It can be tempting to solve problems for our team members, including ensuring they are happy beyond work, that they are seeking out career growth etc, or even (as we hear) ensuring they have petrol in their car. The reality is that, when we do this, we are not helping our people take responsibility for their own issues and feel the satisfaction of problem solving and growing.
