Hanging w/ The D

One year ago to the date this went down & even though 2020 was definitely whack for any number of reasons but one thing that kicked off 2020 and made it not suck was getting to do this with a brother and getting to meet my hero.  We started with Clerks and finished with a viewing of Jay & Silent Bob Reboot!!!  With the man himself, Kevin Smith!!  There was the Q&A and the meet and greet after the film.

David and I embarked upon a journey through time and space that resulted in a trip to the #RebootRoadshow where we got to watch #JayAndSilentBobReboot at the #FargoTheater with @ThatKevinSmith!!!!

It was awesome!! It went by hella quick!!  The Q&A was super rad!!  The photo op was AWESOME!!

If you have not seen the Super Groovy Cartoon Movie, I suggest you seek it out and watch it at least once in your life.

Stay tuned for more and we hope you're enjoying the ride!!!

As the first season marches on, we delve into something that honestly isn't taken near serious enough & is something that is very very very crucial to any journey, but in this case here, a journey of the health & fitness sort.

Seriously though, Mental Health is something that deserves a lot of attention and the way that it can fuck your flow, it is every bit as important as diet and exercise.

The question you have to ask yourself is why do you journey the journey?  Is it for yourself? Is it for loved ones? Is it for your own sanity? Is the trek across the journey what keeps you moving forward?

Chasing Amy is next up on the trip to the #RebootRoadshow and I believe it is a very under-loved film.

As this episode drops, David and I will be nearing our destination for the day as we get ready to prepare for our outing with the guys behind this universe when we join them at the Fargo Theater for the stop on the #RebootRoadshow!!!

I met JD in a podcasting Facebook page about a year back & we started to converse a bit back & forth, until one of us got booted from the group for the use of "colorful language."  It was then that JD created a Facebook group for uncensored content creators like ourselves.  From there we bonded a bit more and more as we conversed more and more, until the birth of a podcast called A Fitness Journey w/ JD & The D, which we later upgraded to A Health & Fitness Journey w/ JD & The D, because of how much emphasis would be put into the health aspects of a fitness journey.... such as mental health.

Super long story short, we kicked it off here and led it down a beautiful road and each episode became more and more fun to record.  We only hope that you enjoy The Pilot as much as we did doing it.
