Half the County cannot afford a $250,000 home.  That is according to a recent NAHB Study on the Housing Pyramid.  In this study they analyze different price points of homes and show how much of the country can afford each level.  It's a pretty shocking set of data.  If ever there was a good argument for more focus on housing affordability this is it.   You are not going to want to miss this episode.
