In this episode, I dive into what I do, moment-to-moment, when I get hit with waves of grief (in this case, over my dad). What happens to my body on a physical, mental, and emotional level and how I actually USE all the tools I talk about (mental discipline, the fact that everything is a choice, breathwork, etc.) to help me navigate, accept, and honor these moments but without indulging in them and spiraling and losing an entire hour/day/week to them.
In this specific instance, I talk about grief, but the "formula" is similar to how I navigate any moments of overwhelm, stress, or intense and unexpected emotion.
