When you think of knitting, you think grandmas making questionable scarves right? Not anymore! Meet Cardigang.
Cardigang is the lockdown brainchild of co-founders, Cat Bloxsom and Morgan Collins who were looking for something to keep them connected and calm during Melbourne’s harsh Covid lockdown in 2020. Instead of baking sourdough, they decided to give knitting a go and with the help of YouTube, taught themselves how to knit. Their creations quickly caught the eye of family and friends and the idea for Cardigang was born.
Cardigang now sells over 30 knit kits, from beanies and scarfs, to jumpers, vests and cardigans. All their custom, cosy-chic knit kits are made for beginners, by beginners and give even the never-knitted-before knitter all the confidence and gear they need to knit a masterpiece.

This is the episode I wasn't sure that I could bring myself to record. I have hinted over the last year about my past business that I founded, and thought it was about time I sit down and tell the story - the good and the very bad.
If there is any lesson people take from this episode, it's that it's okay to know when something (your business or other) isn't serving you anymore and that it's time to walk away. After everything that I made it through over the four years of my first business journey, the one thing I know for sure is that what makes a business special and successful, isn't the product, it's you.
This episode is very emotional and was very difficult for me to record and I hope that you find a connection to my story - and if you do, I would love to hear from you.
