      • Eclipse Season September 2025

Hi my love, welcome back to the Grow Through It Podcast with me Phi. It’s been a busy September and one to remember.

Today, I’m going to guide and help you unpack another astrological energetic event that carries a lot of weight the Solar Eclipse at 29 degrees of Virgo happening at the end of this week on September 21st, 2025.

Before we dive into the Virgo Solar Eclipse, let’s pause and acknowledge the energy we’ve just moved through. The recent Pisces lunar eclipse stirred up a lot not just personally, but collectively. Pisces energy can feel like standing in deep water: emotions rise, boundaries blur, and suddenly the line between intuition and illusion isn’t so clear.

If you’ve felt overwhelmed by the news cycle, by floods of information, or even by your own emotions = you’re not alone. Collectively, we’ve been wading through a lot.

Here’s the message that’s been coming through spirit: discernment is everything. Not every story we read, not every post we scroll, not every emotional reaction we have is the ultimate truth. Pisces can wash us in empathy, but it can also cloud our vision. This eclipse season is a reminder to breathe, ground, and ask: What feels real for me? What aligns with my inner knowing?

Think of it this way… you don’t need to believe everything that passes across your screen, or every passing thought in your mind. Discernment is your anchor in the storm.

        What is an eclipse?

A solar eclipse is like hitting the reset button on life. Imagine your phone freezes, and the only way forward is a restart. That’s what an eclipse does it shuts something down so that something new can begin. Think back to last week’s Pisces Lunar Eclipse.

Now this upcoming Solar Eclipse in Virgo happens to land at the very last degree of Virgo, it carries this feeling of finality. It’s like you’re reading the last page of a novel you know the story is closing, but you’re also about to step into a sequel.

        Virgo–Pisces Axis: The Bigger Story

Since September 2024, eclipses have been dancing between Pisces and Virgo, and they’ll continue until 2027.

        • Pisces eclipses: release, surrender, letting go.
        • Virgo eclipses: rebuild, refine, organise, create order.
        • Here’s what makes September 2025 unique: this is the only solar eclipse in Virgo in this whole cycle. Every other eclipse in this storyline is lunar… about endings. This one? It’s about beginnings. Think of it as the one big “launch moment” in a longer process of clearing. So, if Pisces cleared the canvas, Virgo is now handing you the paintbrush.

          History moves in cycles

Astrology works in cycles. The last time we had a solar eclipse at this exact degree of Virgo was in 2006. Before that, 1987. Even earlier, 1968.

If you’re old enough, think back: what was shifting for you in September 2006? Or in the 2015–2017 Virgo–Pisces eclipse cycle? Those themes might resurface now not as carbon copies, but as echoes asking for a new resolution.

          Big Virgo Energy

So what does Virgo ask of us? Virgo energy is like your inner editor. It notices the flaws, the little details, the places where life feels messy. That can be uncomfortable, but it’s also a gift.

Think of it like cooking in a cluttered kitchen. Virgo is the energy that says: “Clear the counters, sharpen the knives, line up the ingredients.” Once the mess is gone, you can actually enjoy creating.

Here’s how this eclipse might show up for you:

          • Work: You may see cracks in your job routines — deadlines slipping, systems not working. This is the universe nudging you to reorganise or maybe even start a new path.
          • Health: Virgo rules the body. You may feel pushed to start a new fitness or wellness routine, not out of guilt, but out of self-preservation.
          • Routines: The little things — your calendar, your sleep habits, your daily rituals — may suddenly feel unsustainable. This eclipse says: rebuild smarter.
          • In short, it’s time for a life software update. Patch the bugs, clean the code, and streamline the system.

            Karmic Emotional Undercurrent

Because this eclipse sits near the South Node in Virgo, it comes with a release process. You might feel drained, or like something needs to be let go before you can move forward.

Here’s a metaphor: imagine moving houses. Packing up is exhausting, and you have to let go of things that no longer fit. But once the boxes are moved, you step into a fresh space that supports who you are now. That’s what this eclipse feels like.

Virgo can get hyper-critical, but Pisces (Virgo’s opposite) steps in to remind us of compassion. Pisces says: “Yes, clean up the mess, but don’t forget the beauty in imperfection.” Balance both energies, and you’ll grow without guilt.

Northern Hemisphere Autumn Equinox meets Eclipse

Here’s where it gets even more powerful: this eclipse happens right on the doorstep of the Autumn Equinox in the Northern Hemisphere.

The Equinox is a moment of balance day and night are equal. From here, nights grow longer, inviting reflection. Traditionally, it’s the harvest festival: time to gather what you’ve grown, give thanks, and prepare for the darker months.

So pair that with eclipse energy (disruption, reset, revelation) and what do you get? A powerful fusion: balance meets reset. It’s like harvesting your crops, but also deciding which fields you’re going to replant next season.

Who this Virgo Solar Eclipse Impacts the Most

If you have planets or personal points the signs of especially Virgo and/or Pisces then Gemini, Sagittarius, you’ll feel this eclipse more strongly. Same for those in the early degrees of Aries, Cancer, Libra, or Capricorn.

For everyone, the message is universal:

            • Declutter your routines.
            • Prioritise your health.
            • Build systems that actually support your goals.
            • Don’t make big impulsive decisions — eclipses can distort perception. Let things settle before acting.
            • If you’ve been feeling more tired than usual around these series of eclipses, you’re not imagining it. Eclipses stir up a lot of energetic movement think of them as cosmic plot twists that shake loose things we’ve outgrown. On a physical level, that can feel draining, like your body and mind are processing more than usual. Just like when your computer runs a big system update, you can’t open all the usual apps at the same time… your energy gets redirected toward integration.

On an emotional level, eclipses temporarily “block the light,” which can bring up hidden feelings or buried truths. That can be heavy to sit with, even if you can’t put words to it. Our nervous systems pick up on these shifts, and the result can be fatigue, vivid dreams, or simply the need for more rest. If you’re feeling this way, take it as a cue to slow down, listen to your body, and allow space for recalibration. Eclipses aren’t meant to deplete you forever but they do ask you to pause, reset, and let your system catch up to the changes unfolding.

Therefore given this especially if you have an emotional authority in human design it’s better to wait it out and ride the waves at least until early October before making big decisions.

              Eclipses and Emotions

Eclipses obscure light… symbolically, this means we’re not seeing the full picture. It’s better to wait a few days before making big decisions.

Eclipses can act like emotional amplifiers. Feelings, thoughts, and even the stories circulating in the news or on social media as well as in our own lives can feel heightened, dramatic, or overwhelming. But here’s the key: not everything that comes up during an eclipse is the final truth. Sometimes eclipses bring shadows to the surface distorted versions of the story  so that we can eventually see what’s real more clearly.

This is why discernment is so important. Before reacting, pause. Instead of rushing to make a decision or taking everything at face value, give yourself time to sit with what’s coming up. Often the full picture doesn’t emerge until days, weeks, or even months later.

Think of it like watching a movie trailer: you’re getting flashes of intensity, but not the whole plot. The wise move is to watch, feel, and take notes without assuming you already know the ending. Waiting and observing can be incredibly powerful, because it allows the truth to reveal itself in its own time.

Solar Virgo Eclipse September 2025 Journaling Prompts and Questions

The last time a solar eclipse happened at this exact degree of Virgo was in 2006, before that 1987, and earlier 1968. If you were alive, what was happening in your life during those years? Do you see echoes or similar themes today?

Think back to September 2024 and March 2025. What storylines, changes, or challenges began for you then? This eclipse is the second act in that narrative — where do you see the continuation?

What parts of your daily life feel unsustainable, chaotic, or draining right now?

If you released, reorganised, or restructured those areas, what kind of energy and freedom could open up for you?

What new routines could you create now that would genuinely support your health, energy, and wellbeing?

Where in your life do you need more structure or consistency so that your goals become easier to achieve?

Which areas of your day feel cluttered or inefficient and how could simplifying them create more space for what matters?

Virgo energy asks for balance between effort and compassion. Where are you being overly critical of yourself, and how can you bring in more kindness?

Where do you tend to focus on the “big picture” but forget the details? How could paying attention to the little things help your larger goals succeed?

In this episode, I take you with me on my live pilgrimage to Lourdes, the sanctuary of Mother Mary in France. Lourdes is a place where millions travel for healing, hope, and miracles but what I discovered here went far beyond holy water and candlelight.

I share what it felt like to walk into the energy of the grotto, the lessons I learned waiting for hours in line (yes, including a bathroom incident that turned into a teaching on forgiveness), and the raw emotions that surfaced after bathing in the sacred waters.

              • Pilgrimage to Lourdes & the Divine Mother

Hello my love. I’m coming to you live, raw, still in the thick of my spiritual pilgrimage to Lourdes, the sanctuary of Mother Mary in France. It’s a very personal journey for me that’s still unfolding in the present day as I’m recording live here in France. I wanted to bring you along and have a sacred heart to heart. Honestly sounds like a personal diary rather than poddy ep!

If you haven’t heard of Lourdes in 1858, a young peasant girl named Bernadette had a series of visions of the Virgin Mary. Since then, millions of pilgrims have come each year, seeking healing, peace and connection with the divine. You see people from every corner of the world — some arriving in wheelchairs, some carrying heavy burdens and some simply searching for a quiet moment of faith.

What struck me most about Lourdes is that it’s not just about Catholicism. Yes, it is deeply Catholic in its roots and traditions, and very much like an adult Catholic Disneyland where old ladies go crazy for (a story about that later on). But when you are there, what you feel goes beyond religion. It feels like a universal mother energy. It feels like the presence of unconditional love itself, waiting to embrace you.

                The Energy of Sacred Places

I’ve always believed there are certain places on Earth that simply hold energy. You step into them, and you know something is different. Sometimes it’s in nature, like a mountain or a forest, and sometimes it’s in sanctuaries like Lourdes.

When I arrived, I could feel it immediately. The air was thick with prayer and it happens the year I’ve gone in 2025 is the Jubilee year marking the universal theme of hope. There were candles flickering everywhere. It was extremely busy, and what’s so powerful is that this energy isn’t just historical — it’s alive. You can feel the devotion of millions of people here.

For me, being there wasn’t about worshiping a figure from my childhood faith. It was about standing in a place where the Divine Mother energy is so tangible, so present.

                Returning to My Roots

I should share a little background. I grew up Roman Catholic. Mary was always present in my childhood — her statues in churches, rosaries in the hands of family members, prayers before bed.

In fact, I had a memory flashback to being in kindergarten or year one. My first school play, I randomly got chosen to play Mother Mary in a Christmas play. My dad was religious and said if I had a Western name it would be Mary, so I would be Mary Dang to you!

Like many of us, I drifted as I grew older for various reasons (which you can read about in my book The Great Unlearning). My spiritual path expanded, I explored other traditions, and Mary became more of a symbol in the background.

Yet when I walked into Lourdes, something in me remembered. It wasn’t about dogma or rules or religion. It was about the deep comfort of the mother figure I had known all along. She was waiting there for me, not asking me to prove anything — just to receive. The mother has come to me in all forms and walks of life and this was a returning home to the original I grew up with, religiously and now spiritually.

                The Humility of Pilgrimage

Now, I have to say, being in Lourdes was also humbling in ways I didn’t expect. English is not the first language for most pilgrims there. For me too, communicating sometimes felt clumsy, as though my words couldn’t fully capture what I wanted to express. Most people here spoke either French or Italian.

Here’s the thing pilgrimage is not about perfection. It’s about humility. It’s about stepping outside your comfort zone, sometimes feeling small, and yet realising that in the eyes of the Divine, you are seen completely.

I would smile at someone lighting a candle and they would smile back. No words needed. I would stand next to someone praying the rosary in Italian, and though I didn’t understand the language, the rhythm of their prayer carried me.

It reminded me that spirituality is a universal language and sometimes, silence speaks louder than words.

Patience & Love in the Line at Lourdes

One of the big lessons I didn’t expect to learn at Lourdes came not from a vision, or even from prayer, but simply from standing in line.

If you’ve been to Lourdes, you know — there is waiting. Lots of waiting. I stood for an hour just to touch the rock of the grotto where Mary appeared. Later that day, I waited almost two and a half hours to bathe in the healing waters. Both times I was early by the way, so I can imagine others waited even longer. And I’ll be honest with you — I really had to go to the bathroom. And there I was, in this long, snaking line of pilgrims from all over the world, and no bathroom in sight.

So, I did what I had to do: I stepped out of the line, trusting that I would be able to get back in. When I returned, I explained the situation to one of the English speaking staff members, and thankfully, they understood and let me back in where I had been. Plus I had a lovely middle-aged Italian couple behind me in queue ready to vouch for me — bless their hearts.

But in that exact moment, a middle-aged Italian woman came forward. She had been waiting too, and she was upset. She pushed me, berated me in her language, insisting that she had been there longer. I was taken aback. For a moment, I wanted to defend myself: No, excuse me, I’ve actually been here longer than you, and I was already inside while you were still in the queue.

It could have turned into resentment but instead, something softened. I went ahead, still a little shaken, but trusting that love would somehow settle the situation.

And then — something beautiful happened. Later, this same woman came up to me. She looked me in the eyes, put her hands on my shoulders and said sorry. In that moment, a lesson came through: forgiveness doesn’t excuse the behavior, but it releases the weight of it.

That moment taught me that love is not just this abstract spiritual concept we talk about in prayer or meditation. It’s practical. It’s in the forgiveness we extend to strangers. It’s in the patience we cultivate in the long lines of life whether with others, with family, with friends, or even with a partner.

Forgiveness doesn’t mean swallowing everything down or pretending it didn’t hurt. It means choosing not to let resentment lodge in your heart. That’s what I experienced in Lourdes, in the most ordinary yet extraordinary way — through a bathroom break, a misunderstanding, and an apology that became a moment of grace.

After the Bathing – Heart as Cathedral

After I bathed in the waters at Lourdes, I’ll be honest — it was really intense. I didn’t walk out glowing or blissful. I actually felt irritated, unsettled. Shed a few tears and that surprised me. Here I was, in this sacred place, doing what so many dream of, and instead of peace, I felt raw.

But I’ve learned that sometimes transformation doesn’t arrive in the moment — it settles later. That’s exactly what happened. The next day, something in me cracked open. I remembered a teaching I had received earlier in Glastonbury, the place often called the heart chakra of the world. The teaching was simple but profound: “Your heart is a cathedral.”

Suddenly, it all made sense. People travel across the world, to places like Lourdes, to find healing, blessings, love. And yet, we each carry within us a cathedral that can hold that same vibration: the heart.

In that moment, I realised how lucky I am. I didn’t come to Lourdes out of desperation, or begging for a miracle. I came simply “for the vibes,” as I like to say — for the energy, for the presence, and because I got the call from Spirit, trusting in my journey.

It made me reflect on the journey it took to get here. Just a year ago, I was going through a toxic breakup, carrying heaviness and heartbreak. I never could have imagined that twelve months later, I would be standing in Lourdes, surrounded by more love than I have ever felt in my life — love from so many people in my life, yes, but also love rising from within me.

So I just rippled with gratitude. Gratitude not only for Mother Mary, not only for the sanctuary, but for the reminder that the sacred is both out there and in here. Lourdes mirrored back to me what was already waiting to be found in my own cathedral — the heart.

                The Final Vision

One of the most moving moments for me happened on my final full day. I had been in Lourdes from Wednesday and was leaving Saturday. I went into meditation, sitting quietly with everything I had experienced in front of my favourite mural. A lovely woman previously came up to me and translated it: “I do not promise you happiness in this life, but in the next.”

Dropping into a meditation for the final time here I had a vision. I saw so many of my spiritual teachers, all reminding me how the Divine Mother is universal no matter your background, your culture. And then, as if the universe wanted to underline the message, something extraordinary happened. A woman I had never met before approached me. She started talking to me completely unprompted about a Mexican goddess.

Now here’s the wild part: in recent months, I had already been feeling the presence of this goddess in my own inner work. It was as if she had been knocking at my door and now here she was, showing up in Lourdes through the voice of a complete stranger.

In that moment, I knew I had just been introduced to a new teacher. Not in the traditional sense, but in the way Spirit sometimes weaves synchronicities into our lives to make sure we’re paying attention.

                Learning to be a Mother

When I look back at this past year, I realize that my journey has really been about learning how to be a mother. Not in the traditional sense, I don’t have any children right now but in the spiritual sense.

First, it’s been about being a mother to my own inner child. That tender, vulnerable part of me that longs for safety, love, and reassurance. Previously, I looked for that outside of myself as many of us do — in relationships, in achievements, in other people’s approval. Through deep inner work, I’ve been unlearning all that so I can be the one who holds her. I can be the one who comforts her when she feels scared, who celebrates her joy, who tells her: You are enough.

This same energy has flowed into my work with women — on retreats, in sessions, in the sacred spaces we create together. Again and again, I see how so many of us are carrying children inside who are still waiting to be loved. We think our struggles are about stress, or relationships, or self worth, but so often, at the root, it’s the little girl inside us who is longing for love.

Holding space for women in retreat this year has been like extending the arms of the Divine Mother outward. It’s about saying: You belong. You are safe here. You can lay down the armor and just be held by me.

This year, I’ve learned that being a mother is not just a role some women play in family life — it’s an archetype, an energy, a calling we can all embody. It’s the energy of nurture, of patience, of unconditional love. The more we step into it, the more healing and wholeness we bring — not just to ourselves, but to everyone in our lives.

Inner Child Fun is Holy and Sacred

One of the sweetest parts of my pilgrimage was how strongly my inner child made herself known. Yes, there were the sacred moments at the grotto, the long lines, the prayers — but honestly, she showed up most fully in the ordinary, playful moments. In my little Airbnb, she was so happy — dancing around the kitchen, cooking simple meals, laughing at nothing, eating ice cream every single day.

She reminded me that pilgrimage isn’t only about solemn devotion or seeking miracles. It’s also about joy, play, and delight — the things that make us feel alive. In Lourdes, she wanted to have fun too. And that was just as sacred as lighting candles or bathing in the waters.

                Lourdes Compassion

Lourdes is also a place where you see many sick and disabled people. At first, if I’m honest, it can feel confronting. There are people being carried, people in pain. Some part of me felt a little uncomfortable and for many I’ve spoken to it felt “icky” to witness suffering so closely.

As I stayed with it, something shifted. I realised: what a beautiful thing that if you are sick, or or carrying something heavy, you get to spend time in this most sacred space. Surrounded by prayer, candles, hope. Even if their bodies are in pain, their spirits are being nourished in one of the most beautiful sanctuaries on Earth.

Maybe some would feel pity, I began to feel joy for them. Because Lourdes gives people hope. And hope is medicine, too.

It reminded me again of the Mother energy. Just like a mother gathers all her children healthy, struggling, joyful, hurting so too does Lourdes gather everyone. No one is excluded.

In that, my inner child learned something very important: we are all worthy of love and belonging.

That teaching has stayed with me. That no matter what condition we’re in  (physically, emotionally, spiritually) the Divine Mother makes space for us. Just maybe our job is to learn how to extend that same compassion to ourselves and others…

                Unconditional Love

And so in closing what I want you to take from Lourdes isn’t just my story, but a reminder of what’s already true for you.

The Divine Mother is not only here in Lourdes. She’s with you, right now, wherever you are. She is the presence of unconditional love itself: love that doesn’t keep score, doesn’t ask you to be perfect, doesn’t withdraw when you fall short. Love isn’t based on what you’ve done, or how spiritual you are, or whether you’ve “earned it.” It just is.

The Universe, divine mother  loves the messy parts of you, the tired parts of you, the shiny parts of you, the parts you hide from everyone else. She gathers them all up the way a mother gathers every one of her children. Nothing in you is too broken, too small, too much, or too late for her embrace.

So wherever you are listening to this, I want you to feel that truth: you are already loved, already held, already belonging. Always, always, in the arms of the archetype of the divine Mother. Of unconditional love.

Take a moment. Place your hand on your heart. Breathe. Imagine your heart as a vast cathedral, full of light, full of song, full of love. This is your sacred space. This is where the Mother meets you.

So my hope for you, encoded with the energy of Mother Mary and Lourdes is that:

May you remember you are safe.

May you remember you are loved.
                May you remember you belong.

So as I carry this home to my next destination in Europe, I’m bringing not just memories, not just stories, but the living energy of the Divine Mother. I’m bringing her embrace, her unconditional love, and yes I’m literally bringing blessed Lourdes water with me.

                • Lions Gate x Aquarius Full Moon August 2025

                  Hi my love,

I’m recording live from my retreat Recharge & Renew with 6 incredible women here in Ubud Bali.

This retreat was timed with divine precision, aligning with the Lions Gate, when the Sun in Leo and the star Sirius flood the Earth with light, clarity, and cosmic remembrance. This isn’t just a moment — it’s a soul reset.

The Lions Gate opens the channel for deep energetic upgrades, and here, in this intentional space, you’re invited to release the weight of the past, realign with your heart’s deepest truth, and recharge from the inside out. This is more than rest, this is recalibration. A return to the you who was never lost just waiting for the right light to rise.

This lion’s gate is unique for the Lions Gate Portal peaking right alongside the Aquarius Full Moon.

This combo? Big. Bold. Charged up. Absolutely not subtle.

                  Let’s break it down.

What is the Lion’s Gate Portal?

So every year around August 8th, we experience what’s called the Lions Gate Portal — a potent energetic alignment where the Sun in Leo, the star Sirius, and the Earth all align. Sirius is this super high-frequency star — the “Spiritual Sun” — and it’s rising in the sky just before dawn this time of year, which ancient Egyptians actually used to mark the start of their New Year.

Think of it like a cosmic WiFi upgrade: The Lions Gate opens a channel for higher consciousness, intuition boosts, and manifestation energy. Like, third-eye wide open kinda stuff.

And since the Sun is in Leo (the sign of courage, heart, and personal expression) it’s asking you:

“What are you really here to do? And are you finally ready to step up and live it out loud?”

                  Aquarius Full Moon Energy

Now add this: a Full Moon in Aquarius landing on or just around this same time?

That’s like lighting a match in a wind tunnel.

Aquarius is ruled by Uranus — the planet of shakeups, innovation, liberation, and cosmic downloads. It’s the rebel, the visionary, the outsider who sees the system and says, “Nope. We can do better.”

So this Moon isn’t just about lighting candles and charging crystals.

It’s about seeing the matrix and choosing to break it.

It’s likely going to bring a few plot twists. Expect surprising insights, truth bombs, or sudden emotional shifts — especially around friendships, community, and your role in the collective.

                  Aquarius Full Moon – Friendships

Aquarius governs “the group,” but it doesn’t want you to blend in. It wants you to contribute something only you can bring. If you’ve been hiding your genius, your voice, or your vision — this Moon is calling it out of you.

                  So ask yourself:

                  Who are my people now?

Who really sees me for who I’m becoming… not just who I’ve been?

This is a brilliant time to call in aligned friendships, communities, collaborators. I love this especially recording this on retreat day 4 here in Bali after a fun evening of girl chat and uno. Even if you’ve felt isolated, Aquarius energy reminds you: You’re not meant to do this alone.

This is also a Moon of emotional intelligence on a higher frequency. Aquarius doesn’t swim in feelings like Pisces or dig through emotional caves like Scorpio it observes from above. That doesn’t mean it’s cold = it’s clarifying. If you’ve been too entangled in other people’s emotions, expectations, or chaos, this Moon gives you the distance to see clearly. It’s the kind of clarity that says, “That’s not mine to carry,” and releases the weight without guilt. This is something huge we’ve been working through this week on retreats especially being an empathetic and naturally a giver and generous.

Aquarius Full Moon Embrace Your Weird

Alright, let’s bring this down to Earth.

This Full Moon + Lions Gate combo is the Universe asking:

“Where have you been dimming your weird? Holding back your vision? Playing it safe with your truth?”

Because Aquarius doesn’t care about keeping the peace.

It cares about freedom, authenticity, and the future.

Leo energy fuels the why: your heart’s desire, your creative spark, your unapologetic self-expression. Aquarius energy provides the how: innovation, detachment from old narratives, and a bird’s-eye view of what’s really possible.

If you feel anxious, wired, or even a little overwhelmed this week that’s not a sign to suppress. It’s energy moving. Let it move. Journal. Dance. Cry it out. Aquarius is air.

Furthermore Aquarius reminds you that your weird is sacred. Leo, through the Lions Gate, reminds you that your heart is the transmitter. Aquarius asks, “What are you broadcasting?” and Leo answers, “Make sure it’s coming from truth, not ego.” This moment isn’t about being loud just to be seen… it’s about being honest enough to be known. When Aquarius and Leo team up, they challenge you to live in radical alignment with your soul frequency; not for approval, not for performance, but because you simply can’t not.

                  Lion’s Gate Heart Activation

This is personal revolution meets heart activation.

Lions Gate is solar energy all about light codes, courage, royalty, and creative power. It says, “You already are the main character — start acting like it.” Combine that with Aquarius, and we’re not just talking personal glow ups. We’re talking soul leadership. You being so unapologetically you that it actually liberates others to do the same.

So ask yourself: are you putting out a signal that reflects who you really are? Or are you distorting your frequency to fit the mold, shrink the truth, or avoid rocking the boat? Leo says you deserve to shine. Aquarius says: but only if it’s real.

So as the Aquarius Full Moon illuminates the sky and the Lions Gate floods us with light codes, remember this: you’re not here to follow the script — you’re here to write your own. Stay weird, stay brave, stay heart-led.

In this special episode recorded from the heart of Bali just before the second round of my sold out Recharge and Renew retreat: I’m sharing reflections inspired by the powerful 1:1 coaching calls I’ve had with so many beautiful souls this past week.

At the centre of it all? Soul contracts.

We’ll explore the idea that certain relationships, challenges, and life patterns may not be coincidences but sacred agreements made by your soul before you arrived in this lifetime.

Together consider this your introduction to soul contracts: foundations and basics. We’ll dive into what soul contracts are, how to recognise them, and what they might be here to teach you especially in the moments that stretch or break you open.

This episode is for anyone asking:
“Why do I keep attracting this?”
“Why won’t this person leave my life or people like them?”

                  • Introduction to Soul Contracts from Bali

Hello beautiful soul, and welcome back to the podcast.

I’m coming to you today from the lush, humming heart of Bali—a place that is definitely one of my soul homes and just being here is like breathing with such spirit. I’m chilling by the pool, grounded, surrounded by lush green, and getting ready to begin the second round of my sold-out Recharge and Renew retreat.

It’s been a powerful, humbling, and deeply moving lead up to the retreat already. If you’ve ever been to Bali, you’ll know… there’s something different in the air here. Something sacred.

I’ve had so many 1:1 coaching calls and something kept coming up… Soul contracts.

Why certain people cross our paths. Why we feel instantly connected to some, and so deeply challenged by others. Why the same lessons seem to knock again and again, until we finally open the door.

So in today’s episode, we’re going to gently explore that. From right here in Bali, I invite you to come with me into a deeper understanding of the soul-level agreements that might be shaping your path more than you realise.

What if the people in your life, the lessons you keep learning, the patterns that seem to follow you—they’re not random? What if you chose them? Or, more accurately, what if your soul did?

This episode isn’t about blind belief. It’s about listening to your deeper knowing. It’s about holding a new lens up to your life and asking, “What if there’s more going on beneath the surface?

                    What is a soul contract?

A soul contract is believed to be an agreement made by your soul before you were born about the people you’ll meet, the challenges you’ll face, and the themes your life will revolve around.

It’s not about punishment or reward. It’s about evolution.

These contracts are said to be written in the energetic realms, not in words—but in intention, vibration, and mutual agreement between souls.

Picture this: before incarnating, your soul enters a kind of council. A gathering of guides, elders, and other souls you’ve journeyed with across lifetimes. Together, you map out what you want to learn this time around. Maybe you want to understand unconditional love. Or personal power. Or forgiveness.

Then, you find other souls (some loving, some challenging) who agree to help you through a journey of learning and unlearning those things, by playing very specific roles in your life.

                    The roles people play

That soulmate you met in your twenties? Maybe you knew them in three lifetimes before this one.

That ex who broke your heart? Maybe they were a sacred mirror, showing you the places you still needed to heal.

That parent you struggle with… maybe their soul agreed to play that role so that you could step into your independence, your truth, your power.

Soul contracts aren’t always about harmony. In fact, sometimes they’re about friction. Because friction creates growth. It makes fire. And fire can purify.

Let me be clear: this doesn’t mean we excuse harmful behavior.

Believing in soul contracts isn’t about spiritual bypassing. It’s not about saying “everything happens for a reason” while ignoring pain. It’s about looking for meaning through the pain—not ignoring it.

You can honour the soul lesson without accepting mistreatment.

Karma, choice and free will in soul contracts relationships

Now let’s talk about something many people ask:

If everything is chosen ahead of time, then do we really have free will?

                    Here’s how I understand it:

Soul contracts create the framework, not the script.
Think of life like a stage. Your soul picks the set, the other characters, maybe even the major plot lines. But how you respond—that’s up to you.

Free will is your power to shift, to grow, to say “no more.”

And karma? Karma isn’t punishment—it’s energy returning to its source. A ripple becoming a wave. So many soul contracts are about balancing karma. Healing things left unfinished. Not to hurt you—but to complete you.

                    Recognising soul contracts

So how do you know if someone is part of a soul contract?

                    Sometimes it’s that instant connection.

That feeling of, “I know you.”
It’s intense. Magnetic. Sometimes beautiful. Sometimes messy.

Other times, it’s not so romantic. It’s a boss who challenges your confidence. A friend who keeps disappearing. A child who triggers all your fears.

If a relationship feels charged—emotionally loaded, repetitive, or significant in your story—it may be karmic. It may be a soul contract.

Here’s a question you can ask when you’re in the thick of a pattern or a painful dynamic:

“What is this here to teach me?”

The lesson is the gift and once it’s learned, the contract can be completed.

So what happens when we don’t want a contract anymore?

                    Breaking soul contracts

Can we break it? Rewrite it?

                    Yes and no.

Some soul contracts are meant to last a lifetime. Others dissolve when the lesson is learned. Think of it like a teacher-student relationship. Once you graduate, the class ends.

You might find that certain relationships shift completely when you stop needing them to be something they’re not. Or when you reclaim your power within them.

In spiritual practices like meditation, prayer, and energy healing, some people do consciously release old contracts especially ones that no longer serve their path, I’ve helped many clients do that.

It begins with awareness and it unfolds through intention.

                    Past lives and soul groups

Some believe we travel in soul groups: clusters of souls who incarnate together again and again. We play different roles each time.

This time, you’re the daughter. Next time, maybe the mother.

This time, the villain. Next time, the healer.

                    It’s not personal. It’s evolutionary.

When we see relationships through this lens, something softens. Forgiveness becomes easier (and remember its first and foremost for you) Compassion becomes possible.

                    Working with soul contracts

If you want to begin working with the idea of soul contracts, here are a few prompts to journal with or meditate on:

                    – Who in your life triggers deep emotion—good or bad—and why?

                    – What patterns or lessons keep repeating in your relationships?
                    – If this situation were a teacher, what would the curriculum be?

You can also try a meditation where you imagine sitting with the other soul involved. Ask, “What are we here to learn from each other?”

Sometimes, what comes up is unexpected but it’s often the beginning of true healing.

If you want to go deeper I invite you to work with me 1:1!

So, whether or not you fully believe in soul contracts, I invite you to consider this:

Until next time, be gentle with your process and soul journey.

                      Hi my love

I’m so honoured you’re here with me today because this isn’t just any episode… this is a little sneak peek into something I’ve been pouring my heart into: the pre‑work I created for my Recharge and Renew Retreat happening around the Lions Gate Portal. Shout to the beautiful women I cannot wait to be with you in Bali at the end of next week!

Now, if you’ve been with me for a while or maybe you’re new here (hi!), you know the Leo New Moon carries this luminous energy … it’s playful, magnetic, and fiercely self‑loving. Oh by the way can you tell I am a leo rising!? As we stand here mid year, it’s the perfect moment to check in with yourself, to plant fresh intentions, and to remember that you are allowed to take up space, shine brightly, and build the life that feels like yours.

Just before we dive in, I have to say: Recharge and Renew Retreat officially sold out a little while back and oh my goodness, my heart is so full! But don’t worry, I do have a few limited spaces left for Radiance, which takes place end of September 29th to October 4th retreat. So if you’ve been feeling the nudge to join me in person and step fully into your brilliance, now is the time to reach out. I would love to see you there.

Leo New Moon August 2025 Energy + Lion’s Gate 2025

The New Moon in Leo is coming up on Thursday July 24th for some and here in Sydney Australia Friday July 25th in the early hours of the morning. It’s a great moment to check in with yourself and get real about where you’re headed as we tick over to the second half of the year. Not only that it’s the official opening of the Lion’s Gate Portal which peaks on of course 8th of the 8th month.

Leo energy is often described as big and bold (heck yes which it is) but at its core, it’s about being true to yourself and showing up with heart. This isn’t about pretending to be confident or putting on some huge performance. It’s about figuring out what actually matters to you and having the guts to lean into that, even if it feels uncomfortable.

When you think about lions, they don’t walk around trying to prove they’re powerful—they just are. That’s the kind of energy this time of year can inspire. Instead of chasing validation or getting caught up in noise and drama, ask yourself: what would it look like to simplify things? To strip away the stuff that doesn’t feel real anymore?

                      Pluto Tension in August 2025

Now, it’s not all smooth sailing. Pluto’s position means a lot of us are feeling a bit of tension or pressure. Maybe it’s a conflict with someone, or maybe it’s an internal tug‑of‑war you’ve been ignoring. That heavy feeling that something needs to change? That’s not random. It’s a nudge to take a hard look at your boundaries, your choices, and whether you’re living in a way that lines up with your values.

                      Mercury Retrograde August 2025

On top of that, Mercury is retrograde, which has a reputation for messing with plans but really, it’s a chance to slow down and rethink things. You might find yourself asking, “What do I actually want? Am I even moving toward that?” And sometimes, the honest answer is, “I’m not sure.” That’s okay. This is a good time to sit with the questions instead of rushing for answers and I got you boo, journal prompts to come.

Over the next few weeks, you might feel like your plans or priorities are shifting. That’s not failure— that’s growth. Give yourself permission to change your mind if something isn’t working anymore. We don’t have to get everything right the first time.

This is bigger than just an individual shift, this is collective. The “old guard” energy is dissolving. The patterns of control, fear, separation… they’re unraveling. And while that may look chaotic on the surface, what’s really happening is a sacred unmaking and unlearning so that a new kind of leadership can rise. One rooted in heart, integrity, and truth.

You may feel this in your own life too. Maybe the version of you that was operating in survival mode just doesn’t work anymore. Maybe the mask you wore to stay safe or accepted is slipping off. Good. Let it. This is the moment to trust that who you are becoming is more aligned, more sovereign, and more supported than anything you’ve left behind.

Leo New Moon August 2025 Take Action

Yes, the astrology can feel intense—this mix of Leo fire and Pluto’s heaviness can feel like all‑or‑nothing decisions. Yet instead of spiralling, try to see it as an opportunity. You might notice solutions popping up where you didn’t see any before, or you might suddenly realise there’s another way to approach a situation you’ve been stuck on.

And here’s the key: once you start seeing those new options, you’ve got to do something with them. Leo energy isn’t about just dreaming: it’s about stepping up. Take that insight, that idea, and commit to trying it out in the real world. It doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to be yours.

We’re entering another one of those evolutionary portals. But here’s the catch… this time, the revolution won’t just be technological. It will be consciousness-based. How we communicate. How we think. How we decide what is true. The internet, AI, decentralized systems… it’s all coming online in a new way. And we are being invited to evolve with it or be dragged by it.

So if you feel like your mind is changing, your values are shifting, or you’re seeing the world through a new lens = you’re not broken. You’re just ahead of the curve. You’re tuning into the frequency of what’s coming.

Leo New Moon August 2025 Journaling Prompts

Alas here are 5 journal prompts I’d love for you to contemplate on in the spirit of the New Moon in Leo.

What do you most want to manifest by the end of this year on December 31st, 2025?
Take a second and picture that date in your mind. If everything lined up perfectly, what would your life actually look like? What would you be celebrating? And then ask yourself, what’s one small step I could take today that would point me in that direction?

Where in your life are are you performing for approval instead of acting from your true authentic self?
Be really honest with yourself here: when do you notice you’re playing a role just to keep others happy? If no one’s opinion or guilt mattered for a moment, what would you do differently?

What do you value about yourself that you rarely acknowledge?
Think about this: what’s a quality in you that has quietly carried you through tough moments but you never give yourself credit for? Or even, if you wrote yourself a thank‑you card, what would it say?

What actually matters to you in this season of your life and what doesn’t?
Here’s a big one: what’s lighting you up right now? On the flip side, what are you still giving your time or energy to that doesn’t feel aligned anymore?

How do you want to show up for myself daily to align with your bigger vision?
Imagine future‑you looking back… what choices would they be proud you made? Also, how do you want to treat yourself on the days when things don’t go perfectly?

All in All – Leo New Moon August 2025

As you sit with these questions and let your thoughts flow, remember—this isn’t about getting everything figured out today. It’s about giving yourself permission to pause mid‑year, to check in with your heart, and to realign with what truly matters to you.

The Leo New Moon is simply a reminder that you already carry the courage and creativity you need to shape the next chapter.

So take what resonated, leave what doesn’t, and trust yourself as you move forward. Until next time, keep showing up for yourself. One honest step at a time.

                      • Introduction to July 2025 Energy = Massive

                        Hi my love,

Welcome back to the Grow Through it Podcast with me (Phi Dang). Take a breath with me, wherever you are… inhale deeply… and exhale it all out.

Today’s episode is a bit different—less forecasting, more feeling. We’re in a very spiritually significant portal right now, one that merges the ancient wisdom of Guru Purnima with the deep, earthy release of a Capricorn full moon. And this energy? It’s speaking volumes. So consider this your energetic update from the cosmos and Spirit alike.

                        🌕 What Is Guru Purnima?

Let’s start with Guru Purnima or Guru Poornima. This is a sacred significant day in many Eastern traditions especially in Hinduism and Buddhism, set aside to honour the teacher, the guru. The word “guru” itself means “dispeller of darkness.” So Guru Purnima isn’t just about celebrating external teachers… it’s also about reconnecting with your inner wisdom and higher guidance. It’s a time to bow to the light that guides us home to ourselves.

In spiritual terms, this is a high-vibrational day that supports deep insight, gratitude, humility, and alignment with truth. When Guru Purnima coincides with a powerful full moon like this one in Capricorn, it becomes a double invitation to release what’s heavy and return to what’s real. The teacher may show up as a mentor, a book, a painful experience, or your own soul whispering beneath the noise.

What I’m intuitively feeling… the sacred weight

This energy feels… dense. But not in a negative way. It’s like a pressure valve that’s building because there’s a release point approaching. You know when a kettle starts to whistle because the heat builds so much that steam has to escape? That’s where many of us are emotionally, spiritually, and collectively. The heat is on. The pressure is rising. And the whistle is coming. But it’s not a warning… it’s a signal. Something’s about to break open.

I keep feeling the words: heavy but sacred. This isn’t heaviness from stagnation. This is the sacred weight of becoming It’s like the tide just before it turns, pulled back to the deepest point, gathering force for the next wave.”

Many of you might be feeling tired, confused, emotional, or unusually sensitive. That’s your body processing not just your own energy, but the collective fields shifting too.

The full moon in Capricorn adds this deep earth-based gravity. Capricorn rules structures, discipline, timelines. And when it meets the intuitive water of Cancer season, it creates a polarity that asks: What needs to be released so something real and lasting can be built?

Spirit Says — “Changing of the Guard”

The loudest phrase Spirit has been whispering lately is: “Changing of the guard.” This isn’t just poetic—it’s literal and energetic. We’re witnessing the breakdown of systems, hierarchies, inner identities, and roles that no longer fit the frequency of where humanity is going. Whether it’s in governments, corporations, family dynamics, or even the roles we’ve played within ourselves… the baton is being passed.

Uranus in Gemini — A Collective Shift – A New Earth

Here’s something fascinating from a cosmic perspective. The planet Uranus, which represents revolution, awakening, and radical change, has moved into Gemini: a sign ruled by thought, communication, and duality. The last time Uranus was in Gemini was in the 1940s. Think World War II. The rise of the atomic age. The early stages of computer development and the emergence of television and mass media.

                        7/7 Portal and Rebirth

The 7/7 portal that just passed acted like a doorway. A key turning in a lock. It may not have felt like an explosion, but energetically, something clicked. And now with this full moon, we’re seeing the first peak of that new beginning energy.

It’s interesting because full moons are typically about completion. But this one has the feeling of a new chapter. It aligns with thee energy of new beginnings in Human Design,

Right now, there’s a powerful energetic push toward new beginnings—but it’s arriving in the same breath as a call to release. That can feel disorienting. Full moons usually ask us to let go, to close chapters.

And yet, something in the atmosphere is stirring with the energy of initiation—like the quiet spark before a fire, or the subtle click of a gear that hasn’t moved in a while. You might feel pulled in two directions: grieving what’s ending while being nudged toward what’s just starting. That tension isn’t a mistake—it’s a liminal space. One cycle is wrapping up, but the new one is already knocking. This moment isn’t about clarity or certainty. It’s about honoring the pause between the exhale and the next inhale.

If you’re feeling restless, emotional, or uncertain, you’re not doing anything wrong—you’re simply feeling the paradox. Let yourself tend both sides: allow space to release, to mourn, to close… and allow space for the tiniest flicker of beginning. You don’t need a plan—just presence. Begin where you are: clean a corner of your space, journal a new intention, whisper a prayer into the wind. Stay rooted in what grounds you—nature, stillness, movement. Trust that even confusion is part of the transition. The clarity comes later. Right now, the work is simply saying yes to the mystery.

This is the weird paradox of rebirth. The egg cracks before the bird can fly. And right now, many of us are in that cracking-open moment.

Clearing family karma and soul contracts in relationships

There’s an old saying that the family tree holds more than just your name. It carries the stories, wounds, and patterns of generations past. Lately, it feels like many are clearing heavy branches from that tree, especially in relationships. You might be noticing breakups, shifts, or uncomfortable truths surfacing. These aren’t just random endings; they’re deep, ancestral patterns breaking open, inviting healing not only for yourself but for those who came before you. It’s as if old karmic contracts are being released, making way for fresh, healthier connections to grow.

Gemini energy, with its dual nature, reminds us that love is never a solo act. True partnership takes two whole people: two stories, two hearts willing to meet, listen, and grow together. It’s not about simply having a boyfriend or girlfriend but about creating a dynamic where both souls can thrive, communicate honestly, and reflect each other’s truths. This season calls for clarity around what kind of love you’re ready to give and receive and it asks you to let go of what no longer serves the sacred dance of partnership.

Love itself is a powerful healer. Beyond the ups and downs, beyond the endings and beginnings, love holds the capacity to mend wounds: personal and ancestral alike. When you open your heart, you invite a gentle alchemy that can transform pain into growth, loneliness into connection, and old scars into wisdom. Whether through self-love, friendship, or partnership, love’s energy teaches patience, forgiveness, and the courage to keep showing up, even when the path feels uncertain.

With timelines moving rapidly and energies shifting faster than ever, spirit is calling us to step into relationships that truly support our highest path. This isn’t about casual connections or surface-level companionship. It’s about finding a partner whose soul frequency aligns with yours, creating a foundation of trust, growth, and mutual awakening. In these accelerated times, a true partnership becomes a sacred container where both people can evolve together, holding space for challenges and breakthroughs alike. Spirit is urging you to release anything less than this deep alignment, so you can walk forward hand in hand with someone who reflects your deepest values and vision.

Grounding, Praying, and Holding the Earth

If you’re feeling the collective heaviness, you’re not alone. The world is intense right now. And for those who are sensitive, intuitive, or energetically open—you’re likely picking up more than just your own emotions.

My message for you is simple but important: ground. Go outside barefoot. Breathe. Drink water. Turn off your phone. Cry if you need to. Then… pray. Send light. Imagine golden energy wrapping around Mother Earth. Speak blessings over humanity, even if things look bleak. This is sacred service. It’s part of why you’re here.

It reminds me of Eckhart Tolle’s A New Earth—that moment where the pain of the old world becomes so unbearable that a collective awakening begins. You’re holding part of that awakening. You’re anchoring it through your presence.

In this episode, we explore the nuanced and often tender relationship between alcohol and spirituality.

Is alcohol sacred or does it disconnect us from our truest selves?

We’ll look at how alcohol has been used in spiritual traditions throughout history from the wine of Christian communion to the abstinence teachings of Islam and how our own rising consciousness can shift our desire to drink.

This conversation isn’t about fear, shame or extremes but about awareness, intention and honouring your own unique path. Whether you’re sober curious, re-evaluating your habits or simply seeking a better understanding, this episode invites you into a more conscious relationship with yourself, your energy, and the choices you make.

                        • Spirits & Spirit: Alcohol & Spirituality

Hi my love, thank you so much for tuning into this week’s episode. Today’s conversation comes straight from your requests and I’m going to dive deep into something many of us have wondered about: the relationship between alcohol and spirituality.

Is alcohol sacred or is it a barrier to the sacred? Let’s explore this together with honesty, curiosity and compassion.

Alcohol has played a complex role in spiritual traditions throughout history. In Christianity, for example, wine holds powerful symbolism—it represents the blood of Jesus Christ and is a key part of the sacred ritual of communion, inviting believers into a shared experience of grace and transformation. Yet, across many other faiths, alcohol is viewed very differently. Islam, for instance, forbids drinking altogether, reflecting concerns about its potential to cloud the mind and spirit.

This creates a fascinating tension: on one hand, alcohol can bring people together, marking celebrations, rites of passage, and moments of community. It can be part of joyful ceremonies and sacred gatherings. On the other hand, alcohol also carries the risk of disconnection, addiction, and harm. So, when we look at alcohol through the lens of spirituality, the question becomes = does it serve as a bridge to the sacred or does it sometimes stand in the way?

In today’s episode, we’ll explore both sides of this paradox and uncover what it means to approach alcohol with mindfulness and self-awareness on your spiritual path.

The energy of alcohol and drinking

Let’s talk energetics for a moment.

Alcohol lowers inhibition, yes. It opens us up. It also numbs the nervous system, distorts perception and can disconnect us from our inner compass if we’re not careful. It’s not just about what we feel physically, but also what’s going on beneath the surface in our subtle bodies.

If you’re someone sensitive to energy—you’ve probably noticed this. A drink might feel light and joyful at first, but too much… and suddenly your intuition goes blurry. Your dreams are off. Your morning meditation feels a little more dull. That doesn’t mean alcohol is “bad.” It means you’re tuning in. When we tune in, we get to choose more consciously. Not from fear, but from alignment.

We all have this energetic field around called your aura that acts like a protective bubble. It keeps us steady and helps us hold our own energy. Alcohol and other things that disrupt our natural rhythm can create little weak spots in this field, making us feel more sensitive or vulnerable to outside influences. It’s kind of like your personal energetic shield getting a tiny crack.

If you’re someone who tunes into your intuition or works with psychic or energetic senses, you might notice that alcohol creates a kind of haze, making it harder to connect clearly—to yourself, and to others on a deeper level. It’s why many spiritual practitioners like myself recommend steering clear of alcohol before doing any kind of energy work, channeling or meditation.

None of this is about judgment or fear. It’s about understanding how alcohol interacts with our energy, so you can make choices that feel aligned and right for you.

The rise of being spiritually sober

These days many people rethinking their relationship with alcohol for spiritual reasons. Perhaps you want clarity. You want presence. You want a higher connection.

Now, here’s my truth: I don’t really drink much anymore. Like, I’ll go months at a time without touching a drop. Not out of restriction or rules or shame. It’s just… I don’t crave it. I don’t need it. I don’t even want it. I want to arrive fully present no chaser to speak. I’ll take my suffering raw because I have a regulated nervous system, I have the tools and know how to regulate my nervous system.

These days, I’m way more of a kombucha girl. Give me something fizzy, fermented, with that tangy little punch, and I’m happy. Honestly, it feels better in my body, and it keeps my channel clear—you know what I mean?

There’s no rule or big declaration behind it. It’s not a moral thing, and it’s definitely not shame-based. It’s just that I’ve found, over time, that when I’m clear—when my system is clean—I can hear myself better. I can feel the Divine more directly. My body says thank you. I’m not anti-alcohol. I don’t believe in extremes. I think there’s space for moderation—and even celebration—in a spiritual life.

I’ve had some beautiful, sacred experiences having a glass of of champagne to celebrate a business win or just soaking in pleasure in the markets in Spain with one of my best friends oysters and red wine, divine.

If I drink I don’t drink to get out of my body. I drink to be in it. Taste it. Breathe. Stay awake. Present. I also know my limits and honour those.

From my perspective as a life coach and personally the most important think is to be aware of your mindset when consuming alcohol and doing so with respect. When we look at ancient philosophical views Aristotle advocated for moderation in all things, including pleasures like wine, suggesting virtue lies between excess and deficiency. In the field of stoicism, some stoics permitted moderate drinking if it didn’t compromise self control, emphasising intention and inner discipline.

If you’re walking the “less alcohol” path like I am, here are a few soul-honouring alternatives as I mentioned kombucha, mocktails and cacao which I adore – Sacred, heart-opening, and deeply grounding. I’ve had some of my most connected, spiritually rich evenings with a mug of cacao and a candle—not a drop of alcohol in sight.

Why you want to drink less as you become more “spiritual” and self aware

As we grow in awareness and deepen our connection to ourselves and the world around us, something naturally shifts inside. Our cravings for things like alcohol often start to fade — not because of strict rules or pressure, but because our inner landscape is changing. We begin to crave clarity, presence and genuine connection more than any temporary escape. The subtle energies within us become more sensitive, and we start to notice how different choices affect our mood, our spirit soul and our overall sense of wellbeing. With this rising consciousness, the desire to drink lessens, replaced by a natural preference for experiences that truly nourish and uplift us.

                          Drinking is human

It’s also vital to take a moment to be realistic.

Drinking is human. It’s woven into our stories, our cultures, our celebrations. It’s the wedding toast, the birthday clink, the long night of laughter with friends doing rounds and sometimes it’s also the quiet glass alone after a long day, or the reach for relief when things feel a little too much.

While yes, we can talk about being aware, intentional sipping, ritual and reverence—we also need to hold space for this truth: Alcohol is not great for your body. Alcohol does have a chemical impact on your nervous system, your body, your energy. That’s real.

The science is clear. Even moderate drinking can:

                          • Disrupt sleep
                          • Increase anxiety
                          • Impact liver and heart health
                          • Raise the risk of certain cancers
                          • Dull cognitive clarity—both short-term and long-term
                          • If you’re on a spiritual path—where presence, intuition, and energetic sensitivity are part of the practice—those effects can feel even more amplified.

So why do we still drink? Because we’re human. Because it’s social. Because it’s a habit. Because it’s comforting. Because sometimes, the need to numb can feel louder than the call to heal. And that’s okay. This isn’t about guilt. This isn’t about shame. This is about compassion—for ourselves, for the parts of us that reached for the drink before we had better tools, and for the ways we’ve coped while learning to soften without shutting down.

                            Why do you drink alcohol?

It’s okay to hold both truths I know this isn’t great for me and I’m on a journey to meet my needs in kinder, clearer ways.

What matters isn’t perfection: it’s awareness. It’s asking yourself, What is this drink doing for me right now? Is there something else I truly need?

Sometimes the answer is connection. Sometimes it’s grounding. Sometimes it’s simply a pause.

And guess what? Those are all things you can create with or without the wine.

Healing isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence. It’s not about never drinking again. It’s about learning to listen to yourself more honestly, and choosing from a place of love and consciousness —not fear.

Questions to consider drinking alcohol as a spiritual person

Ultimately there isn’t a right answer. For some, alcohol is a sacred part of ritual and joy For others, it’s an escape and numbing tool which blocks something deeper. What matters is your intention and your awareness.

So if you’re someone who’s questioning your relationship with alcohol not from a place of shame, but from a place of alignment—I see you. You don’t have to label yourself. You don’t have to make it a thing. Just ask yourself: Does this support the life I want to live? Does this support the spirit I want to embody?

Here are a few things to think about when you’re approaching drinking and spirituality.

When you drink, what are you seeking?

How does drinking impact your connection to yourself, others and spirit?

What does spiritual clarity mean to you?

Compassion and curiosity are key in drinking alcohol and spirituality

As we wrap up today’s conversation, I want to invite you to lean into this journey with gentle curiosity and kindness toward yourself. Whether you choose to drink or not, the most important thing is that you do it from a place of awareness—honouring your body, your spirit, and your unique path.

Let’s work together to cultivate a more conscious relationship with alcohol and all our choices. When we bring presence and compassion to these everyday decisions, we open the door to deeper.

If this episode resonated with you, , I’d love for you to share it with someone who might need to hear this message and I also invite you to take it a step further by working with me one on one in coaching. Together, we can deepen your connection to yourself, support your healing, and create the freedom to live your truth fully.

Remember: your journey is uniquely yours, and you’re never alone on the path.

Until next time love & positivity

Two years ago, I put my most personal lessons into a book — a snapshot of my unlearning up until that point… but growth never stops, and the words I wrote then have continued to evolve as I do. In this anniversary episode, I’m sharing what it’s like to look back at my own teachings and add on with lived experience: the ways my understanding of love, family, success, self, and spirituality has deepened.

I reflect on everything from embracing seasons of effort and ease, to realising that true love blooms alongside deeper self acceptance, to unlearning inherited patterns that no longer fit.

Most of all, I explore what it means to keep becoming — to live my own story as an evolving process rather than a tidy, completed chapter.

If you’ve ever wondered what happens after you say, “I’ve learned this,” this episode is for you. Let’s honour the journey together and embrace the beautiful unfolding that happens after we put pen to paper.

                            • Two Years of The Great Unlearning

Hi there, we’re so back. Had a little mini unexpected but expected break. Things have been really busy in my world and a month ago I ran the Flow Retreat in Vietnam and this evening I’ll be running the kick off call for the Recharge and Renew Bali Retreat in August which is sold out. The final retreat I will be running in 2025 is also in Bali at the end of September if you’re interested, send me a message as it hasn’t been publicly officially launched yet.

Today happens to be the 2nd anniversary of my book The Great Unlearning: Awakening to Living an Aligned and Authentic Life. Happy birthday to my baby and in honour of this birthday and celebration I thought I would talk about my journey Two Years of Unlearning My Own Teachings. Growth is expansion.

You know, it’s funny how a book can feel like a time capsule — a snapshot of who you were and what you believed in a particular moment. Two years ago, I poured my heart onto those pages. Every word was true to me then. I guess what I didn’t fully realise at the time is that those words would also become seeds… seeds that would continue to grow in me as much as they might grow in you.

So as I reflect on these two years — celebrating this book’s anniversary — I’m less interested in rewriting what I wrote and more interested in adding on. Adding those subtle new threads that life, practice, and my own unlearning have revealed.

                              Unlearning Success

Expanding on success and abundance feels like opening a wider door — beyond just seasons or mindset, into the energetic dance that happens between us and the flow of life.

Since writing the book, I’ve become more aware of how deeply our relationship to success is intertwined with our inner alignment — not just what we do, but who we are in each moment. Success isn’t just the visible achievements or milestones; it’s also the invisible states of being: the patience in waiting, the trust in timing, the surrender when things don’t move as planned. These inner states carry an energy that either opens the channel for abundance or blocks it.

I notice when I’m pushing against my own values and boundaries — when I’m forcing myself to hustle out of scarcity or fear. That kind of push drains my energy and leads to frustration and burnout. When I align my actions with what truly matters to me, honouring my boundaries and staying true to my values, I move from a place of deep alignment and joy.

This energetic awareness has become my compass — guiding me to recognise when it’s time to step forward with purpose and when it’s time to pause and protect my energy. It helps me navigate the flow between effort and ease, so I can create space for growth without losing myself in the process.

Money itself — it becomes less a goal and more a mirror. It reflects back my beliefs about worth, deserving, and security. This deep dance between who I am energetically and how I move through the world has taught me that true success feels expansive, not just productive. It invites me to celebrate the fullness of my experience — the work, the rest, the receiving, and the giving — all woven together in a cycle that’s uniquely mine.

                              Unlearning Self

Unlearning self has been one of the most profound parts of this journey — especially as I approached and entered my thirties.

There’s a lot of cultural noise about turning 30 — the stereotypes and fears that come with it, like it’s a deadline or a crisis point. Many people feel this pressure wondering they have arrived or are  I somehow running out of time.

What feels like the best part of this decade so far is how well I know myself. The confidence and centeredness that come from years of both struggle and growth have created a steady foundation inside me. I’m less swayed by external expectations and more anchored in my own truth.

Aging is a privilege — one that allows us to shed illusions, embrace our full complexity, and move through life with a kind of grace and clarity that only time can give. Unlearning the fear around aging and the self-imposed limitations that come with it has been liberating. I welcome each year not as a countdown but as a new layer of wisdom and freedom.

                              Unlearning Masculine to Feminine Energy

Deepening my embodiment of the feminine has been a sacred and ongoing journey — one that touches every part of my life, especially my relationships and my work.

In my relationships, embodying the feminine means embracing receptivity, vulnerability, and intuitive knowing. It’s about allowing space for softness and emotional depth, even when the world around me feels chaotic or demanding. This isn’t about weakness — far from it. It’s a profound strength that comes from being fully present with my feelings, honouring the ebb and flow of connection, and trusting that surrender can be just as powerful as holding steady.

In my work with clients, this embodiment translates into creating a container where deep listening and gentle guidance open the door for transformation. It’s less about pushing or fixing and more about facilitating a space where clients can access their own inner wisdom and healing. Teaching from this place requires me to embody patience, compassion, and trust — qualities often associated with the feminine — which invites a different kind of growth: one that happens in cycles, not linear progressions.

The feminine energy I’m cultivating is grounded in embodiment — in knowing my body as a source of intelligence and power, in moving through the world with grace and presence. It invites me to balance action with stillness, to honor intuition alongside strategy, and to lead with heart as much as mind.

This deepening feminine presence feels like coming home to myself again and again — a reminder that strength and softness coexist, and that true power flows from embracing all parts of who I am.

                              Unlearning Love

This isn’t the fairytale ending one would have hoped for, but it is a happily-ever-after story. That’s what I wrote in the chapter “Love Story,” and I still believe it. It was never just about the ending — it was about the journey and all the ways we grow along the way. In the two years since writing those words, my understanding of love and partnership has deepened in ways I couldn’t have imagined back then particularly now.

Especially moving into my early thirties and stepping into a post–Saturn Return version of myself, my priorities have shifted. I’m not just dating for myself anymore; I’m dating with my future children in mind, with their father in mind. That adds a kind of sacred weight to my choices — not pressure, but a deeper commitment to honouring what I truly value. I look for someone who can grow alongside me, someone I can build a life with, not just a fleeting romance. Be with the man who wants to be a husband and father not just one that wants a wife and baby.

As I’ve learned to embrace myself more fully — making peace with the parts of me that once felt too much or never enough — my capacity to love my partner has grown too. The more of myself I embrace, the more of them I can embrace. Love feels less like a checklist of what someone can do for me and more like a practice of showing up for one another in all our humanity. True love isn’t easy, but it can feel effortless in the sense that you want to grow together. Even when it’s challenging, there’s a shared sense that becoming wiser, softer, more real is part of the deal. That’s the version of “happily-ever-after” I wish I’d painted before — one that feels alive and evolving, just like we are.

And here’s something I’d also add on, something that only experience could have taught me: always trust your instincts. Even those small pink or white flags that feel easy to overlook — they rarely disappear. They tend to grow into the very red flags that can end a relationship. That gentle, persistent hesitation you feel? That’s your intuition trying to protect you, and honouring it is an act of deep self-love. Safety — emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual — is not optional. It’s the foundation for real intimacy. Without it, you can’t truly open, and without openness, you can’t truly grow together.

That’s what I want to leave you with now: knowing that it’s never just about a perfect ending. It’s about a truthful, wholehearted process. It’s about the courage to recognise when something is off, the compassion to grow through it, and the faith that real love will meet you where you are — in all your honesty, all your softness, and all your strength.

                              Unlearning Family

You are restoring your family to the core of what family is: love. You get to be the one future generations will remember as the remarkable soul who was the turning point of change for the betterment of the family tree… that’s the thing about family and lineage — it isn’t a closed story.

Since writing those words, I’ve come to see just how much deeper the roots go. Visiting Vietnam these past few years, meeting relatives I never knew existed, hearing their stories told in my mother tongue — all of it has opened a door in me that I didn’t even know was there.

I thought I was breaking generational patterns to make my family’s future lighter and freer, and I am. But reconnecting with my ancestry has also shown me the richness that was already there — the resilience, love and heart that carried my family through hardships I could hardly imagine. Unlearning family isn’t just about shedding pain and expectations; it’s also about rediscovering the treasures that were lost or forgotten along the way.

It’s making me proud — so proud — of my culture and my roots. I’ve realised that part of this unlearning is also cultural unlearning: releasing the shame or disconnect I inherited, embracing the beauty of my language, my food, my traditions, my people. It’s like weaving my ancestors’ strength into my present story, so my future children will grow up knowing they come from something powerful and sacred.

Most of all, I’ve learned that the most healing version of “family” is one that honours both where we come from and where we’re going. It’s choosing to hold the best parts your lineage and yourself to evolve beyond the patterns that no longer serve. That’s the real work of becoming the turning point of change: we don’t just unlearn what was painful, we also reclaim what was beautiful, so that love is truly at the core of who we are becoming.

                              Unlearning Spirituality

When I look back on my unlearning around spirituality, one of the most freeing realizations has been that God — the Universe, Source, Spirit — isn’t “out there,” waiting to be reached. It’s already here. It is me. Being human is the spiritual practice. Every breath, every misstep, every tender moment is a ritual.

In that practice, discipline becomes devotion. Showing up for myself, the divine that lives within me every day — whether it’s meditation, journaling, movement, prayer — feels less like a duty and more like a sacred tending. My teacher in India once told me that each of us is like gold underneath the dust. It doesn’t matter what life has covered us with; the gold itself never tarnishes. It only needs gentle polishing to reveal its brilliance again. That’s what this devotion feels like — a daily return to my own light.

And as I polish my own soul, I’m also honoring the sacredness that weaves through all paths. The divine doesn’t recognize the borders we draw around names or traditions. Whether I whisper prayers to Goddess Isis under an Egyptian sky, offer my heart to Ganesh and Narayani on my altar, bow to Quan Âm in Vietnam, or feel the compassion of Fatimah — it is all one light, one source moving through different hands and different histories.

That’s what I want to carry forward in my practice: that every culture, every path, every deity reflects some part of my own humanity back to me. Every ritual, every prayer, every lineage is simply a different way of polishing the same gold. And when I remember this — that my divinity is already present and my discipline is just devotion — I feel at home in my soul again.

                              Celebrating The Great Unlearning

Your journey with this book is alive — it’s not a one-and-done experience. Even if you’ve read it once, you’re a different person every time you come back. Life changes us, and so does what we need from the words we return to. My hope for these “add-ons” is that they give you permission to read your own life the same way — as a living, evolving story that’s constantly unfolding.

Unlearning is never finished. It’s a process of peeling back old layers, challenging the stories you’ve been told, and making space for new ways of being that feel truer to who you really are. There’s so much more for all of us to grow into — more freedom, more joy, more self-love, and more connection. Sometimes, that growth happens more easily when you have someone walking beside you, reflecting your light and helping you navigate the parts that feel tricky or stuck.

If you feel called to deepen your unlearning journey, to step more fully into your power, or simply want support in creating a life that feels aligned and meaningful — I’m here for you. Working together through life and or business and or human design coaching, we can explore your unique path, uncover what’s holding you back, and build new habits, mindsets, and practices that honour the fullest expression of you.

You don’t have to do this alone. When you’re ready, I invite you to reach out, and let’s walk this evolving story together. Your next chapter deserves to be the most vibrant and best one yet.

                              Until next time.

                                Hello my love,

How are you feeling in the thick of this full moon, arguably one of the most intense for 2025 if we didn’t already get served that with the ending of the eclipse season. The full moon is on the 12th of May 2025 and 13th of May 2025 here in Australia.

This is not a moon for surface-level insights. It’s a time of depth, transformation and truth telling. Scorpio doesn’t whisper; it pierces. In this episode I’m explore the energies at play, including powerful energetic formations and and the voice of assimilation in Human Design, a voice that reminds us that real clarity arises from the silence after we’ve surrendered control. This is your permission slip to stop trying to fix, rush, or control anything and instead, let the mystery reveal itself to you.

What planets rule Scorpio? Mars and Pluto

It’s the Scorpio full moon. Scorpio is ruled by two planets: Mars and Pluto. Mars is considered the traditional ruler, and Pluto is the modern ruler. Both of these planets explain different layers of Scorpio’s intense and mysterious personality.

Mars, in astrology, is the planet of action, drive, and passion. It’s all about how you go after what you want. Before Pluto was discovered, Mars was the only ruler of Scorpio. While Mars also rules Aries (which is bold and fast), in Scorpio, Mars shows up in a more controlled, focused way. Instead of charging forward like Aries, Scorpio’s Mars is more strategic, emotionally driven, and intense. Think of it like a slow-burning fire — it might look calm on the outside, but it’s powerful underneath.

Then there’s Pluto, which was discovered in the 1930s. Even though it’s a tiny planet (and no longer considered a planet by astronomers), astrologers gave it to Scorpio because its energy matched so well. Pluto is about transformation, power, secrets, and the cycle of death and rebirth — emotionally, spiritually, or even literally. This gives Scorpio its reputation for being deep, mysterious, and a little bit obsessed with what’s under the surface. Pluto’s influence makes Scorpio want to understand the truth behind things, even if it’s dark or uncomfortable.

Death is the beginning for Scorpio transformation

Together, Mars and Pluto explain why Scorpio energy can feel so intense because it’s driven (Mars), and it’s deep and transformative (Pluto). Scorpio doesn’t just want the surface-level version of life. It wants to go all the way down to the core: to understand, to feel, to change, and to rise again stronger.

Scorpio whispers to you that you are not here to stay the same. You are here to shed skin again and again until your essence gleams clean and true beneath the weight of all you’ve outgrown. You are here to walk willingly into the fire, not because you enjoy the burn, but because you know the ashes will teach you how to rise.

Let the identity that no longer fits dissolve.

Let the fear of being too much or too deep fall away.

Let the past version of you be honoured and buried.

Sometimes death is the beginning not the kind that ends life, but the kind that ends the pretending. The kind that clears the noise, the masks, the outdated roles. In the stillness that follows, you don’t need to rush to rebuild. Just breathe. Notice what remains. What’s true will stay. What’s real will rise. This is the quiet power of rebirth: not in becoming something new, but in remembering what’s always been beneath it all.

The Scorpio Full Moon is asking you to confront and face things head on

Energetically, Scorpio is about facing the shadows, confronting what’s hidden, and diving into the depths of our own psyche. The Full Moon in Scorpio brings to light what has been suppressed or avoided, urging us to release the emotional baggage, attachments or illusions we’ve been carrying. Scorpio energy is intensely purging, but also regenerative.

This isn’t about forcing change; it’s about allowing change to unfold through release. The Full Moon’s illumination creates a powerful moment for soul-level growth — it’s nature’s cosmic invitation to let go of what no longer serves us and to rise anew, more authentic and aligned with our truest self.

                                Scorpio is the Zodiac’s seductress

Scorpio is the Zodiac’s seductress and knowing that you don’t need to chase anything — things are drawn to you when you align with your authentic self. Scorpio teaches that true seduction is rooted in self confidence, in the ability to sit in your own power without needing validation. Let go of the idea that you have to prove anything. Let your energy speak for itself. Trust that when you are fully you, the right people and opportunities will naturally gravitate toward you

Under this Full Moon in May, perhaps the greatest act of seduction is to seduce yourself — to fall in love with your own mystery, your own depth, your own complexity. Scorpio energy is about exploring the hidden corners of your soul, uncovering truths that you’ve kept tucked away. It’s not about seeking approval or validation from others; it’s about embracing your own power and allure, even when no one else is watching.

                                Scorpio Sensuality

Seduction here isn’t about enticing others; it’s about captivating yourself. Slow down and become deeply present with your own energy. Feel the sensuality in your own existence, the way your body moves through the world, the way your thoughts and dreams intertwine. There’s a quiet allure in honouring your inner world — an invitation to fall in love with your own essence. It’s about creating a connection with yourself so deep, so unshakeable, that nothing and no one can disturb your peace.

Let go of control with the Scorpio Full Moon

Something else that strongly comes through when I channel the energy of this full moon is the invitation to release the tight grip you have on control. Do you not trust life and the universe, it’s infinite wisdom and intelligence that it created us and life perfectly?

The more you try to control the outcomes, the more you distance yourself from the flow of life.

Scorpio teaches us that surrender isn’t a sign of weakness, but of profound strength. It is in the act of letting go that you make room for true transformation. Trust that life is unfolding in a way that you cannot yet see, but will soon understand. Your attachment to how things “should” be is the very thing that blocks your growth.

Relinquish the need for certainty. Life’s most significant moments often arrive unexpectedly, and they demand your ability to trust in the process. Releasing control doesn’t mean you’re passive — it’s about being active in your trust, fully embracing the ebb and flow of life’s changes. When you trust the process, you align with the natural rhythm of the universe, and things unfold as they should. Remember, you are not in control of every situation, but you are always in control of how you respond and right now, the most powerful response is to let go.

                                Scorpio and the Underworld

Not only does Scorpio seduce it rules the underworld a space not of darkness and fear but of deep transformation. The underworld represents the parts of ourselves that we often bury, the emotions and experiences that we hide from the surface, fearing they might overwhelm us.

Yet, it is only by descending into this shadowy realm that we can truly know ourselves. Scorpio’s energy urges you to face the unconscious, to uncover the parts of your psyche that are waiting to be seen and healed. In the underworld, there are no pretences, no facades. What is real is revealed, and what is no longer necessary can be shed.

This Scorpio Full Moon encourages you to look into your own underworld — to confront the things you’ve been avoiding. It’s not about casting judgment on these hidden parts of yourself; it’s about understanding them, accepting them, and integrating them into your conscious being. The underworld isn’t a place of punishment or fear but of profound healing. It’s where you face your wounds, your regrets, your deep seated fears, and transform them.

May you see the darkness as treasures. Maybe you fear the dark because you don’t know it. Because you haven’t spent time with it. You don’t understand it yet.

Uranus opposes the Moon – Scorpio Full Moon

Do keep in mind this current Scorpio Full Moon is opposing Uranus, it brings a time of unexpected emotional shifts and surprises. When these two energies are in opposition, it can feel like emotions are being shaken up out of nowhere, and things you thought were stable can suddenly become unpredictable.

During this time, you might experience emotional breakthroughs or even some emotional turbulence. You could find yourself reacting in ways that are out of character, or new insights might emerge that challenge your previous understanding of yourself or situations around you.

This is a time where old emotional patterns might be disrupted, and this disruption can feel jarring, but it also offers an opportunity for growth. It’s like the universe is pushing you to release what’s no longer serving you and embrace a more authentic version of yourself.

This opposition can also bring sudden changes in your personal life or your emotional state, catching you off guard. You may feel the urge to break free from old attachments or situations that no longer feel true to who you are. While it might be uncomfortable, this unexpected energy is often necessary for your personal evolution. Instead of resisting it, try to lean into the change and allow the unexpected moments to teach you something new about yourself and your emotional world.

Finger of God – Scorpio Full Moon

Without getting too astrologically technical, the moon is energetically so to speak in the middle of a formation called the finger of God, an astrological alignment is considered significant because it often indicates moments of fated change, pivotal decisions or unexpected shifts (amplified by Uranus). Jupiter in Gemini and Chiron in Aries are forming the other points of this planetary alignment, creating a situation where our emotions (Moon) are being influenced by the tension between two opposing forces: growth and healing.

Jupiter, the planet of expansion, is in Gemini, which speaks to the need to open our minds, gain new perspectives and break free from outdated beliefs that have been holding us back. Meanwhile, Chiron in Aries represents deep emotional wounds, especially those tied to our sense of self and identity. It’s about confronting painful areas within ourselves and finding healing through embracing our vulnerability and courage.

Reckoning this Scorpio Full Moon May 2025

Thus the word coming through is reckoning. This reckoning when I see it visually shown to me is also like a storm passing through a dense forest. At first, the winds howl and shake the trees, uprooting old branches, leaving the forest feeling raw and exposed. However once the storm clears, the trees stand taller, the air is fresher, and the forest is ready for new growth.

In practical terms, reckoning means taking inventory. What are you still carrying that isn’t yours? Where are you forcing things out of fear, rather than allowing space for truth to emerge? This is the work: naming the avoidance, tracking your reactions, feeling what you’ve been numbing, and getting curious instead of defensive. It’s less about “fixing” yourself and more about finally facing yourself. Journaling, coaching, embodied practices, solitude — these aren’t fluffy spiritual tasks, they’re the tools that help you hold the mirror steady when your old identities begin to unravel.

Entering the void this Scorpio Full Moon May 2025

And then there’s the part no one likes to talk about: the in-between. After the storm, before the new shoots. The void. Reckoning doesn’t always come with a roadmap. You might not know exactly who you’re becoming yet and that’s the whole point. The invitation is to stay present in the not-knowing without rushing to fill the space. Because in that space, real transformation begins. You rebuild with intention. You start listening differently. You choose differently. And you stop living on autopilot. That’s when the reckoning becomes a rebirth. Quiet, raw, real.

Human Design energy Scorpio Full Moon May 2025

From a human design perspective the energy of this Scorpio Full Moon in May 2025 is assimilation, the voice within you that says “I know.” This knowing isn’t intellectual or forced —it’s organic, intuitive, and often arrives in moments of stillness or solitude. This is the energy of Simplification.

It takes complex inner truths and distills them into something clear and concise, something others can actually understand. Under a Scorpio Full Moon where emotions run deep and subconscious material rises to the surface, this collective energy can act like a translator for your soul. It helps you name or perhaps label what’s been hidden in the shadows. It doesn’t come from rushing or performing; it comes from trusting your internal timing and allowing clarity to form naturally.

When you’re in the shadow of this human design energy, you might feel misunderstood, pressured to explain yourself, or frustrated because your insights don’t seem to land. You might overtalk, overexplain or try to make something palatable when it’s simply not ready to be shared. Under this moon, notice where you’re trying to force insight instead of letting it emerge. Scorpio teaches us to sit with the discomfort, the unknown, the silence and this human design energy of assimilation echoes this by reminding you that true wisdom doesn’t always come with words right away. Part of the Scorpio initiation is learning to hold power without needing immediate validation.

Question: Why does it feel so intense? Like emotionally but also somehow calming. Confused

Answer: Because your soul already knows — it’s moved ahead, it’s aligned, it’s clear. But your human self is still catching up. That emotional intensity is the space between what you know deep down and what you’re still learning to live out loud. It’s the aftershock of a shift that’s already happened energetically, even if it hasn’t fully landed in your day-to-day yet.

After big transitions or rebirths, we often rush to do the next thing but integration takes time. Your nervous system, your heart, your habits they all need a moment to adjust to who you’re becoming. So yes, it feels intense and calm, because something has ended and something new has begun. You’re not lost, you’re actually landing.

Question: Trying to decide on what action to take, a few options opened up to me.

Answer what if the most potent action isn’t doing more, but letting go? The full moon has a way of illuminating what’s been hidden, showing us where we’re out of alignment, even if we’ve been trying to push through. It’s not just a time for momentum — it’s a mirror.

Letting go is its own kind of action: one rooted in trust, not fear. And from that space of release, the next aligned choice will often rise on its own, quiet and clear.

The second thing I feel coming through is that making a decision under a full moon isn’t about forcing clarity… it’s about noticing what keeps pulling at you. The full moon brings everything to the surface, including the things you keep circling back to. Instead of asking yourself what you should do, ask yourself: where is my energy naturally flowing? What choices or desires keep returning, even when I try to ignore them?

Sometimes, what we label as confusion is really just a fear of trusting what we already know. Full moons can reveal patterns: the way we loop, delay or stay stuck but they also offer insight into what’s been quietly consistent beneath the chaos. If something keeps resurfacing, it’s worth asking why. Is it calling you forward, or is it a lesson you’re finally ready to close?

Clarity under a full moon often comes not from control, but from paying attention to your own energetic patterns and trusting that the repetition is speaking to something deeper.

Question: How do I make the most of this current energy of the Scorpio Full Moon?

I’m glad you asked! A great segway to some journal prompts for food thought under this full moon (most potent in the lead up to, day of and 3 days after the full moon). I’m keeping it succinct with 5 but they’re pretty deep!

What part of yourself have you been hiding from the world, and why are you so afraid to show it? What would happen if you stopped hiding and allowed that part to be seen?

If you could meet your deepest fear in the underworld, what would it look like? What wisdom or strength could you gain from this encounter?

When was the last time you experienced a rebirth in your life? What did you have to let go of in order for that transformation to take place? How can you invite more moments of transformation?

What do you fear most about change and transformation? How does your resistance to change hold you back from stepping into your next level of growth?

What is the greatest illusion you’ve been living under about yourself or your life? How would embracing the truth, however uncomfortable, shift your path forward?

So if things feel uncertain right now, if life seems to be asking more questions than it answers—you’re not lost, you’re in process. This Scorpio Full Moon reminds us that before clarity comes the void, and before rebirth comes release. Let the wisdom of your own inner underworld speak. Let the truths that don’t need explanation rise to the surface. Stay tender, stay brave and let whatever is coming up transform you.
