It’s been awhile since we’ve been able to get an episode out, but today we’re getting back on track and talking about consistency. What area of your life-faith, fitness, finance, etc.-are you getting off track? Often when people get off track they feel guilt and shame and instead of asking what will move them forward, they sit in their guilt and their shame. We all know if you miss one day it’s easy to miss the next day, and then it turns into a snowball effect. Don’t keep yourself consistently inconsistent. Keep your eyes on the goal and the vision, don’t get caught up in the current circumstance. Three things we do to stay on track are to look at our goals daily, to tell people about our goals to be held accountable, and to have check-ins with ourselves on a regular basis.
