"I have found myself in a great relationship for four years but I'm wanting to amp it up in the bedroom a little. I'm finding it hard to voice what I want since we've kinda just done our thing for the last four years with no issues, and I also don't know what I want. "Over the last like 9 years I’ve been in three toxic relationships. I got out of a relationship early January so I'm not looking for another, but I’ve been spending time with a long-term friend and things have gotten a bit spicy. However, clearly something is wrong with me because he is kind, loving, funny, an absolute sweetheart, talented, wants to take me out and treat me like a queen but I’m just really struggling. "I feel like I have been disrespected multiple times by different friends. For example, a friend “forgot” we made plans and didn’t follow through, standing me up for hours. Another friend bailed on me for a man and didn’t bother to reschedule. Another friend crossed my boundaries after I had an honest and open conversation about how I was feeling. I also just recently had another friend pull out of an interstate trip the day before and showed little to no remorse. I would like to learn to speak more truthfully with my friends. I feel like a push over and disrespected."
