The end of Season Two has come & fret not, we will be back for more! This season has been a lot of fun & quite frankly has become one of my favorite projects to date.
Talking about this shit has been amazing!
Every so often, during any journey it is ok to take a moment and reflect upon your travels. In doing so you may realize that you've done some badass things during your journey. Take a moment and grasp what you've done and accomplished.
All it takes is that one degree of change to make a difference... you can either sit on the couch with your bag of chips or you can get off your butt and go for a walk... even the smallest of degrees of change is still forward progress.
Holidays come and go. With holidays come amazing foods and the potential desire to eat a lot of those amazing foods.... like pie!!
We've mentioned it before, the things we do to relieve the stresses of life. Now let's take it a lil deeper into some anger management and tunes and how it all wraps up nicely.

Three words made popular in my realm by John Cena. Three words that can be used in many realms. No matter what life throws at you, be it a curveball or a sack of lemons... don't quit. Be it in a journey through health and fitness or be it through life in general... NEVER GIVE UP!
Sometimes life throws you curveballs. You can either swing and miss, or you can step up & smash it. It's your call....
We bibble and babble about flipping the script but ultimately when it comes to flipping the script and taking control, consistency is key.
2020 was a bit of a cunt. Covid came and did it's thing. Some of those things were destructive on personal levels & others on a business level. It hits even harder when it's your business....
JD tells a story of how he had to flip the script & be it as it is, it's an inspiring tale in its own little way.
When shit gets you down or even completely wrecks you.... How do you bounce back? I take it one day at a time and go from there. Each and every day I struggle with the being ghosted thing, it still fucks me up sometimes. But I take it all in strides!
