Training is very expensive.  Luke and Dex discuss what to look for in a training company, how to evaluate the trainer/company before you sign up and how social media and YouTube can help decide if the cadre are compatible with your personality.

• Using social media to evaluate trainers
• Reviewing AAR's from friends, forums and Reddit
• Looking for free content on YouTube to see the personality of the trainer
• Verifying that the trainer/company still train and compete
