winnipeg and the Red River to make much of the structure that was hidden available to anglers chasing trophy greenbacks on the big lake.

The "Women On Ice Angler Project" recently brought a group of female outdoor enthusiasts out on Lake Superior for an event that focused on feeding the passion that these women have for the outdoors.  One of the organizers, Shantel Wittstruck of Sioux Falls, SD shares what the event did for the group and what other exciting things are in store in the future!

Next weekend's Ottertail On Ice event will feature numerous local and regional musical acts performing in an "on-ice" event to highlight the winter beauty of Ottertail County, Minnesota.  Erik Osberg shares plans and highlights of this second annual event.  Erik shares how they are preparing for Ottertail County's winter weather and plans for the show to go on in a comfortable, heated tent out on the ice.

Each year the SHOT (Shooting, Hunting, Outdoor Trade) Show is held in Las Vegas, highlighting everything in the shooting and outdoor products industry.  John Burt, SCHEELS expert is attending the event with other members of the SCHEELS team to learn more about new products and trechnology for the 2019 hunting season.  He joined Scott and Kyle to share some insight in this event and what has been exciting this year.
