      • Celebrating 111

Hello my love! Welcome to episode 111 of the grow through it podcast. That angel number alone feels like a portal, so it’s only fitting we talk about something equally powerful and often misunderstood: alignment.

It’s become a bit of a buzzword, hasn’t it? “Just align with it.” “That’s not aligned.” But what does it really mean to live in alignment? Not in an Instagram caption kind of way, but in a real, embodied, sometimes messy, deeply honest kind of way?

In this episode, I’m breaking down 11 practical shifts: truths, perspectives and tiny mindset recalibrations — that can help you actually feel what alignment is, not just talk about it.

Let’s demystify the word, anchor it into reality, and maybe, by the end, alignment will feel a little less elusive… and more actionable, achievable, possible.

It’s beautiful timing as I am getting in the creative flow zone channelling for the upcoming Flow Retreat Im running in Vietnam at the end of this month with 7 incredible and beautiful women!

        Let’s dive in.

11 Things You Need to Know About Alignment (That No One Talks About)

        1. Alignment isn’t a buzzword—it’s a felt experience.

It’s not about having the perfect morning routine, or ticking spiritual practices off a list, collective gold stars from the universe. Alignment is about truth. It’s about how honest you’re willing to be with yourself. It asks: Can you be radically honest with yourself? Can you pause long enough to listen—not just to your mind, but to your body, your breath, your subtle yes and your sacred no? Can you soften into your inner knowing before charging ahead with the next task or to-do?

Alignment isn’t aesthetic. It’s a deep, steady resonance that hums when you’re connected to your yes—and brave enough to honour your no.

Alignment is a felt sense of attunement. Like tuning an instrument, it requires presence. Your body, your heart, your energy field—these are your tuning forks. When something’s off, you feel it. When something’s in flow, you know it—not because someone told you it was the right choice, but because something inside settles. Clicks. Resonates.

There’s also a masculine and feminine dynamic at play here. The masculine in us wants to define alignment with structure: clarity, consistency, action plans, execution. It asks: What does aligned action look like? How can I make this real, productive, measurable. The feminine knows that alignment begins in the unseen. In the quiet. She doesn’t need to define it—she feels it. She invites slowness, sensing, inner listening. The feminine attunes before the masculine acts. She’s the current. The masculine is the container.

When you lead from your feminine—when you allow yourself to feel first—then let your inner masculine take aligned action from that place of truth, things begin to flow. That’s alignment: not forced, not hustled, but integrated. Rooted in the body, expressed through the spirit, and carried out with grounded direction.

It’s not about being in control. It’s about being in tune. Alignment doesn’t follow a script. It follows you.

        2. Misalignment shows up in the body before it hits the mind.

So often we think we’re burnt out because we’ve done too much. But what if we’re tired because we’ve done too much of what’s not true? Not enough of the things that make us feel alive.

Misalignment drains life force. You might feel foggy, disconnected, resentful, or stuck in loops of overthinking. Your nervous system contracts and tightens. Your creativity shuts down. These are not failures—they’re feedback. They’re your body calling you back into rhythm.

Your body is wise. It often knows long before your mind can articulate. Misalignment begins subtly—in the gut, the chest, the breath—and only later shows up in thoughts like I’m not motivated, I’m confused, or I just don’t feel like myself anymore.

What’s happening in your inner world eventually ripples out into your external reality.

You may find yourself attracting the wrong people into your life or stuck in relationship dynamics and situations that feel like hard work. You might notice projects stall, timing is off…

So when your body speaks—through fatigue, resistance, or tension—listen. Before you try to push through or problem-solve, ask: Is this really burnout? Or is this my body protecting me from betraying myself again?

Alignment isn’t just about what feels good. It’s about what’s real.

        3. Your alignment might not look like anyone else’s.

We live in a world that rewards sameness, but alignment is inherently personal. It’s your unique blend of energy, timing, cycles, and capacity. What works for her might not work for you. And that’s not a flaw—it’s a compass. Whether it’s your Human Design, your menstrual cycle, the seasons, or the moon, you’re allowed to orient your life around what actually supports you.

The deeper you know your own unique, natural, beautiful energetic and human design blueprint, the easier it becomes to stop outsourcing authority—and start trusting what feels right over what’s been prescribed. That’s alignment. Not fitting in. But tuning in.

        4. Alignment often feels like letting go before it feels like moving forward.

It’s the moment you realise: I can’t keep betraying myself to belong. I can’t keep pushing through when my body says pause. It might feel like nothing is happening—but the letting go is the happening. The clearing. The choosing again. Alignment begins in those subtle, unseen pivots. And those pivots shape everything.

We tend to associate alignment with clarity, momentum, breakthroughs. But often, the first step isn’t expansion — it’s release. It’s the quiet, trembling moment when you realise: I can’t keep betraying myself to belong. I can’t keep pushing through when my body is begging for rest.

        And so you let go.

Of the thing that once felt safe. The role that earned you approval. The pace that made you feel productive. The identity you outgrew. You let go — not because it’s easy, but because holding on would cost you your truth.

It might not look like much on the outside. It might even feel like nothing is happening. But the letting go is the happening. Before anything new can root itself, you have to clear what no longer fits. That’s where alignment begins.

        5. Aligned action doesn’t require certainty.

There’s a misconception that once you’re in alignment, everything will be crystal clear. That you’ll feel 100% ready, resourced and confident before you move. Real alignment doesn’t always come with a guarantee. It often requires you to leap before you know where you’ll land. The good ol’ leap of faith, the fool in the tarot deck.

Aligned action isn’t the absence of fear — it’s movement that honours truth, even in the presence of fear. It’s taking the next step not because you’re certain, but because something inside you says this is mine to do. Not forever. Not for always. Right now.

The mind craves certainty. It wants to map out every outcome before it takes a risk. But the body? Your feminine intuition. The body knows in moments. There’s a resonance. A pull. A soft, magnetic yes that doesn’t always make logical sense but feels deeply, inexplicably right.

Aligned action says: I don’t need to know the whole path. I just need to trust the next step.

It’s deeply feminine in that way: responsive, intuitive, alive. Yet it calls on your inner masculine too; to honour the signal with movement. To protect the truth with choice.

You don’t need to be fearless. You don’t need to be certain. You just need to be willing to listen and to trust what you hear.

        6. Alignment is dynamic—it’s alive, changing.

Alignment isn’t a one-time destination you reach and then stay at. It’s a living, breathing experience, constantly shifting, evolving and responding to the rhythms of your life.

This dynamic quality of alignment mirrors the dance between feminine and masculine energies. The feminine represents the flow, the intuition, the ebb and flow of emotion and the cyclical nature of life. She’s responsive, ever-changing, and fluid. In contrast, the masculine energy brings the structure, the direction and the clarity of action. He’s the container, the grounded force that brings what’s felt in the feminine into form.

When alignment is dynamic, it’s about learning to navigate between these energies — knowing when to surrender to the flow and when to anchor yourself into purposeful action. The feminine calls for trust and receptivity; she guides you to surrender to what is, to feel what’s true in the present moment. Then, the masculine energy takes that internal wisdom and grounds it into reality with clear, decisive action.

Sometimes, you’ll need more of one energy than the other. Sometimes you’ll be deep in the feminine, flowing through cycles and emotions, and other times, you’ll need to step into the masculine: acting on what you’ve learned, creating boundaries, or building something tangible.

This dynamic balance means that alignment isn’t about always being in one fixed state, it’s about learning to dance with change. You respond to what’s real in each moment, whether that means resting, creating, acting, or letting go. Alignment is the space where the two energies meet, constantly flowing, moving, shifting and yet always deeply, fundamentally aligned with your truth.

        7. When you’re aligned, your decisions become simple.

Alignment doesn’t mean every decision feels easy. It doesn’t mean you never doubt or hesitate. But when you’re aligned, decisions become clear.

The more you align with your truth, the more you learn to trust your intuition. There’s a soft confidence that emerges, a deep knowing that the next step is yours to take. It might not always be the easiest step, but it will always feel right. You’ll stop second guessing and instead act from the place of knowing that you’re leading yourself in the direction that serves you—not what others think you should do, but what feels alive for you.

This is where the real power lies. No more confusion, no more overwhelming choices — just clarity, presence and a steady pulse of certainty guiding you forward.

        8. Alignment is flow.

Alignment isn’t something you force or chase. It’s a state of flow—one that comes when you stop fighting against the current and instead start moving with it. It’s a quiet surrender to life’s natural rhythms, where everything feels just right, not because you’ve planned it, but because you’ve learned to trust the process.

When you’re aligned, you become less about pushing through and more about being. It’s like being carried downstream: where you’re still actively engaged, but you’re not swimming upstream. You’re simply following the flow, moving in harmony with the direction life is taking you. It’s not about striving for control; it’s about responding to what comes next, with clarity and confidence, knowing you’re exactly where you need to be.

So perhaps alignment is  less about forcing a flow and more about recognising when you’re already in it. You begin to notice where things click into place; conversations that land, timing that feels divine, choices that energise instead of deplete. This is where life starts to feel spacious, magnetic, even magical and that’s exactly the space we’re opening inside the Flow Retreat. You start to notice the difference between pushing and participating. You soften into the knowing that you don’t have to grip tightly to make something happen. Instead, you learn to work with life, not against it.

Flow isn’t something you achieve, it’s something you remember. It’s a return to your natural state, before all the conditioning that told you to hurry, harden, or hold it all together. Flow is the essence of feminine alignment. It doesn’t bulldoze through resistance. In this state, you’re not performing your life, you’re inhabiting it.

The feminine doesn’t just want movement, it wants meaning. Flow happens when your choices nourish you while also stretching you. It’s not always light and graceful; sometimes it’s gritty, emotional, untamed. But even then, there’s a current running through you, a knowing that you’re in integrity with yourself. That you’re creating, relating, expressing, from a place that is real.

Flow isn’t about floating it’s about feeling fully. Feminine alignment invites you to stop bracing against life and start moving with it. In that movement, you begin to meet yourself again — not as a project to fix, but as a pulse to follow.

        9. Harmony and alignment are deeply intertwined.

Alignment is the state of being true to your deepest self, while harmony is the result when all the elements of your being: mind, body, heart, soul, spirit and environment—are in balance with each other.

Think of alignment as tuning an instrument. When every string, every note is precisely in place, the music flows effortlessly. Similarly, when you’re aligned, everything inside you is in tune: your desires, your actions, your values, your energy—they all resonate at the same frequency. This is where harmony lives.

Harmony is not about perfection. It’s not about everything being exactly as you expect. It’s about the feeling that comes when the pieces of your life fit together naturally, when you’re not forcing, when you’re not pushing or struggling. Instead, things flow because you’re in tune with your truth.

When you’re aligned, you become like that well-tuned instrument, creating a harmonious sound wherever you go. There’s less friction, less resistance. Instead, there’s a steady, clear energy that draws the right experiences, people, and opportunities into your life without the struggle.

So, alignment creates harmony by helping you find that internal coherence. In that coherence, the external world begins to respond with ease and flow.

        10. Be with your own rhythm when it comes to alignment.

There’s a natural rhythm that lives inside you — one that isn’t forced or prescribed, but deeply felt. It’s the rhythm your body and soul already know, the one that quietly leads you through life in a way that actually supports who you are at your core.

Your natural rhythm is the pace at which your nervous system feels safe, your heart feels open, and your creativity can breathe. It’s not the speed of the world around you, it’s the frequency of you. It speaks in sensations, in gut feelings, in the rise and fall of your energy throughout the day or month. It asks you to trust your own timing, even when it looks different from what others expect.

You stop measuring your worth by how quickly you move or how much you achieve. Instead, you begin to orient your life around what genuinely supports your vitality, your expansion, your peace. This is alignment — an act of self loyalty. Honouring your natural rhythm can feel radical in a world that rewards urgency. But it’s the doorway to something deeper: a life where you’re no longer constantly recovering from burnout, overthinking your next move or disconnected from your own inner knowing. It’s where your decisions come from clarity, not chaos. From inner steadiness, not social comparison.

Living a life that’s truly aligned with your soul (your actual blueprint, your human design) means coming back into rhythm with you. Not by becoming someone new, but by peeling away everything that’s not true. The Great Unlearning. Your Great unlearning. It’s a relationship. A practice.

Right now, many of us are waking up to just how far we’ve strayed from that inner rhythm. The world is loud with noise and pressure; what to be, how to live, who to become. But alignment asks something simpler, more courageous: that you return to yourself. To your timing. To your truth.

We’re in a collective moment where the old rhythms are cracking. Linear timelines, endless pushing, disconnection from self: it’s all being questioned. And in the space that opens up, there’s a chance to come back into equilibrium and balance. This isn’t about rebellion for the sake of it. It’s about remembering. That you are nature, not separate from it.

        11. Being in sync with your true self is one of the most profound ways alignment manifests.

This was the final really juicy special point I channeled through specifically for anyone listening to this podcast on alignment! Think of being in sync as getting on the same frequency as your own soul. Being in sync is like hitting every green light on the way home. You’re not rushing, not pushing — just moving at the right pace, in the right direction, and somehow everything clears to meet you. That’s alignment. It’s not luck. It’s resonance.

Life becomes less of a chase and more like being pulled by a magnet. You don’t need to strain to get where you’re meant to go: there’s a natural pull that guides you, effortlessly leading you forward, right to where you need to be.

When you’re in sync with yourself, it’s like a garden where every plant is nurtured according to its needs. Each one grows at its own pace, but together they form a thriving ecosystem. When you’re aligned, your actions, relationships, and health naturally flourish in harmony, without forcing anything. You don’t need to chase the sun, it comes to you in the right season. Opportunities, people, and experiences bloom effortlessly, and everything feels like it’s unfolding just as it’s meant to.

It’s about learning to trust the signals your body, mind and spirit send you. The universe, or whatever higher energy you believe in, communicates with you through signs, symbols, and synchronicities. These can come in the form of angel numbers, repeating patterns, or unexpected coincidences. When you’re aligned, these signs feel less like coincidences and more like gentle nudges from the universe affirming that you’re on the right path.

When you notice these signs, it’s the universe’s way of asking you to pause and reflect: Are you truly in sync with your desires? Are you honouring the flow? Being aligned means being open to receiving these messages and trusting that they come from a place of wisdom. They push you to trust that you’re not stumbling blindly but moving in a direction that’s divinely guided.

        A summary of alignment

As we wrap up this episode, remember that alignment isn’t about perfection—it’s about tuning in to your own rhythm, trusting your inner flow, and responding to the subtle nudges the universe sends your way.

            • Feeling blegh in your mid 30’s…?

There’s been a sudden wave of clients coming to me over the past two weeks — all with the same quiet question under their stories: “What is going on with my life right now?” And when I look under the surface, the answer is often the same — they’re in the thick of their nodal return.

It’s a cosmic checkpoint, one that doesn’t come gently — and it’s not supposed to. Because your nodal return isn’t about comfort. It’s about course correction. It’s about remembering what your soul actually signed up for before it came back to Earth. In this episode, we’re diving into what a nodal return really is, why it can feel so disorienting, and how to navigate it with grace, truth and a whole lot of courage.

What is a nodal return (human design, astrology)?

We have to start with what are the nodes in astrology, energy, spirituality and human design. They’re not planets themselves, but rather energetic points where the moon’s path intersects with the sun’s path. These points are closely tied to eclipses and are considered deeply connected to your soul’s journey. As I’m recording this, we’re in a fresh nodal cycle with the North Node now in Pisces and the South Node in Virgo (2025-2027). For the past two years, we’ve been living through the Aries-Libra axis (2023-2025).

When does your nodal return happen?

Your nodal return happens approximately every 18 years when your nodes return to the position (degree, sign and energy) when you were born. This means you have a nodal return when you are around the ages of 18, 36, 54 and 72.

Why is your nodal return important?

The importance of your nodal return is that it’s linked to destiny. What exactly do we mean when we talk about “destiny”? From a spiritual lens, it’s believed that your soul chose to come to Earth with a mission — a roadmap, if you will (your human design). This is the essence of destiny: your soul’s chosen path of evolution and expression.

Nodal return and eclipses = destiny

Eclipses, which are powered by the nodes, have always held an air of fate. Astrologers view them as moments to completely release control — a time to hand things over to a greater force; to source, the universe, God, Divine. Eclipses can feel like they bend time, speeding things up, intensifying emotions and often marking significant beginnings or closures in our lives.

Nodal return passed from 18 to 36/36/38 mid thirties

Your nodal return marks an important passage in your 30’s. You go through your Saturn Return aged 27-31, then you have your Nodal Return at 36/37/38  before your Uranus Opposition in your 40’s. If you are approaching your mid 30’s think back to just before you started your 20’s! When this happens at 18, society declares you an adult — legally independent, able to vote, drink, marry, go to war but emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, many people are only just beginning to grasp who they were. In the western world you’ve just likely completed your first early years of education and now you’re in the “real world.” It’s not just another transit — it’s a spiritual and existential threshold, one that can upend your sense of direction and identity.

Nodal return themes in your 30’s

Now, during your Nodal Return, you revisit these same themes — but with 20 more years of life experience, mistakes, healing and wisdom. It’s a moment to ask:

              • Are you truly living in alignment with your purpose?
              • Have you matured into your soul’s true direction?
              • Are you still unconsciously acting from old karmic patterns (South Node)?
              • Or are you courageously leaning into the unfamiliar but deeply rewarding growth edge (North Node)?
              • In a way, this return asks:

“You were handed adult freedom at 18 — what have you done with it?”

“Are you on a path that fulfils the destiny of your soul? Why you came to Earth?”

A nodal return is a soul growth acceleration

When you’re in your nodal return years, it can feel like you’re strapped into a fast moving ride. The mantra becomes “be mindful what you call in,” because manifestations and lessons can unfold rapidly. A channeled example coming through is you want to meet your person, the one you’ll spend the rest of your life with? In order for that to happen the universe has to make sure the path is clear and so is your alignment. Think tests, ex partners coming back, being dangled a less than sure commitment, commitment issues arising suddenly… These are years of quickened growth and clarity, where deeper truths come to the surface with urgency.

Divine timing and your nodal return

One of the hardest spiritual lessons is surrendering the timeline. We think we can plan everything, but life (especially under these nodal influences) often reminds us that timing is a mystery not ours to control.

What will you discover and get out of a nodal reading with me?

In readings, the nodes point to what your soul is here to remember, to release, to master. They reveal your unique gifts and the deeper why behind your presence on Earth — your soul’s purpose in motion.

Often when I work with 1:1 clients or human design readings on nodal returns it will be centered around feeling fulfilment in their life and the path of purpose and career, though it is not limited to this! Your Nodal Return is such a rich and multi dimensional initiation. While the external events and circumstances always vary — career shifts, relationship transformations, becoming a parent: the core invitation is always the same: alignment with the soul’s authentic path.

By this point in life, you’ve already lived through major initiations helping you clear out old conditioning and bring you into a deeper sense of personal truth. Then as you begin to move forward with new clarity, the second nodal return hits — and it often hits hard.

Comfort and discomfort of your nodal return

This is the moment when the universe challenges you to align more fully with your true path, represented by the nodes in your astrological and human design chart. The trouble is, you may feel lost, stripped of old certainties but not yet grounded in the new. The inner voice that used to whisper encouragement now feels distant or contradictory. You sense that your old ways of being no longer work — but the new way forward feels unclear, and full of risk. A nodal return reading with me will give you clarity, direction and guidance on many layers: astrology, human design and intuitive guidance.

                Fulfillment, Purpose & Career
your nodal return human design and astrology

For many, the Nodal Return shines a spotlight on career and purpose — not necessarily in terms of ambition, but in terms of meaning.

                • Is what you’re doing making you feel alive?
                • Are you creating impact in the way your heart and soul longs to?
                • Is your day-to-day life congruent with your inner truth?
                • Often, clients begin to question work they once thought they wanted. High-achievers may realize they’ve climbed the wrong ladder. Others feel an urge to finally pursue what’s been whispering in the background for years. It’s less about productivity and more about devotion — to the work that truly lights them up.

Something that I love that astrologer Tom Jacobs shares about the nodes and transits is finding the balance between these two sentiments:

Just because you’re good at something doesn’t mean that’s all there is or that you should always do it. Just because you haven’t tried something before doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t.

                  Relationships, Marriage & Children
your nodal return human design and astrology

The Nodal Return often stirs thoughts on:

                  • Who do you want beside you as you walk into this next chapter of your life?
                  • Are you still in a relationship out of comfort or obligation?
                  • Is your heart ready for the depth of love, commitment or family?
                  • Some people divorce, not because they’ve failed, but because they’ve outgrown old soul contracts. Others meet or marry someone who reflects their evolved values. For some, the journey into motherhood or fatherhood becomes the new soul calling — often not planned logically, but felt deeply.

It’s not always dramatic; sometimes, it’s a gentle reorientation. But whether loud or quiet, the shift is defining. Relationships at this point are no longer about fixing old wounds — they’re about expanding into aligned love.

Spirituality and soul fulfilment your nodal return human design and astrology

The Nodal Return can feel like life is gently — or forcefully — asking:

“Are you ready to live the life you were meant for?”

The illusion of youth has worn off. You’ve tested things out. Failed. Loved. Lost. Achieved. But now it’s about truth. It’s a crossing point between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming.

It’s not always comfortable — but it’s a time of immense reclamation. I get chills, it’s such a pivotal passage in one’s life universally.

Your nodal return isn’t meant to be comfortable—because comfort lives in the past, in what you already know. The North Node points toward the unknown terrain your soul came here to explore. It’s not meant to feel natural at first; in fact, it often feels foreign, risky, or even wrong. But if it felt easy, what would be the point of returning to Earth at all? Growth demands friction. Your soul chose this life to stretch beyond its familiar edges, to step into something greater, more true, and more aligned—even if it shakes everything safe loose in the process.

What’s it like going through your nodal return?

An analogy to understand your nodal return is that it’s not supposed to feel like home—it’s more like being dropped somewhere random with nothing but a gut feeling as your guide. Imagine your internal GPS glitching, refusing to reroute you back to comfort. That’s because it’s not leading you to safety—it’s leading you to purpose. It’s not meant to feel easy or comfortable. Growth doesn’t come from repetition. It comes when you’re asked to walk a path that stretches your spirit into something it’s never been before.

But what’s waiting for you on the other side is something far more fulfilling than comfort — it’s authenticity, alignment, and meaning.

                    • Taurus New Supermoon to end April 2025

2025 has felt like a big year — for the world, and maybe for you too. There’s been a sense of things shifting, old ways breaking down and new beginnings that don’t quite have shape yet. You’re not imagining it. There’s something in the air —an underlying push of change and to grow. At the end of this week we have the supermoon in the sign of Taurus, rising on the 27th and 28th.

Today, we’re diving into the spiritual meaning of Easter—beyond the chocolate eggs, bunnies and pastel colours and into the deep waters of rebirth and resurrection.

                      What is a Supermoon?

It’s a supermoon because it’s closer to Earth, bigger and brighter in the sky, and energetically it offers a pause — a moment to return to what’s simple, steady, and real. Think: grounding, presence, beauty, body. Even in the chaos, this moon is a fresh start. A chance to come home to yourself.

A final call out before I dive into this episode the Flow Vietnam Retreat is happening on the 25th of May to the 31st, final spots available. If you’re interested, curious or feeling the pull – I invite you to message me and let’s chat about the retreat!

Pope Francis Taurus Supermoon April 2025

Just as this moon rises, the world feels the tremble of change in more ways than one. The recent passing of Pope Francis marks more than the end of a life — it symbolises a shift in global authority, tradition, and spiritual leadership. Whether you follow the Church or not, his death touches something collective: a changing of the guard. We’re seeing it everywhere — in governments, institutions, culture. What used to hold power is dissolving. What once felt untouchable is being questioned. We’re entering a new era, and while we may not fully understand what’s coming, we can feel that something is being restructured — from the top down and the inside out.

Collective energy Taurus Supermoon April 2025

This Taurus Supermoon, then, offers more than personal grounding. It’s a collective breath. A reminder that real power doesn’t come from control, status, or fear — but from values, integrity, and connection to what’s true. As the world reorients, you’re invited to do the same. To ask: Where have I given my power away? What do I want to build that lasts? What do I trust when everything else is uncertain?

So in this episode, we’re diving into the themes of this Taurus New Supermoon, how it ties into the bigger collective shifts we’re moving through — and I’ll walk you through a practical mindset map to help you realign with what matters most.

                      Taurus New Moon Energy

A new moon marks the start of a new lunar cycle. It’s a time to plant seeds — not just literally, but energetically. Intentions, choices, new habits, fresh perspectives.

This supermoon new moon is in Taurus — an earth sign all about grounding, value, beauty, and building something real. Think: the senses. Money. Food. Your home. Your body. What enough actually feels like. In a world that’s moving fast with authority structures shifting, traditions falling away, and uncertainty in the air — this moon is a chance to root deeper. To choose steadiness over speed. Integrity over image. Nourishment over noise.

This Taurus New Moon marks a return to solid ground after the cosmic intensity of recent weeks. It’s the first new moon in a while that isn’t part of the eclipse storyline.Where the eclipses may have stirred, shaken, and shifted, this New Moon invites you to anchor, to choose, to begin again—consciously.

Taurus New Supermoon, Mars in Leo, Neptune in Aquarius April 2025

Do note though there’s still underlying tension underneath this super new moon in Taurus not because of eclipses because of the placements of Mars in Leo and Pluto in Aquarius creating a powerful internal and external dynamic.

Mars in Leo brings fiery ego, passion, and a need to be seen, while Taurus desires peace, steady pace and embodied presence. Meanwhile, Pluto in Aquarius stirs the pot with themes of deep collective change, rebellion and power shifts. The result is a cosmic tug-of-war between stability and self-expression, comfort and growth, who you’ve been and who the future is calling you to become. It might feel like your soul is gently whispering, “slow down,” while your shadow demands, “act now!”

But this isn’t a time for rash moves, it’s an invitation to ground deeply and channel your fire with intention. Listen to your body before reacting, and pause before you exert power. This moment isn’t about escaping discomfort; it’s about alchemising it into transformation.

Ready for some channelled intuitive mindset perspectives for this new moon?

                      1. Slow is Sacred. Slow down to receive.

We live in a world that glorifies speed — fast results, instant clarity, quick wins. Taurus is the opposite. It reminds us that slow doesn’t mean stuck. Slow means intentional. It’s like baking bread. The dough needs time to rise, to stretch and expand before it can become something fully formed. There’s no rushing the process. This week, allow yourself the space to rise at your own pace. Trust that things will come together when they’re meant to. You’re not falling behind—you’re just in the process.

                      2. Your body knows the way: embodied abundance

Taurus is deeply connected to the body. This isn’t just about self-care routines — it’s about deep listening. Your body holds wisdom your mind can’t always access.

                      So pause and check in.

What does your body want right now?

What does it say no to — even if your mind is saying yes out of habit or fear?
Rest when you need to. Eat slowly. Walk barefoot. Stretch. Touch something soft. Your body is not just a vessel — it’s a guide. Especially when the world feels unsteady, your body is your home. Taurus teaches that abundance isn’t just money—it’s a state of being. This supermoon is an invitation to feel rich in your body, your senses, your life.

To me abundance in the body feels expansive, warm, and full. It’s a deep, effortless sense of being enough—of having everything you need, right here, right now. You feel a lightness in your chest, a gentle pulse of energy that radiates outward, your heart overflowing.

There’s a sense of being deeply rooted, grounded in the present moment, while also feeling open with space to receive more, without worry or resistance. There’s an openness in your shoulders, or a calm sense of peace, knowing that you’re supported in every way. It’s a quiet confidence, a soft hum of satisfaction that comes from within, not tied to external circumstances, but rooted in the understanding that abundance is always available to you.

                      3. Build from value not lack

This new moon energy is about what you’re creating — and more importantly, why you’re creating it. Are you building from a place of anxiety and fear, just trying to prove or survive? Or are you creating something rooted in what you truly value — things like quality, integrity, peace, presence?

Taurus reminds us that long-term abundance comes from a deep place of alignment. It’s not about quick hits or validation. It’s about building something you believe in, even if it takes time to grow. Especially if it takes time to grow.

                      4. Pleasure is productive and a portal

We’ve been taught that pleasure is indulgent — something you earn after working hard. But Taurus energy turns that upside down. It says: Pleasure is a form of power. Joy is a source of fuel.

When you’re connected to what feels good, you’re magnetic. You’re more alive. You make better decisions. So light the candle. Make your space beautiful. Sip your coffee slowly. Laugh with a friend. Let your senses be part of your spiritual practice. Beauty isn’t frivolous — it’s fortifying.

When you allow yourself to fully experience pleasure, you unlock a kind of energy that flows through your body and into every area of your life. It’s the soft invitation to surrender, to be present in the moment, and to receive without resistance. Pleasure doesn’t need to be earned; it’s already part of your inherent nature, waiting to be accessed. When you step into it, you step into a new way of being—more alive, more connected, and more in tune with the abundance that surrounds you.

                      5. You can hold power gently

There’s a global shift happening right now — in leadership, in authority, in how power is held and this Taurus supermoon in April offers a different model. It’s not about domination or performance. It’s about steadiness. Quiet confidence. Clear boundaries. A calm nervous system. You don’t have to lead loudly to be powerful. You don’t have to be perfect to be trusted. This moon asks: Can you lead yourself first? Can you trust your own roots? Can you be a safe place for yourself, and by extension, for others? That’s real power — and it’s available to you now.

Pope Francis certainly brought a quieter, yet revolutionary style of leadership as pope. His approach to leadership is often seen as more humble and compassionate than his predecessors. He has used his position to challenge traditional Catholic teachings on various issues, such as poverty, climate change and the treatment of marginalised communities, including refugees and LGBTQ+ people.

His emphasis on mercy, dialogue, and simplicity has reshaped the image of the Catholic Church, focusing less on doctrine and more on compassion and inclusivity.

What would it mean to trust your timing more deeply than your fear?

Taurus teaches trust, while Mars and Pluto stir urgency. Get curious about what it would look like to trust the soil, not just the spotlight.

When have you mistaken control for power?

This square to Pluto invites a reflection on your relationship to power—especially the difference between force and influence, control and inner authority.

Taurus thrives in consistency—what daily rituals could anchor you more deeply in your body?

Ground with the Taurus New Supermoon in April 2025

As we close this episode on the Taurus Super New Moon, take a moment to reflect on the powerful energies we’ve discussed. The tension between stability and bold change is palpable, and it’s a reminder to slow down, to ground yourself in the present, and to trust the timing of your own unfolding.

Use this moon to embrace your desires and nurture your body. Trust that even in discomfort, transformation is at play. Allow yourself to pause, recalibrate and step forward in alignment with your values and heart. Let the grounding energy of Taurus remind you that you are always supported—your roots are deep, and your potential is limitless.

                      • The Spiritual Meaning of Easter

Hello! It’s been a whirlwind few weeks having been in LA, San Fran, San Jose, New York and Sedona. I’m now back in Australia. Such an interesting couple of weeks as I had a few posts go viral whilst being away and so saying hi and welcoming new listeners to the podcast and a warm welcome back for those here again!

Today, we’re diving into the spiritual meaning of Easter—beyond the chocolate eggs, bunnies and pastel colours and into the deep waters of rebirth and resurrection.

                        Who is Yeshua (Jesus)

Let’s begin not with “Jesus” as we often hear him—but with Yeshua, as a Jewish man, mystic and teacher.  Yeshua is the original Hebrew name for the man commonly known in the Western world as Jesus. He walked this earth not as a figurehead of a religion but as a deeply embodied soul, attuned to the divine.

He spoke of the Kingdom of Heaven not as a place far away, but as something within. To say “Yeshua” is to remember his humanity and his roots. It’s to see him as a spiritual teacher, perhaps even an ascended master who came to awaken love, compassion and truth in a time of oppression and fear.

So in this episode, when I say Yeshua, I’m not speaking of a distant religious icon this is whom I’m referring to.

There’s a part of this episode that feels deeply personal for me. If you’ve read my book The Great Unlearning you’ll know because I didn’t always feel safe with the word Jesus. I grew up in a Catholic environment—where God well not God but religion often felt distant, judgmental, or angry. Where faith was more about fear than freedom.

Where you had to confess your sins to be clean. Where divinity lived up there, not in here. For a long time, I associated Jesus with that fear. That shame. That sense of not being good enough. Not being pure enough. But something shifted when I began to explore Yeshua. Not the Jesus of institutions, but the Yeshua of love.

It was really initiated 2 years ago when I was in Bali, I had my first personal encounter of Yeshua energy on the night of a full moon. He appeared as a loving protector.

Easter as a Spiritual Metaphor for Resurrection

Easter marks the story of Yeshua rising from the dead but the deeper, spiritual meaning of resurrection isn’t just about one man coming back to life.

The spiritual metaphor of resurrection wasn’t just a moment in time but as a metaphor for your life.

How many times have you died and come back to life?

Think of the heartbreaks, the job losses, the versions of yourself that cracked open, shattered— and somehow, still, you rose.

Spiritually, resurrection means coming back to life—after something has ended, broken down or fallen away.

                        Spiritual Rebirth

When we speak of rebirth, we’re really speaking of a return to truth. A shedding of old identities, old stories and illusions that no longer serve us. Yeshua’s resurrection wasn’t only about life after death; it was also a radical statement about what it means to transcend fear, ego, and the worldly structures and conditioning that bind us. Spiritually, resurrection calls each of us into a deeper remembrance — that we are not just bodies or roles, but eternal souls capable of rising again and again. A divine soul having a human experience. This isn’t our first rodeo, one of many lives we’ve had in the journey of our soul.

When life breaks us open — through heartbreak, grief, change, or loss; there is always an invitation to be made new. Not in a way that erases the past, but in a way that honours it while allowing something greater to emerge. This is the essence of the Yeshua story: surrendering to the darkest hour, facing the cross and still choosing love. Still choosing light. Still choosing life. Spiritual resurrection is rarely clean or glamorous — it often happens in the quiet, hidden places. It asks for deep trust, for ego death, and for the courage to say, “I am willing to rise again — different, wiser and more whole.”

Every breakdown has the seed of a rebirth. In this way, resurrection isn’t about avoiding pain —it’s about letting pain transform you.

                        Spiritual tomb and Easter

Every Easter season (whether you follow Christianity or not) invites us to step into that symbolic tomb. To look at what needs to be released. What must die within you… so something greater can rise?

In a world that celebrates constant striving and forward motion, spiritual rebirth reminds us that sometimes the most sacred transformation happens in the pause — the in between — the tomb.

Yeshua rested in that space for three days. What if we allowed ourselves that too? Time to be still. Time to grieve what we’ve outgrown. Time to prepare for the rising. There is a holy patience in resurrection — a divine unfolding that can’t be rushed. It teaches us that spiritual power is not found in dominance or perfection, but in surrender, in humility and in the profound capacity to begin again.

Post Aries Libra Eclipse and Libra Full Moon 2025

So if you’re in a season of loss, uncertainty, or inner death — especially after the ending of the Aries Libra eclipse series, the recent Libra Full Moon… this is not the end. This could be your resurrection moment. The Yeshua story isn’t about escape — it’s about embodiment. It’s about coming back into your life with renewed vision, fierce love and sacred clarity. Resurrection isn’t a one-time miracle — it’s a rhythm of the soul.

                        Easter is a Spiritual Portal

Just as Yeshua faced his own death and rebirth, we too are being asked to rise from the ashes of old patterns and ways of relating that no longer align with who we’ve become off the back of the Aries Libra eclipse series and the Libra full moon in particular the context of relationships. We’ve outgrown certain dynamics, and that moon was the final invitation to let them go — gracefully and with deep love for what they once taught us.

Easter, at its heart, is a spiritual portal. A moment in the year that symbolises this deep rebirth. An invitation to shed old skin particularly in this year of the Snake. To trust the process of the in-between. To come back to life—clearer, lighter more aligned.

Whether or not you follow a religion, Easter can be a sacred time to ask:

                        • What are ready to let go of?
                        • What truth are you being asked to rise into?
                        • What would it feel like to come back to life?
                        • On the deepest level, resurrection is about remembering who you really are.

                          Age 33 Astrology: Christ Year

If you follow me on Instagram you’ll know this episode was inspired today by having multiple clients connected to their Christ year. Yeshua was said to be 33 years old at the time of his crucifixion and resurrection.

Whether you believe that literally or symbolically, the Christ Year—your 33rd year of life—is often seen as a spiritual initiation. A time when the soul is called to deeper service, deeper truth and deeper surrender.

If you’re around that age—or reflecting on it—ask yourself:
                          – What parts of you are being asked to die?
                          – Where are you being called to rise?
                          – How are you being prepared to lead, to love, to live from the soul?

Because the Christ energy isn’t reserved for saints and prophets—it lives in all of us. In our pain, in our power, in our willingness to walk through the fire and come out gold.

Being 33 in your Christ Year and Purpose

The Christ Year asks: are you ready to walk with purpose, no matter the cost? At 33, you may experience initiations—career changes, endings, awakenings, or even a quiet unraveling or unlearning of who you thought you had to be. These are not punishments; they are invitations to come home to your truth.

This is not about perfection—it’s about devotion. Not in devotion to a religion or a figurehead, but to you. To your soul. To the divine spark within you that’s always known who you are and what you came here to do. It’s a year of radical self-honouring, of choosing to walk with unwavering devotion to your truth.

Not perfection. Not pressure. But presence.

This is about letting your life become the altar — where your choices, your boundaries, your joy, your rest, your becoming… all become sacred. What if this year wasn’t about proving anything to the world, but about returning home to your own divinity?

                          That’s what we’re leaning into.

The Christ Year is a sacred turning point. You’re not expected to have it all figured out, but you are being asked to listen more closely to your inner knowing. To stop chasing approval and start answering the call that’s been quietly whispering inside you for years. It may not look glamorous or make sense to others but when you say yes to that deeper call—when you allow yourself to be used in service of something bigger—resurrection becomes real. Not as a myth, but as the moment you finally choose to live as your whole, holy self.

                            • Neptune enters Aries in 2025 (never seen before in this lifetime!)

Hello my love, coming to you live as I am currently in America during this eclipse with Neptune in Aries feels almost like stepping into a dream. LA’s energy is electric, full of freedom and possibility, and it’s been such a blast. But what really gets me is watching my inner child experience it all—seeing life the little things whole new layer of magic to everything. There’s this sense of adventure in the air, and I’m soaking it all in, embracing the chaos and beauty of it all.

This conversation has been inspired by the receptivity into what’s going on collectively at the moment.

Neptune, as an influence — is all about dreams, intuition, and the unseen. It’s the planet that rules our spiritual connection and the places where we lose ourselves in creativity and imagination. Aries, on the other hand, is bold, fiery, and pioneering—it’s all about action, courage, and new beginnings. So when Neptune moves through Aries, it creates a unique meeting between dreamy idealism with a spark of impulsive energy.

Neptune in Aries will occur from 2025 to 2039 after which Neptune will enter Taurus from 2038. Do note it will have a retrograde period around July later this year.

In this episode, we’ll explore what happens when these two forces collide, and how this transit can influence not just your dreams but your approach to taking action on them. It can be jarring after all the contrast of the signs.

What is the effect of Neptune? What is Neptune’s energy like?

When we tune into Neptune’s energy in the highest expression, we tap into a deeper part of ourselves—our intuitive wisdom, our psychic abilities and our spiritual essence. Neptune guides us to transcend the material world, offering us a direct link to the vast collective consciousness. As Neptune enhances your sensitivity to the unseen forces, it deepens your understanding of the world beyond the physical realm, opening the door to clearer insights and intuitive understanding.

As you walk this spiritual path with Neptune, you may find that your intuition sharpens, but so too can your susceptibility to fantasy or idealism. Neptune teaches you to navigate the space between illusion and clarity, showing you the bigger picture over time.

Neptune is most commonly associated with illusion, delusion, and confusion in astrology and energy systems like Human Design. It is linked to the concept of dissolving boundaries and can blur the line between reality and fantasy. When Neptune’s energy is at play, people may experience heightened sensitivity, creativity, and spiritual connection, but they might also struggle with seeing things clearly or becoming disoriented. Make decisions grounded in reality, use your discernment.

Neptune is like walking through a fog

Neptune, as an analogy, can be compared to walking through a fog.

Imagine you’re walking through a dense fog. The world around you looks blurry and distant. You might have a vague sense of direction, but you can’t clearly see where you’re going. The fog distorts your perception, making objects appear closer than they actually are, or perhaps further away than they seem. Sometimes, you might even feel like you’re heading in the right direction, but the path is unclear and uncertain.

This is much like Neptune’s influence in life: it blurs the lines between reality and illusion. It can create a sense of confusion, where we might be convinced of something that isn’t truly there, or we may have an idealised vision of reality that doesn’t align with what’s real. You might think you’re on the right path, but the fog distorts your sense of clarity.

Just as in the fog, you need to wait for the mist to clear, ground yourself, and trust your instincts to move forward. Neptune teaches us that while illusions may feel real in the moment, with time and patience, clarity will return. The key is not to get too lost in the fog, but to understand that it’s temporary—and once it lifts, your true path will emerge clearly.

                              Neptune = blurry boundaries

Neptune also has a bit of a blurry effect when it comes to boundaries. Its energy can dissolve the lines that separate us from others. While this can be beautiful in the sense of creating deep connections or tapping into a collective consciousness, it can also make it difficult to know where you end and someone else begins. This lack of clear boundaries can lead to feeling overwhelmed by other people’s emotions, taking on their energy, or letting your own needs be overlooked.

When Neptune’s influence is strong and you’re not consciously aware of its power, you may find yourself being too accommodating or, on the flip side, feeling overly responsible for others. It’s like your sense of personal space and limits can become foggy, making it hard to say ‘no,’ prioritise your own well-being, or keep a healthy distance from people who drain you. This is why Neptune is often associated with the need for self-awareness and grounding practices, so you don’t get lost in the waves of emotion or escape into idealised versions of reality.

Neptune in Aries shift from collective to I consciousness

I mentioned previously in another podcast episode that the last time Neptune was in Aries there was the civil rights movement in America.

This shift aligns with what astrology and human design seeing coming as a big thing – 2027 a notable shift in collective consciousness. Neptune moves from Pisces to Aries where given astrologic patterns we are going from we to collective but distinct individual “I” energy, what makes you different. Sovereignty. Reclaiming autonomy.

Aries, ruled by Mars, is about assertion, individuality, and action. Aries does not blur boundaries; it defines them. It is the first sign of the zodiac, representing the beginning—the self, the individual, and the freedom and liberty that comes with it.

Sovereignty under Neptune in Aries is about taking back ownership of your life. It’s no longer about being swept along by collective ideals or following the expectations of others. This energy supports asserting your independence—in how you think, act, and make decisions. It’s an invitation to stop outsourcing your authority to others and to reclaim it within yourself.

There’s a sense of urgency in this energy—an impulse to take action now, to stop overthinking, and to move with the flow of inspiration. The Aries fire demands movement, and Neptune’s dreams translate into tangible actions when aligned with your true purpose. It’s not about waiting for the “perfect” moment or for everything to make sense; it’s about trusting that the pieces will fall into place once you begin to act on your own vision.

Neptune in Aries is like waking up from a dream

Since 2011 we have collectively been in Neptune in Pisces as the deep, dream-like state of meditation. In this space, you’re connected to everything and nothing, floating in a serene, boundless sea of awareness. There’s no clear boundary between you and the world around you. Your thoughts and feelings melt into one, and you feel infinite—almost like you’re suspended in a peaceful trance of spiritual oneness, exploring the mysteries of existence without a need for action or clarity.

The shift from Neptune in Aries is like waking up from that deep meditation and suddenly feeling the rush of energy to move. You’re no longer floating in a timeless, dreamy space; you’re back in the present moment, and there’s an immediate urge to act on the insights you received. There’s no time for lingering; Aries energy is all about instinctive action, bold steps, and pioneering movement. You feel a burst of vitality, a need to assert yourself, and to take what you learned from the dream-like state of Pisces and apply it with courage and determination in the real world.

In essence, Neptune in Pisces is like floating in a vast, limitless ocean, full of mystery and connection, while Neptune in Aries is making moves, going deeper, taking action.

Indulge in your Impulse – caveat: But with Intention

My tips for navigating this transit?

Aries doesn’t hesitate, and Neptune encourages you to act on your whims—but with a deep understanding that those impulses are a sign of something bigger trying to emerge. It’s about moving fast but not mindlessly. Allow space for spontaneity, but be intentional with where it’s leading you.

Think about the last spontaneous decision you made. Was it exciting? Scary? Write about how you felt in the moment. Is there something now that you feel an urge to do, but you’re holding back? Explore what might happen if you just go for it. Explore the steps to it, a step towards it or what does a leap look like?

                              Ground before acting

It’s important to stay grounded to ensure your actions align with your true desires. This can be a tricky balance, but grounding practices can help you tap into your inner knowing before making big decisions. Before taking any bold action or making a quick decision, spend five minutes doing a grounding practice. It could be deep breathing, placing your hands on your heart, or walking barefoot outside. After grounding, ask yourself: “Does this action feel aligned with my truth?” If yes, proceed. If not, take a moment to recalibrate your decision.

                              The impulse journal

As you can see this Neptune in Aries transit, the line between impulse and intuition can blur. A great way to harness this energy is by observing your impulses and reflecting on them. The key here is not to act on everything immediately, but to track and observe your emotional landscape.

                              • Exercise:
                              • Start an “Impulse Journal.” Each day, write down your spontaneous thoughts or impulses (big or small). Then, at the end of the week, go back and read through them. Are there any patterns? Which of these impulses felt like pure intuition, and which ones were more fear-driven? Reflect on how you can use this awareness to help guide future actions.

As we navigate Neptune in Aries, remember that this transit is a powerful invitation to claim your sovereignty and step fully into your personal power. It’s about trusting your inner wisdom, acting with grounded confidence, and discerning what aligns with your true self. Let this energy empower you to make bold moves, but always with clarity and purpose. Trust that you have everything you need to create the life you desire.”

                                • Emotionally navigating the eclipse season March 2025

Hello my love, so let me just say it the last few weeks have been something alright. As you’re listening to this it’s pre recorded because I am currently in the city of angels Los Angeles. If you’ve been feeling off, sensitive or in the ringer so to speak it thankfully it ain’t just you honey, I feel your pain.

I’ve always been someone who emotionally processes my feelings, especially with my emotional authority in Human Design and my water placements, which guide me to feel deeply and reflect before responding. I’m used to working through my emotions internally, allowing myself time to feel and then release.

But this eclipse, the Virgo one last Friday, caught me completely off guard. Instead of my usual emotional release, I found myself physically processing in a way I’d never experienced before. I woke up to rashes erupting all over my body, a full-blown physical manifestation of processing, discomfort, and overwhelm.

Physical vs emotional processing eclipse season

It felt like my body was communicating in a way I wasn’t expecting, forcing me to slow down and pay attention to what I’d been pushing aside. The reality of the time line approaching? The raises starting a week before a long haul flight LA the timing couldn’t have been more intense. I’ve always trusted that the universe has a way of showing us what we need to see, but this felt like a big, physical reminder to listen to my body in a new way. It was almost as though my body was saying, “Hey, it’s time to process everything—not just emotionally, but physically too.”

This unexpected physical eruption further cemented how deeply our bodies are intertwined with our emotions and how sometimes we can’t bypass what needs to be released. I’m understanding myself more that while I’ve often relied on my emotional authority to guide me, there’s also wisdom in tuning into the physical cues my body gives me.

I feel like this year I have experienced myself and held space for clients with more skin issues than usual. The skin, IS the body’s largest organ, holds deep spiritual significance, acting as a physical boundary between the inner and outer worlds.

                                  Spiritual meaning of skin

The skin isn’t separated, it’s one, hence my rashes started flaring on my face and are also on my legs the next day you know?

It is not just a protective layer; it is a reflective surface that reveals our emotional and spiritual health. When the skin undergoes a detox process, whether through physical symptoms like rashes or through practices like sweating or exfoliating, it is often a sign that old, stagnant energy is being released. Spiritually, detoxing through the skin signifies shedding emotional baggage, past traumas, or accumulated stress that no longer serves the body or spirit. It’s a way of allowing new, fresh energy to enter, just as the body sheds old skin cells to make room for new growth.

Spiritually, the skin can also symbolise how one interacts with the world—how deeply someone absorbs or blocks external influences. When the skin reacts to toxins, it’s often a reminder to pay attention to what is being taken in, whether emotionally, mentally, or physically. If there is a build-up of toxic relationships, negative thoughts, or environments that aren’t aligned with one’s true essence, the skin can serve as a warning or a means of release. Detoxing, then, isn’t just about cleansing the body; it’s a deeper call to clear away energies that don’t support our highest good and to create a more harmonious relationship with the world around us.

The skin has its own intelligence, revealing truths that may otherwise go unnoticed. When issues arise on the skin’s surface, it often reflects the state of the inner self. A spiritual cleanse can manifest through skin detoxification as the body asks for attention, care, and love. By honouring the skin as an organ of both protection and expression, the process of detoxing can be an invitation to reconnect with one’s essence, aligning physical care with spiritual renewal.

“The Skin is the Project Manager” – Telan Wade

My beautiful friend Telan who’s a healer says the skin is the project manager of the body and reminded me that we are in the year of the snake – shedding!

Significance of final eclipse Aries March 2025

As we approach the final Aries solar eclipse in this series, we’re closing a chapter that’s been all about finding balance between our personal desires and the needs of others. Over the past two years, this eclipse series has pushed us to step into our power, challenge the parts of us that were too afraid to shine, and fiercely claim our place in the world. It’s been about standing tall as individuals while navigating the art of connection and compromise with others. And now, as we reach the end of this cycle, it’s time to reflect: how have you shown up for yourself in these last two years? Have you been truly living in your authentic truth?

This Aries solar eclipse is like a final, empowering call to action—an invitation to take bold steps toward your future. Aries, as the sign of initiation and courage, is urging you to trust in your ability to act decisively and fearlessly. It’s about stepping into the unknown, letting go of the fear that holds you back, and embracing your inner strength. If you’ve been waiting for the right moment to start something new, make a shift, or finally release what’s no longer serving you, this is it. The universe is asking you to seize the moment and trust that you have everything you need within you to make your next move.

A significant ending and beginning with the Aries Solar Eclipse March 2025

For many of us, this eclipse brings a sense of closure, but also a new beginning—a chance to finally put into practice the lessons we’ve learned about asserting our needs and honouring our independence. It’s the final push to step away from people-pleasing, from shrinking ourselves to fit into spaces that no longer serve us. This is the moment to rise up with confidence, knowing that what you’re creating now will set the stage for the next chapter of your life. Trust that this eclipse is not just an ending, but a beautiful opportunity to become the most powerful, authentic version of yourself, aligned with your deepest desires and purpose.

After this powerful Aries solar eclipse, the intensity that has marked the Aries-Libra eclipse series will begin to ease up. Eclipses bring big, transformative energy, often pushing us to face deep truths and make major shifts. While the energy of this last eclipse is undeniably powerful, it’s also a moment of release and closure, which means things will start to feel lighter. The emotional intensity that we’ve been navigating may start to calm down, giving us space to breathe and reflect.

Post eclipse March 2025 after Aries Libra

While things may feel less intense, it’s not an invitation to be complacent. Instead, this time brings the freedom to move forward with a sense of clarity and confidence, knowing that we’ve been through the fire and come out stronger. Spiritually, it’s a chance to take the lessons we’ve learned and ground them into reality, bringing more peace and alignment into our daily lives. So, yes, while the energy may feel lighter, it’s a quiet, steady momentum forward—more nurturing than chaotic, but no less transformative.

Aries Solar Eclipse – Fire meets Water 2025-2027 Pisces North Node

Literally as I am speaking and channeling I see a vision of a wildfire meeting the ocean. The Aries North Node calls you to blaze forward—bold, fierce, unapologetic. You’re here to claim your desires, to make moves with instinct, without hesitation. But your South Node in Libra has kept you balancing scales for lifetimes, looking to others before making a move, questioning your own impulses, softening your fire for the sake of peace.

Now, the call is different. Aries demands sovereignty. No more waiting for permission. No more diluting your truth. You are the fire that ignites the path ahead.

But what happens when fire meets water? Water being the new north node in Pisces from 2025 to 2027.

If you try to control it, it sputters, resists, and drowns in the depths of doubt. But if you surrender to the alchemy, something sacred emerges—steam. Movement. Flow. Transformation.

This is your path. You are learning to trust the fire of your own soul while softening into divine surrender. It’s not about charging ahead recklessly, nor is it about dissolving completely. It’s about knowing when to lead and when to let go. It’s about passion infused with wisdom, action guided by intuition.

Your spiritual growth is in embracing the fire of Aries while learning the dance of Pisces—moving with purpose but surrendering to the greater current. Trusting that your boldest leaps are divinely guided. Trusting that your path unfolds not by force, but by faith. Very much the feelings of balancing the divine masculine and divine feminine within yourself. Chills.

This is where you become unstoppable. Not because you dominate, but because you no longer resist your own becoming.

What if the next step isn’t force… but faith?

What happens when your next step isn’t about force, but faith? When life calls you not to charge forward, but to surrender?

This is the shift your soul is making with Pisces North Node. It’s not about losing your independence or dimming your fire—it’s about expanding your confidence beyond just yourself. Aries trusts its own will; Pisces trusts the will of the universe. Aries moves because it knows it can; Pisces moves because it knows it’s held. The contrast is striking, but the essence is the same. Both energies require courage—one to act despite fear, the other to trust despite uncertainty. You are learning that not everything needs to be conquered, some things must be allowed.

Your spiritual evolution is in merging these truths. You don’t have to push so hard when you remember that unseen forces are working with you. Your fire doesn’t die in the water—it transforms, becoming something greater than just your own strength. It becomes trust, intuition, surrender. When you stop trying to control every outcome and instead walk with faith, your path unfolds in ways even your boldest Aries heart couldn’t have imagined.

                                  Chiron in Aries March 2025

Do take note a few other things are happening with Aries as I mentioned Neptune in Aries a few poddy eps ago (big collective shifts) and in the background since 2018 Chiron has been in Aries collectively and will be until 2026 fully leave in 2027 (because the next Chiron sign will be in Taurus).

Chiron in Aries brings a powerful lesson about healing the wounds around your identity and finding the courage to show up fully as yourself. Aries is all about action, independence, and owning your space, but with Chiron, there’s often a deeper wound about feeling unworthy or unable to assert yourself. This energy challenges you to face the fear of not being good enough or being judged when you step into your personal power. The real work is in owning who you are, without apologising, and recognising that your unique self has something of value to offer.

This time calls you to stop holding back. Chiron in Aries asks you to stop hiding behind the mask of what others expect and to embrace your vulnerability as your strength. It’s about leaning into the discomfort and saying, “This is me—take it or leave it.” Through this, you heal not by shutting down or withdrawing, but by being visible and authentic, even when it feels risky. True courage isn’t about the absence of fear; it’s about pushing through it and showing up in a way that feels aligned with your true self.

The big takeaway here is that power isn’t just about being bold or brash—it’s about finding the confidence to act from a place of authenticity, even if that feels difficult at first. The word coming through is also to be unapologetic about it.

Chiron in Aries teaches us that it’s time to stop doubting your right to be seen, heard, and respected. When you heal these wounds, you step into a life that’s authentically yours, leading with confidence and courage—not because you’ve eradicated fear, but because you’ve learned to move with it.

To call it out further a few snippets of Chiron in Aries lessons:

Chiron in Aries: Breaking Free from the Fear of Rejection

With Chiron in Aries, you’re called to overcome the fear of rejection and own your individuality, understanding that your uniqueness is what makes you powerful.

Chiron in Aries: Owning Your Voice

Chiron in Aries asks you to finally speak your truth, healing the wound of silencing yourself and showing you that your voice matters and is worth being heard.

Chiron in Aries: Healing the Battle Within

Chiron in Aries encourages you to stop fighting against yourself, guiding you to make peace with your inner conflicts and become your own greatest ally.

Rewiliding the divine feminine energy within and balancing it with the masculine

Before I share some journal prompts when channeling a message for anyone listening to this podcast three things came up: masculine, wild and family.

I really get this sense of reclamation – being the captain of your own ship—when you’re constantly trying to please everyone else or sacrificing your own needs, you lose control of the wheel. But when you learn to prioritise yourself, you can steer in the direction that aligns with your true desires and purpose. Putting yourself first isn’t selfish—it’s necessary for navigating your life with clarity, confidence, and strength.

Another analogy is that of a fire: Imagine your energy as a flame—when you keep giving it away to others or neglecting your own needs, the flame dims, and the fire risks burning out. But when you care for it, stoke it with your passions, and shield it from external distractions, the fire grows brighter and stronger. This powerful, nourishing flame fuels your actions and decisions, giving you the energy to pursue what you truly want in life without guilt or hesitation.

Lastly, think of yourself as a well—if you constantly pour into others and never refill your own reserves, you eventually run dry. Putting yourself first is about ensuring that your well is replenished, so you have the resources—emotional, mental, and physical—to give from a place of abundance.

It feels like it’s time to reconnect with the wild, raw power that lives within you. Deep within your bones is a primal energy that has been passed down through generations of fierce, resilient women who stood strong in the face of challenges. This power is untamed, unfiltered, and unapologetic. It’s the force that once ran wild through the forests and rivers, that danced in the moonlight, and that trusted the Earth beneath its feet. This power is yours to claim, just as it was theirs. It is not bound by rules or expectations—only by the deep knowing of your own worth and the strength that flows through you.

You are meant to rise, unapologetic in your truth. To stop hiding your brilliance and your power. This journey back to your wild self is not about becoming something you’re not, but about shedding the layers of conditioning and fear that have kept you from fully embracing who you’ve always been. Your wildness is your strength, your intuition, and your ability to navigate life with grace and fierceness. It’s about being bold in your choices, trusting your instincts, and acting with purpose. It’s about giving yourself permission to be messy, real, and whole in all your beauty.

Reclaim your power, and honor the ancestors who lived fiercely and freely. Tap into the rhythms of the Earth and listen to the wisdom of the land, the moon, and the stars. Your wildness is sacred—don’t let anyone convince you otherwise. It’s time to stop asking for permission and start living as the fierce, unstoppable woman you are meant to be.

In particular see how life has changed since the first portal April 2023 vs now, and reflect to around September last year where there were energies linked to this particular Aries eclipse.

Self-empowerment vs. Relationships: How has the balance between asserting your individuality and honouring your relationships shifted over the past two years? Have there been times where compromise took too much of your energy or where standing firm became necessary?

Courage & Action: Reflect on the areas where courage has led you to take bold steps. What fears held you back from moving forward in other areas, and what was learned from those moments of hesitation?

Personal Growth: Consider how self-awareness, confidence, and independence have evolved during this period. What significant changes or breakthroughs have emerged, and what lessons have been the most impactful?

Emotional Boundaries: How have emotional boundaries shifted in relationships? Has there been a newfound ability to create a healthier balance between caring for others and protecting your own energy?

Letting Go: As this eclipse cycle comes to a close, what is ready to be released? What old patterns, beliefs, or relationships no longer serve your highest good and are now ready to be left behind?

Power Dynamics: Reflect on how power dynamics have influenced relationships. Have there been moments of feeling empowered or disempowered, and what has been learned about reclaiming personal power moving forward?

Authentic Self-expression: Has there been full expression of who you truly are, or have parts of your authentic self been hidden away? What steps can be taken to show up more fully and authentically in every aspect of life?

Reflection on Love and Partnership: How has the approach to love and partnership transformed? Has there been space for harmonious connections while still maintaining individuality and personal integrity?

The Future: What vision is emerging for the next phase of life? What small steps can be taken to align more deeply with purpose and potential as this chapter closes and a new one begins?

Wrapping up Aries Libra Eclipse 2023-2025

So as you walk this path, remember—your Aries fire is not meant to burn alone, nor is it meant to be extinguished. It’s learning to dance with something greater. You are shifting from self-reliance to divine trust, from force to flow, from control to co-creation. The balance of Aries and Libra, fire and water, masculine and feminine, is not about choosing one over the other—it’s about channeling both. Knowing when to lead, when to surrender. When to speak, when to listen. When to push forward, and when to allow yourself to be carried. This is the alchemy of your soul’s evolution. You are not losing yourself—you are expanding beyond what you thought you had to be. Trust the fire. Trust the water. Trust the unfolding.

                                  • Nella Kalla – Vital Alchemy, By Nelly

In this episode, Phi speaks Nelly Kalla – a Functional Nutritionist, Herbalist, and Holistic Health Coach who took her healing into her own hands after a journey with psoriasis and liver issues. She shares how these conditions were not just physical but deeply tied to emotional wounds—especially anger and a lack of security from childhood. We explore how the environment we are born into, along with the role of our parents and even our genetic gut biome, shapes our health from the very beginning.

She shares why gut healing is often about simplicity—doing less rather than overloading the body with excessive supplements or diets. We also discuss common digestive issues, like bloating, and how to support the body in a way that actually works, rather than following trends that may not be effective for everyone. With so much conflicting advice on social media, she helps break down myths around self-diagnosing and the overwhelming flood of health trends that often cause more confusion than clarity.

Beyond gut health, we explore the unseen toxins that impact our well-being—from environmental chemicals to everyday beauty products. Nelly started her product business as a teenager whilst having her own YouTube channel: a 100% clean, chemical-free approach to beauty and skincare. She explains why what we put on our bodies is just as important as what we put in them, and how detoxing from harmful products can be a key part of overall health.

Throughout her years running her own business, Nelly also shares what it’s like to build a career in holistic wellness—balancing education, entrepreneurship and personal healing. Whether you’re curious about holistic nutrition, gut health, emotional well-being, or how to navigate the wellness world with discernment, this episode is packed with insight. If you’re ready to take your healing into your own hands and approach health from a truly holistic perspective, this conversation is one you won’t want to miss.

                                  • 103: Virgo Full Moon Eclipse March 2025

In this episode, we step into the energy of the Virgo Full Moon Eclipse, a portal of powerful purification, and quiet revelation. Rather than approaching Virgo through the lens of mere discipline and details, we channel its Buddhic essence—the energy of refined awareness, sacred service, and the devotion to embodying wisdom in the smallest of earthly acts.

This eclipse asks: How does mindfulness translate into tangible reality? Where does sacred order arise within the seeming chaos of life? How do we surrender not to perfection, but to the flow of intelligent design already at play?

Through Phi’s channeled perspective, we explore Virgo as a vessel for enlightened action, where spirituality isn’t separate from daily life but infused into love and choices. Expect insights on:

                                    • The Buddhic mind – cultivating a spacious awareness amidst the shifting tides of this eclipse.
                                    • Releasing over-identification – detaching from the illusion of control while still honouring deep devotion to your path.

                                      • The current energy in March 2025: Venus Retrograde, Virgo Full Moon and Eclipse

                                        Hello my love,

Welcome back to the Grow Through it Podcast. If the cosmic games haven’t already started for you with Venus Retrograde and all things love, money and relationships at the end of this week on the 14th we have the Virgo full moon which happens to also be a lunar eclipse too. If you’re keep tracking since my energy update for March 2025 you’ll know this is the week before the official new astrological year in Aries kicking off on the 20th.

It’s very much the energy of letting go to do with Virgo, the collective karma at the moment. Virgo is associated with perfectionism, structure, routine, service, and discernment, this eclipse highlights areas where you may need to let go of rigid control, over-analysis or self-criticism.

Virgo Full Moon Eclipse – Channelled Intuitive Message

It makes a lot of sense when I channeled the upcoming energy I saw the taming of the mind – as if you were training your dog or puppy you know? Off the back of it what comes through is energy of a buddhic nature.

One of my good friends recently got a puppy so I don’t know if that’s why it’s connected but I’m going to roll with it. Taming the mind is much like training a puppy. At first, it wanders freely, chasing every impulse, barking at shadows and reacting instinctively to every noise. It pulls you in different directions, darting between excitement, fear, distraction and restlessness. But just as a dog learns discipline through patience and consistency, so too can the mind be gently guided toward stillness and focus.

Imagine your thoughts as an unruly puppy—full of energy, curious, and easily led astray. You wouldn’t scold it harshly for its nature, but instead, you would redirect it with kindness and clarity. When it gets distracted, you bring it back. When it tugs toward anxiety, you soothe it. Over time, with repetition, it learns to stay present, to trust in the steady rhythm of your breath, and to sit in quiet without needing constant movement.

Like a well-trained pet, a tamed mind becomes an ally rather than an obstacle. It no longer jumps at every passing thought or reacts to every external trigger. Instead, it learns to wait, observe, and act only when truly necessary. This is not about suppression or control, but about cultivating a relationship built on trust. The mind, when guided with patience and care, can become a source of peace rather than chaos—loyal, steady, and always by your side.

Buddhist Perspective Taming the Mind – Monkey Mind

From a Buddhist mindfulness perspective, taming the mind is a lifelong practice of awareness, discipline, and compassion. The mind, like a wild animal, is naturally restless, seeking pleasure, avoiding pain and constantly wandering between past regrets and future anxieties. The goal is not to forcefully control or suppress it but to gently train it, much like a monk might train an ox or a horse—with patience, consistency, and wisdom.

One of the most well-known Buddhist metaphors for the untamed mind is the “monkey mind”—a mind that leaps from thought to thought, restless and easily distracted. Through meditation and mindfulness, one learns to observe this monkey without attachment, neither chasing after pleasant thoughts nor resisting unpleasant ones. Instead of reacting impulsively, a trained mind is all for equality, recognising thoughts as passing clouds rather than ultimate truths. Thus one of my favourite sayings: not my monkeys, not my circus.

                                        The mind and discpline

The Buddha taught that the mind, when left unchecked, creates suffering through craving, aversion, and ignorance. However when tamed through right effort, right mindfulness, and right concentration, it becomes a tool for liberation. A disciplined mind can remain steady amidst life’s challenges, free from reactivity and rooted in deep inner peace. In this way, taming the mind is not just about control but about cultivating wisdom, compassion, and a profound sense of freedom.

                                        Devotion as love

I love how things connect and weave because I recently posted on Instagram – What if discipline was an act of devotion – that reframe. Discipline has often been framed as something harsh, something that requires relentless willpower, restriction and forcing yourself to do things even when you don’t want to.This mindset creates burnout, resentment and a disconnection from your deeper why… your purpose.

The Unlearning: True consistency comes from love, not rigid self-punishment. When you shift from force to devotion, everything changes.

Devotion is fuelled by purpose, by the deep knowing that you want to show up—not because you have to, but because you get to. The most sustainable discipline is the kind that honours your rhythms and is rooted in care rather than control. Discipline, at its core, is an act of devotion. It is the daily return to what matters, the quiet commitment to something greater than fleeting comfort or passing moods. When you shift your perspective from seeing discipline as restriction to viewing it as devotion, it transforms from a burden into a sacred practice.

When discipline is rooted in love, it stops feeling like a chore and starts feeling like a sacred commitment to your own well being. And that shift changes everything.

Eclipses 2025 and mutable astrology signs

The eclipses heavily affect those with well of course Virgo in their sign, Pisces being the north node and the other two mutable signs of astrology: Sagittarius and Gemini the shape shifters, these signs are fluid in their expression – in your natural highest nature you’re able to adapt easily, of with the flow, roll with the punches.

March 2025 Worm Full Moon Eclipse

This particular full moon and eclipse in Virgo is known as the Worm Moon the traditional name for the full moon that occurs in March, marking the transition from winter to spring in the Northern Hemisphere.

The Worm Moon signifies the time when the ground begins to thaw, and earthworms reappear, bringing fertile soil and attracting birds like robins—a clear sign of spring’s arrival. It symbolises renewal, awakening, and preparation for new growth.

Worms are nature’s quiet alchemists—transforming decay into nourishment, breaking down what is no longer needed, and returning it to the earth to create fertile ground for new life. As a metaphor, worms beautifully illustrate the process of letting go, releasing karma, and embracing rebirth.

Just as worms break down fallen leaves and old roots, you, too, are invited to decompose what no longer serves you—old beliefs, past regrets, emotional burdens. This isn’t destruction but transformation. Letting go doesn’t mean erasing the past; it means allowing it to be repurposed, integrated, and returned to the soil of your being so that something new can grow.

                                        March 2025 Eclipse Karma

Karma, like organic matter, is not wasted—it is recycled, reworked, and reborn in different forms. Every experience, every lesson, every challenge digests into wisdom, becoming the rich foundation for your next chapter. Just as the earthworms quietly work beneath the surface, your inner evolution is happening even when you don’t see it. Trust in the process. The old is not lost; it is simply becoming the nourishment for your rebirth.

                                        Virgo high and shadow expression

Virgo, in its highest expression, brings discernment, organisation, and devotion to service, but when unbalanced, it can lead to self-criticism, rigidity, and an endless striving for “better.” To surrender these patterns is not to abandon structure, but to soften the edges—to allow room for flow, trust, and enoughness.

For example, you might notice how your mind fixates on details, endlessly tweaking a project or replaying conversations, searching for the “right” way to have done things. Or perhaps you hold yourself to impossibly high standards, feeling like you must always be improving, always doing more. Letting go of these Virgo tendencies doesn’t mean becoming careless; it means embracing the idea that things can be good enough—that you, as you are right now, are good enough.

Letting go also means releasing the need to fix—whether it’s yourself, others, or situations outside your control. Virgo energy often expresses itself in wanting to be helpful, but this can slip into over-functioning or taking on responsibilities that aren’t yours. What would it feel like to step back and trust that things will unfold without your constant intervention?

                                        Virgo health, wellness and routines

Moreover Virgo is associated with health and wellness too. How you care for your body and structure your days directly impacts your ability to create abundance, maintain energy, and sustain long-term success. Virgo teaches that small, consistent habits shape the bigger picture—your financial health, physical well-being, and overall stability are a reflection of the systems you uphold daily.

Venus Retrograde Virgo Full Moon Eclipse

Being Venus Retrograde I may add, so in love with this energy and eclipse; Virgo energy is known for its devotion, care, and attention to detail, but in its shadow, it can manifest as overanalysis, hyper-criticism, and impossible standards—both for yourself and for others.

Themes and things to consider with this Virgo Full Moon Eclipse during Venus Retrograde:

                                        – Perfection in relationships

                                        – Standards in relationships

                                        – Control in relationships

Are your standards coming from a place of self-love and clarity, or are they a shield against vulnerability? Virgo energy calls for reflection on where these standards come from—are they rooted in personal growth and healthy boundaries, or are they a way of protecting yourself from emotional risk?

Take it easy this week as we know eclipses can really trigger the unexpected or unknown. Hi my love, last week I mentioned it was a significant spiritual week with both Shivaratri and the Pisces New Moon just gone by and now we’ve got what I intuitively feel is one of the biggest energetic months of 2025.

March 2025 carries a powerful energetic charge due to several astrological and cosmic alignments that amplify transformation, awakening and deep shifts. So in this podcast I’m going to break down the energies of March 2025. This serves as a heads up and guide to what is going on energetically.

So what does this actually mean for you? I’m going to translate this energy for you as a practical guide to the week.

                                          As an overview we have:

                                          – Venus Retrograde

                                          – Mercury moves into Aries
                                          – Eclipse Season
                                          – Lunar Eclipse in Virgo
                                          – Mercury Retrograde day after
                                          – It’s Aries Season! Happy Astrological New Year 2025 also known as the Spring Equinox or Autumn Equinox depending where you are
                                          – Final Eclipse in Aries Libra Series – Aries Solar Eclipse
                                          – Closing with Neptune moves into Aries

                                          Venus Retrograde March 2025

It really does kickstart on the 1st of March when the planet Venus is retrograde until mid April on the 12th. Venus retrograde shakes up relationships, whether you’re single or in one. Venus governs love, connection, values, and attraction, so when it appears to move backward, you’re invited to slow down, reassess and reflect.

Venus Retrograde March 2025 – In a Relationship

If you’re in a relationship, Venus retrograde can highlight areas where you and your partner may not be seeing eye to eye. Unresolved issues tend to resurface, pushing you to have conversations you may have been avoiding. Communication can feel strained, and misunderstandings may arise more easily, requiring patience and clarity. This is also a time when deeper questions come up: Are we still aligned? Are we growing together or apart? Some relationships strengthen through this period, while others may reveal cracks that can no longer be ignored.

Venus Retrograde March 2025 – Single

For those who are single, Venus retrograde can stir up memories of past lovers—sometimes literally, as exes/flings/one nights/situationships/past lovers- may resurface, whether in dreams, thoughts, or direct messages. It’s a chance to reflect on past relationship patterns and ask whether you’re still drawn to the same dynamics or if it’s time to break free. New relationships formed during this time might feel intense but can often be clouded by illusion, making it wise to take things slow. More than anything, this period invites self-reflection: What do I truly want in a partner? Am I honouring my own worth in love?

Venus Retrograde March 2025 – Human Design Family Friendships

Let me emphasise: Venus retrograde isn’t here to ruin love—it’s here to refine it.

Whether you’re in a relationship or single, Venus retrograde asks you to pause and reassess. It’s not a time for rushed decisions but for deeper clarity. When the retrograde ends, you emerge with a renewed sense of what love means to you—whether that means strengthening a connection, releasing the past, or stepping forward with a clearer heart.

Now it’s just not love. This aligns with the human design energy for the first week of March 2025 – family and friendship. From a human design perspective; you may find that family and friendships are put under a magnifying glass, prompting you to reconsider your connections and values within those relationships. This transit can stir up old dynamics or misunderstandings, asking you to reevaluate what truly matters to you. Pay attention to any feelings of tension or unresolved issues, as they may offer valuable insights.

Mercury moving into Aries March 2025

Do note in the background on the 3rd/4th of March, Mercury drops into Aries. This can bring a bold, fast-paced energy to communication, encouraging quick thinking, directness and a sense of urgency.

Conversations might become more spontaneous, with people feeling more inclined to speak their minds and jump straight to the point.

During this period, you may notice less patience for beating around the bush, and more emphasis on getting to the heart of matters quickly. There’s a tendency to act on ideas before fully thinking them through, which can lead to impulsive decisions or misunderstandings if not approached with care.

Now when this is paired with the intensity of eclipse season and Venus Retrograde the potential for emotional reactions or impulsive decisions can increase. Be really conscious of communication in March. It’s wise to take extra care with your words during this time. Think before reacting or speaking, and take a moment to ensure that what you express is aligned with your true feelings, rather than being driven by past patterns or temporary emotions.

On the positive side, this transit can spark creativity and inspire action, making it a good time to have bold conversations you’ve been putting off. The key during this transit is to balance your enthusiasm with a bit of patience, allowing space for clarity and precision in your communication.

                                          Eclipse Season March 2025

The big ones lets of course talk about how March 2025 this month has two eclipses. One is part of the new series in Virgo mid March and the other closes the chapter on the final Aries-Libra Destiny set of six eclipses which began in April 2023 and are ending now in March 2025.

Now if you recall for the new series we got a taste of Pisces during an eclipse last year in 2024 around mid September 18th 2024. It is going to end February 2027 so we’ve got quite the chapter collectively.

Remember with all eclipses as a general they can reveal what’s unknown, or hidden even lurking thus can bring about sudden changes, so be prepared for unexpected opportunities or challenges that can change your course. You may feel compelled to take a leap of faith or make a bold move that feels risky but aligns with your true desires. It’s important to trust the timing and allow the eclipse to guide you toward what is meant for your growth, even if the path forward is not fully clear.

A major theme linking Pisces and Virgo, as opposite sister signs on the same axis, is also why this year’s eclipses will feel especially intense. Pisces, the final sign of the zodiac, brings a sense of completion, while Virgo, positioned right at the heart of the zodiac wheel, provides a contrasting yet complementary perspective on the same themes.

The tension extends itself, Virgo is the practical, Pisces is the dreamer.

                                          Virgo Lunar Eclipse March 2025

There is a Lunar Eclipse in Virgo on the 14th/15th March, the first eclipse car the South Node. What does this practically mean? Past patterns, karma, and habits that no longer serve your growth may pop up around this time to heal particularly around Virgo shadow themes such as perfectionism, over analysing and self criticism. Perhaps where you are too practical.

This eclipse might prompt you to reflect on how you’ve been overly focused on efficiency, detail, or trying to “fix” yourself or others. There could be a pull to simplify your life, let go of unnecessary expectations or release the need for control. The karmic energy here invites you to trust that you don’t have to perfect every detail or have everything planned to succeed. It’s a time to focus on self acceptance and embrace a more relaxed, balanced approach to life (towards Pisces collectively).

                                          Mercury Retrograde March 2025

If that wasn’t enough our friend Mercury goes retrograde the day after – the usual be conscious and aware of communication.

I’m really getting the intuitive feeling to let anyone listening know all connections made during this month likely have some karmic soul contract energy to it therefore really take things slow and paced because eclipses can make things feel intense and all or nothing. By the way when I mention this it can be labelled “good karmic” as well as “shadow karmic.”

Virgo Eclipse March 2025 Human Design Crisis Love of Spirit

Now for anyone who’s familiar with their human design chart, collectively in human design this week has crisis mixed in with love of spirit. If you’re experiencing a “crisis” this week, it’s a tell tale sign to look at these behaviours.

On a larger scale, alining with love of spirit collectively in human design this eclipse may prompt a spiritual reckoning—questioning your relationship with the God or Universe that you believe in. You may feel a tug toward understanding your purpose more deeply or an urge to realign with a higher calling. Trust that even though these moments may feel intense or uncomfortable, they are guiding you toward greater clarity and spiritual growth.

Astrological New Year 2025 Aries Season – Spring Equinox/Autumn Equinox

On the 20th we officially shift into Aries Season on the 20th marking the new Astrological year so from an astrology point of view it’s officially 2025. It’s also known as the Spring Equinox or Autumn Equinox depending where you live. Happy New Year!

This moment is all about energy, action, and initiation, as Aries embodies the qualities of leadership, courage, and boldness. It’s a time when the cosmos invites you to plant seeds for new beginnings, harness your inner drive and embrace the opportunities for growth and change ahead.

Given that this new year falls in a year that may carry themes of releasing old patterns, the Aries energy offers a wonderful balance of initiating change and moving forward. While Aries pushes you to act, there is an undercurrent of revisiting how you’ve been carrying your past wounds or patterns that no longer serve you.

This is the moment to put those lessons into practice and move with clarity and enthusiasm into the next chapter, leaving behind the things that hold you back. With the equinox’s balancing nature, it offers a chance to be both assertive in your actions and mindful of the changes you’re creating, ensuring that your efforts are aligned with your deeper desires and goals.

Final Eclipse in Aries Libra Series – Solar Aries Eclipse

Now the final eclipse in Aries on March 29th ties up a two year chapter of lessons on assertiveness, conflict and balance in our personal relationships and collectively. Do recall Aries deals with ourself, Libra deals with Others/Relationships.

The energy of this final eclipse is very similar to one that occurred all the way back around the end of March 29th/30th in 2006 so that may be a glimpse to reflect what was going on in your life then and what is happening now. This eclipse is also the opposite of the October Libra Eclipse in October 2024 so again another check in point to reflect on.

Given it’s Aries but it’s ending I think it really points to reflecting on the last 2 years particularly at points during the eclipses in Aries Libra and using those lessons to move forward into this new personal and collective chapter in our lives.

Aries Eclipse March 2025 – Human Design Opinions

It aligns collectively with the human design energy of opinions. The swirl of this human design energy and astrology is having the boldness and fierceness to speak up for yourself. The key is to find a balance: Aries energy can propel you forward and urge you to take the stage, while the human design energy of opinions ensures that your words have substance and depth, and that you’re offering your opinions in a way that invites others to reflect.

I still this down to be: embrace the courage to speak your truth, but also leave room for growth and change in your thinking, especially when others offer alternative viewpoints.

Aries Eclipse March 2025 – Stand Up For Yourself

As this is the final eclipse in the Aries-Libra series, you may also experience a sense of completion or closure around themes related to Aries energy: independence, assertiveness, and self expression. If you’ve been working on stepping into a more authentic version of yourself or embracing leadership roles, this eclipse will offer the final push to fully embody that path. It’s about trusting your instincts, letting go of old fears or hesitations, and stepping into the future with confidence.

My final note on this energy intertwining the Aries Solar Eclipse with the human design energy of opinions: are there anythings left unsaid or done with regards to the last 2 years of your life? What have you been putting up with, this feels like that energetic closing to stand up for yourself, to say something.

                                          Neptune enters Aries March 2025

I know this has been a lot but there’s still one more thing for March 2025. Neptune enters Aries on March 30, for the first time since 1861 to 1875.

                                          What does history tell us?

The American Civil War started on April 12, 1861 and of significance the next day, Neptune entered Aries on April 13 of 1861. This was a time of intense ideological and cultural conflict, where the nation was split over issues such as slavery, states’ rights, and economic structures. Neptune, the planet of illusion, ideals, and collective consciousness, when in Aries, often brings forth a powerful, idealistic drive to initiate change — sometimes through conflict or upheaval.

In a broader sense, Neptune’s transit through Aries during the Civil War exemplifies how Neptune can dissolve boundaries and fuel passionate causes, but also how those causes can become clouded by illusion, division, and the challenges of trying to live up to ideals in a complex and tumultuous world.

What is also significant? Saturn will follow in two months time into Aries now that’s for another time to discuss! The next wave of Saturn Returners in 2026 will be in Aries.

With Neptune moving into Aries, the energy surrounding spirituality, creativity, and self-expression will take on a more fiery, individualistic tone.

What happens when Neptune enters Aries March 2025

When Neptune moves into Aries, it brings a fresh wave of energy that encourages people to pursue their dreams with excitement and boldness. Aries is all about taking action, starting new things, and embracing challenges, so during this time, many may feel a surge of motivation to follow their personal goals, especially those related to self-expression, creativity, or spirituality. There’s a sense of urgency and enthusiasm to make things happen and to be seen for who you truly are.

However, while Aries is about courage and drive, Neptune has a more dreamy, idealistic energy. This combination can sometimes cause confusion or lead people to chase after goals that might not be as realistic as they seem. You might feel inspired to take big risks or start new ventures, but there’s a potential for disappointment if those dreams don’t work out as expected. It’s important to stay grounded, think practically, and take measured steps, so you don’t get too carried away by the excitement.

What can we learn from it’s partner Libra? Balance.

Support and help March 2025 energy spiritual mindset self love

As you can see that was an overview of what’s to come in March 2025. As we step into this transformative time, it’s essential to reflect on the changes we want to create in our lives. How can you take bold, authentic action towards your dreams? What areas of your life need a reset, a release, or a new perspective? March 2025 invites you to take the lead in your own journey—whether it’s stepping into your power, setting new intentions, or embracing your creativity and leadership.

If you’re feeling unsure or hesitant, I invite you to take a moment to connect with your inner guidance. Reflect on what needs to be released and what you’re ready to manifest. And if you’re ready for deeper support on your journey, I’m here to guide you through this transformative time. Until next time.
