Welcome everyone, I was introduced to today's guest last year at the AFA convention. Hailey was wrapping up a project that she had done to complete her doctorate in occupational therapy and her research project had some very specific relevance to what we do. A few months later we were able to finally sit down and chat about the details of this research project. In our conversation, Hailey reveals a lot of details about things that we could do to improve the longevity of our careers, just our overall physical health.
