When we continuously dishonor ourselves, we set the precedent of how others can treat us. If we do not honor ourselves, no one else will honor us. In contrast, when we honor ourselves, we show others how we hold ourselves to high regard. We are aware of our divinity and in turn, those in our lives treat us accordingly. We don't honor ourselves purely for the sake of external recognition, rather we do it for ourselves. Although, when we do, the external honoring undoubtedly just flows into our lives. This week we learn how to love and accept every ounce of our being.
