Strict border restrictions in Australia are still in place and without a travel exemption, you cannot travel to India. A Sydney-based auditor, Bharat Dhawan is among the few Indians who got an exemption in his first attempt. Mr Dhawan considers himself 'very lucky' and shares his experience with SBS Hindi.
