Former U.S. Attorney Bill McSwain, gubernatorial candidate for Pennsylvania, returns to the Dom Giordano Program to discuss multiple issues playing out throughout the Commonwealth. First, Giordano asks McSwain about a pledge he signed promising to not raise taxes on citizens of Pennsylvania, with the candidate telling that he’s the only candidate to sign a similar pledge. Then, Giordano asks McSwain to take us back to the relationship between his office while serving as U.S. Attorney and officials in Philadelphia including Mayor Jim Kenney and District Attorney Larry Krasner, after the Mayor thanked the feds for their assistance in getting carjackings under control. After that, Dom broadens the topic to  criminal justice, asking McSwain how we’ve gotten to the point we are in Philadelphia, and hearing what he’d do if he were Governor to hold city officials accountable.
