Familia this past month has been extremely tough since our daughters have been getting sick so often. I bet many of you can relate. In this episode we asked our good Friend Dr. Edgar Chavez the following questions:

1. Is it normal for our elementary school kids to be getting sick so often this school year? 

2. How can we prevent our kids from getting sick so often? 

3. Many parents have told us that this is normal and that our kids getting sick so often will actually strengthen her immune system, is this true? 

4. Is there a way to tell the difference between “Cold Symptoms” and “Covid 19 Symptoms” in our kids?

Our first born went to school for the first time in her life. At 4yrs old Ariela Sotelo taught us, her parents, an amazing lesson that we can all apply into our daily life.
