She came to the spotlight on the fifth season of American Idol, and was given an incredible opportunity to share publicly about her faith. Mandisa also gets vulnerable about her journey to pursuing mental and physical health by healing from depression and working through childhood wounds. She shares about times where she was trapped in a deep, emotional pit, and how she has learned to find her comfort in Christ rather than temporary things.
