In the process of any healing journey, when inner transformation is underway. There's a moment when parts of you start to clash with the world you've created for yourself. It shows up in all areas of life. One of the scariest places it arises is within the friendships and relationship you have. This can show itself in so many ways but the underlying fear is losing the people you love, and feeling like you'll be alone.
This episode touches on this part of the journey. A moment that we all go through.

You're on this healing journey. You're a coach, healer, energy worker, creator, space holder, guide, ... And now you feel that you're done with being a creature of habit. Done with going through motions, allowing time to pass by. You realize that to create a life filled with purpose, passion and growth, asking yourself how much you love yourself could be one of the most fundamental questions you ask yourself throughout your life.
And it's not one of those questions that is asked once and that's that. You've won. Nope. It's one of those questions that is good to have as your health check in both the good and not so good times of life. Holding space for yourself and then the other.

The most confusing and profound thing I ever heard while I was recovering from burn out was to be kind to myself.
It was something that seemed so obvious and yet also very not obvious the more I tried to welcome it into my life.
I thought I was being kind to myself by making the changes needed in my life to come back to myself and choose a life that resonated with me. But I learned that it went deeper than that.
In this episode I wanted to share 5 ways that supported me on my healing journey.

Fear. Something that we fear in itself sometimes, and yet it's something that every single person has in some way, shape, form or another. It can bring such suffering in ways that can transform how we live our lives and who we believe ourselves to be. In this episode I explore what fears has meant to me in my life and share a deeply personal story about how I have cultivated my relationship with the energy of fear in my life.

During the final circle share of the Deep Sensual workshop I had guided, I was asked by a budding love and sexuality coach, about how I felt at the end of the gatherings I create or after a coaching session.
I closed my eyes to feel into my response and in this podcast I try to share the essence of what I shared with the group.
Have a listen or a watch and let me know what resonates.

Just like any other muscle, stepping into your inner life force energy takes practice. As much practice as you give other aspects of your life. In this episode I explore that.

Sharing and elaborating on a blog piece I wrote about my personal journey with anger. How I went from not even recognizing it to the step by step way that it affected my body. And ultimately how I started my healing journey which inspired the basis of my work.

A healing path brings so much clarity, space, and a deeper sense of self.
But it can also open the gates of the vast amounts of energy that exist within you. These can feel overwhelming and hugely triggering. Especially when dealing with huge transformation, traumas, somatic and inner child work.
For some, this awakening has been consciously embodied. For some, it feels like it just crept up out of nowhere and you may feel confused as to what is happening. Either way, it can feel like a bit much at times. Whether it shows itself as dreams, emotions, or a feeling of energy moving in the body.
When you start re-entering the world, it can make you feel raw and even more emotionally sensitized and charge than ever.
In this episode I touch on how these moments can be experienced and some guidance on what you can do.

Have you ever felt challenged that you'll never feel fully healed? Like when is it going to stop? I've been working so hard and now this. There's so much more work to do. I know I have experienced moments of doubt. I also know so many people I've worked with that come to that feeling of resistance at some point or another.
I decided to respond to this as there are things you can do to bring you back into your self and stop the spiralling thoughts that can make you anxious and even want to avoid the support and practices you've been integrating into life. How to embody those moments, and settle your being so that you can accept the flows of life.

A breakdown into what this beautiful word actually means. Because it keeps popping up and for good reason.
As an embodiment coach this is a question that often comes up. Everyone nods their head and then asks what it means to live an embodied life, or how to embody their present moment of life. So here I am sharing my experience of it, what I perceive and why I believe it to be the most important part of healing. This is how it is so closely connected to the body of work that I have created.
I would love to hear how you experience this, if it resonates or what feels different in your body and life.
