Can you truly, really believe that in one day the year is over? What are the things that you absolutely want to remember from 2025? Now would be a great time to do some journaling. And in this process, what is there still to heal?
Making peace with “what is” is an easy way to finish the year with better understanding of it.
During the holidays, some of us can feel more intensely the loneliness, being away from loved ones or not having someone to call “family”. And usually this solitude makes us go round and round to the old story of “ I am not worthy “ or “I am not loveable” . How true is this story?
We will take a look at how we can change the story and change our own way of romanticizing pain.
There are ways of beating the holiday blues and we are here to guide you through having a Merry Christmas no matter where you are and who is around you.
When we suffer from loneliness or solitude, we tell ourselves a story and usually is a sad one. In moments like these, we focus more on the things that are missing in our life, all the things we should have done. And before we know it, our mind start putting together thinking patterns that turn into beliefs and we dig our “loneliness” hole even deeper.
What is to be done? Build yourself a morning routine so satisfying and powerful, that will short circuit the negative patterns in your mind.
Today’s episode is the perfect example HOW TO actually do it.
The way we feel when we are in our own company, defines the quality of our life. The conversations we have with ourselves, the answers we give and the stories we create, create meaning for ourselves
This episode has a beautiful challenge, to tell the story of your own solitude, in a positive and loving way.
Did you ever consider giving your solitude a fun name? What about “Soso” or “Sisi”? So in those moments when you feel the loneliness approaching, to treat it like an old friend? To invite it in for a cup of tea and listen to it, rather than shutting your door in its face.
Loneliness has different meanings and interpretations, but also because it’s so raw and personal, it can send us spiraling if we don’t take our footing on how it affects and how we should receive it .
And the paradox is that the lonelier we feel, we more we tend to isolate ourselves and identity with the “victim mentality “ that we have so well practiced.
How can we make peace with loneliness ? We want to guide you and support you along this lonely journey. And the journey begins right here.
Presence, momentum and what it means to show up for yourself! That’s what this season 5 is all about. And we did take our sweet time to get here. To prove exactly why we need to understand the difference between the time being right and the time being ready.

As usual, we leave you with a question, so take your time and reflect on it “ How do you decide which story you would invest some time into?”
It has been an absolute pleasure to be with you every Monday morning. And looking forward to September, when we can dive into more complex topics about human interactions.
In this part 3 of the “Lucidity Series”, we continue the example of 2 business partners that are angry with each other. In last week’s episode, nr 100, we looked at one side of the story, today we analyze how lucidity was applied in this specific case.
We will give you 1 little key: it starts with acknowledgment!
Hope these 3 episodes will help you in your daily life and in your business.
A lot of times what is missing in our quality of life and relationships in general is the concept and the practice of lucidity. On the other hand, we are very attached to the idea of “reality”, our reality.
In a strange way is lucidity vs “our reality”.
PS: if you are just stumbling at this episode, please refer to episode 99, for the concept of lucidity in our life.
