Good evening 

Thank you so very much for joining me.  Thank you Brendan for the wonderful bits and bobs: I will reply soon.  

If Dickens is new to you, please persevere with TPP.  It really is wonderful, but, like a few books, it takes a few chapters to get stuck in.  

How are you?  Are you away on holiday?  Are you going through a happy time, or a difficult time?  Tomorrow we will have a literary episode which will continue E Gaskell’s Life of Charlotte Brontë, with the deliciously interesting background information about Haworth in the early 19th century.  Thank you especially to those of you who pay a monthly amount to me for the podcast.  Please do stop if you’ve been doing it for a while.  It’s so very, very kind of you.
