Maybe April will bring showers, and maybe May will bring flowers. But one way another, to us, April means it's solidly Spring. We're excited about all that April has to offer—the weather, the random holidays, and the way the season prompts us to engage with God and one another. 

Plus, we even took the liberty of compiling a list of free stuff you can get this month, because who doesn't love that?! 

Random holiday deals:

  • Pretzel Day April 26 -  Auntie Anne's – Free Original or Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel available (2022, hopefully 2023 as well!)
  • National Burrito Day April 6th - Chipotle—free queso, Moe’s—5.99 burritos, Taco Bell—free burrito with $15 purchase.
  • National Cheese Fondue Day April 11th - Melting pot has some sort of free cheese fondue on the 11th. Can't go wrong with that. 
  • April 12 - Sonic did grilled cheese for $1 last year. Let's hope they do this year, too! 
  • April 15 TAX DAY!
      • KONA ICE: Take some of the stress out of doing taxes. Or celebrate having turned them in! Kona Ice is calling it, "Chill Out Day." Grab a free Kona Ice from a participating truck. 
      • OFFICE MAX: You could get a free 5-pound shredder from Office Max for taking care of any of those old tax documents. Grab the coupon at their website. 
      • PLANET FITNESS: And if you're still needing to "file away the tension", Planet Fitness has you covered. They're offering a free HydroMassage on select days throughout April. They also have a free 1,040-second long workout to honor the good ole 1040 tax form.
