Today’s Flashback Friday guest is none other than Ellie Holcomb! Y’all, four years later and I still have people tell me how much that episode impacted them. It was truly one of the most vulnerable episodes we’ve ever done. Before jumping into Ellie’s Happy Hour episode #162, we caught up for a bit on what’s happened since 2017, her advocacy for counseling, and the importance of lament. We covered so much in our chat!

In her 2017 episode, Ellie and I talked about going through tough seasons in marriage and seeking counseling and had a very real conversation about mental health and the life of being a family with two traveling musicians.
