Returning from my 6-day Light Body Meditation, I am filled with exuberance at the high frequencies of illuminated light we experienced with our Light Body Group (OrinDaben.com). Even with my own dedication to my spiritual practice and many consecutive days of meditating, I still find the modern world can be physically, mentally and emotionally noisy. This can cause a kind of underlying anxiety that we all feel from time to time (maybe all the time).
Since our hands occupy a large area of the cerebral cortex, we can use a relaxation of the hands to bring a calm and peace to our inner realm. We start with this Hands of Light meditation, which we use to quiet the mind and bring liquid light into the hands, arms, head and above. Then we explore our own cocoon of light, surrounded by a whisper of rainbow light. Exploring further, we engage with the high pure frequencies of Love, Peace, Joy, Beauty, Harmony and more, not only as emotions we recognize in our human capacity, but as eternal abundance flows of spiritual energy that we can use, amplify and share. We extend that sharing out to the natural world around us, participating in calling a new world into being.
