Life is constantly changing and there is nothing any of us can do to control how it changes. Though we all know this conceptually, most of us forget it most of the time. Many of us suffer deeply in our feelings of incompetence and lack of control when faced with change and endings. This meditation is a simple reorientation with our bodies and breath to the constant state of change that surrounds us. Practicing this re-connection we are more likely to open ourselves to possibility, trust, and flow.
