Morgan is an author, advocate, wife, and speaker. Her work supports conversations that are needed to stop stigmas and support healing, self-acceptance, and personal growth. Her goal is to crush the image and pursuit of perfection by captivating the raw beauty of sincere progress.
Her first book "Questions, Christ, and the Quarter-Life Crisis" is one that I have read personally and can attest to its significance in getting me through my own quarter-life crisis. Her latest book, Blooming Bare, is a collection of poetry and prose that captures revelations, reflections, and raw conversations with one's self along the journey of self-love, healing, and growth.
This conversation is not one to skip over. We hit a whole bunch of angles when it comes to other people and their thoughts, words, opinions, and actions towards you. A few of the topics we cover are below:
Morgan’s story of going through depression and a quarter-life crisis
How to filter through fake friendships to find the real ones
“Peace, Profits, and Purpose”… where do people fall into that?
How to pull away from friends you no longer want to give time, energy, and attention
How to handle people sharing and spreading rumors and saying hurtful things to you
The process of healing and forgiveness
