Natasha is a personal stylist , life coach, and an accredited cognitive behavioral therapist. She is all about helping women feel confident, boost their self esteem, and develop unstoppable confidence through the power of personal style. As Natasha started putting together her own style and wardrobe, she began to realize that style and fashion can have a direct impact on your mental state/self image. Losing her mother proved to be quite a trial, but she was able to get some last advice from her that has kept her going. She had a big realization while her mother was in the hospital, and that was that her style had a big influence on how confident and good she felt when she was visiting her mom.
