Today we let Nikita know that identity theft is not a joke. Nikita talks about his run in with immigration services due to Bill calling in a tip. Then they go over the most recent FloGrappling WNO card and chat a little about Polaris.
If you can check out the YouTube version you will see Nikita came dressed as his favorite person to impersonate, Kyle Boehm...
Enjoy a Chris Hardy free episode and may he Rest In Peace.
Today was a goodie, we had Chris's "Spawn" as he calls her, Anna in studio! She is a green belt under Matt Jubera from Six Blades Jiu-Jitsu in Colorado. If you have any anxiety about training or you find yourself talking to your way out of training. This will be a great episode for you. Anna has been training for a long time and we talk about her start with Krav Maga and how she found BJJ and the experiences with switching gyms multiple times.
Anna and Bill turn the show into a sugar show when they go on about their favorite sugary treats and snacks. It was a spirited convo that you could really see the passion come out in these two.

We start today with story time with Bora Bill. He tells of a time him and a teammate recently attended an openmat and one of them was basically shunned scolded with his eyes.
Also we go over this weekends EBI and BJJ Stars events, these have now already happened so you might be hearing how dumb our predictions are or how smart we are.
