Here are some of the ideas I list in the audio:
1) Journal and Reflect on the Week
2) Turn the notifications off on your phone until 8 or 9 a.m.
3) Drink coffee and catch up on your favorite shows.
4) Do yoga or meditate
5) Turn on an album and meal prep, take a hot bath, or work on a project.
