You have no idea how close we came to you not hearing this show at all. It's one of the longest non-Dorkfest shows we've done, and we almost lost it when Leitch's file vanished right after recording. Mercifully, he found it, and now you have a show. Late! But it made it. Whew.
So, this week! We start with Osgood Perkins' follow-up to his hit "Longlegs," the Stephen King adaptation "The Monkey." Then it's the Hulu Questlove documentary "Sly Lives! (aka The Burden of Black Genius)," about Sly Stone of Sly and the Family Stone.
And then the last half is all a preview of Sunday's Oscar show, with predictions. Good luck, Conan.
Thanks to Dylan Mayer and My Friend Mary, both of which are wonderful, for the music. We hope you enjoy.
