To mark a very special day, World Mental Health Day, we are back with the most powerful story from Hannah Ennis. She is someone who inspired me to share my own story and I’m so grateful she has trusted me to now share hers.
She takes us on the journey that led to her time in rehab in Thailand because unfortunately like so many others, the healthcare system in Ireland failed her.
We chat about how we’ve both used drugs and alcohol as an escape as well as serious self-sabotage and navigating our way out of that. Hannah shares the daily habits, tools & alternative therapies that help her keep the intrusive thought and old patterns from creeping in. But still, not every day is perfect.
