Sophie has helped bring agriculture to a whole new audience through her presence on the small screen, showcasing an authentic side of farming that some people may not get to see.

She also tells Agriland news journalist, Kathleen O'Sullivan, about who her role models were when she was starting out in farming - and why her 91-year old grandmother is still an inspiration today.
