  • Episode 24: Teen Titans Vol. 1 (A Kids Game)
It's tough being a kid, especially when you're a super hero living in a letter shaped skyscraper. Al and T revisit an old favorite with the first volume of Teen Titans by Geoff Johns! We talk about how cute Al would be as a comic book librarian, gush about Tim Drake (yes, again), and ask the evergreen question... Why is Beast Boy so, SO horny? It doesn't matter, please tone it down green guy.

  • Episode 23: Silent Hill 3
This week Al and T hangout with perhaps the best moody teen in video games (looking at you Max from L.I.S.), as we head down to the mall to catch some z's, clock some fashions, and descend ever deeper into a spiraling bloody hell abyss. We play Silent Hill 3's mall sequence to completion and finally give Heather the friendly roasting she deserves. An orange turtleneck?! Get it together Heather!

  • Episode 22: Punisher MAX Kingpin
This week we are joined by Pete LePage (of Comic Book Club/Riverdale After Dark/etc) as we dive into Punisher MAX: Kingpin by Jason Aaron and Steve Dillon. After we gush about Riverdale for a little, we talk about Kingpin's proclivity for making memorable exits, potty-mouthed mob bosses, and choking on a sack of rats.

We loved having Pete on this episode, so go listen to the other podcasts he is on at: http://comicbookclublive.com/

We are planning on covering more Marvel books, but we would love to hear your suggestions on comics and games for us to cover! Send us an email or tweet at us nerds!

  • Minisode: Bloodborne/Bat-Dick/Persona 5/DC Universe
This week we take a little break from our usual format to talk shop about the important issues. T talks about FromSoftware's Bloodborne and makes an argument for it as spooky fun for even "beginners" and Al brings T up to speed on Batman: Damned and we give our lukewarm takes on the Bat-Dick controversy. T reflects on beating Persona 5 and Al takes some first looks at DC comic's new video streaming platform.

Next week we bring on Pete LePage from the Comic Book Club and Riverdale After Dark Podcasts! He brought us PunisherMAX: Kingpin which we had a great time with, that episode comes out next Monday! Stay tuned!

  • Episode 21: A Normal Lost Phone
This week we find A Normal Lost Phone and try to find out who it belongs to and why it was abandoned. We talk about tough-to-leave relationships, we see the return of more god damn chill-nylon-string-indie-music (see Life is Strange), and we take the time to consider how cute Al would be as judge (that lil powdered wig and all! ^__^)
We also have a very special guest bringing a comic next week, so stay tuned to the end to here about it!

  • Episode 20: The Skeptics
Believe it or not, this week Al and T read The Skeptics, written by Tini Howard and art by Devaki Neogi. It's the Cold War and the government needs to prove American teens are just as supernaturally gifted as their Russian counterparts. We discuss excusing yourself to go to the bathroom as a plot device, "adults in charge" having no idea what they are doing, and Al calls a boy weak for not wanting to kiss because of onion breath.

  • Episode 19: Life is Strange (ep 2)
Al and T return to Arcadia Bay to twist space and time, and do fetch quests for our cool friend in our coverage of the second episode of Life Is Strange! We spend our time turning off all the angsty acoustic music on people's stereos, we ponder over more Max-isms that both delight and astound us, and Al gives us the hot take on Chloe and Max's (gay?) relationship. We also brought up that time Marco Rubio had to stop his speech to awkwardly drink water desperately out of a tiny water bottle so a video of that is linked here. Never let him live it down.

You can find our coverage of the first episode here.

  • Episode 18: Flame Con 2018
This week we bring you a special episode on our experience with Flame Con 2018 in NYC! We talk about our personal experiences with the world's largest LGBTQA+ convention and talk to some amazing comic book creators, artists, and curators! We start off talking about the troubles of finding a good "all purpose gay bar", the ways this con went out of it's way to be queer friendly, and our general impressions.

We then follow up with interviews with Anne Ishii of Massive Goods where we talk about the importance of erotic art being culturally valued, we catch up with illustrator Shae Beagle of the image comic Moonstruck and discuss the importance of making queer content for future generations, and end with the talented and effortlessly charismatic Tee Franklin of Bingo Love and her upcoming series Jook Joint!

Thank you to all the event organizers, artists, fans, and wonderfully queer individuals that filled our hearts with gay, gay love! Links below as to where you can buy things from these creators!!!

Massive books, fashion, and more are sold here!

Moonstruck can be bought here or wherever you buy comics. (follow Shae on Tumblr for more of their art)

You can buy Tee Franklin's Bingo Love here or at your local comic shop as well!

  • Episode 17: Snotgirl
Her insta... flawless, her fashion... unclockable, her hair... a gooey green. Al and T get to know the real Lottie behind the social media fame (or do we?) in the first volume of Snotgirl by Bryan Lee O'Malley (of Scott Pilgrim) and Leslie Hung! We also talk about our elaborate naming convention for the corner store's familial workforce, bending media to fit the ever changing platforms of social media, and copy cats!

  • Episode 16: Hearthstone
It's time to du-du-du..... play hearthstone. This week Al and T play the extremely fun and surprisingly deep collectable trading card video game called, "Hearthstone". While we do talk about this absolute gem made by Blizzard, we also obviously digress into talks about Yu-Gi-Oh which we had much to say about. Al talks about scary spiders and T talks about uniting elementary school kids in an organized uprising to keep Yu-Gi-Oh cards in school. I swear we really do discuss Hearthstone in this.
