My guest for The Happy Hour 416 is Lolo Jones. Lolo Jones is an Olympic athlete in Bobsledding and Track & Field. She is currently training for the 2022 Winter Olympics which will take place in Beijing! Lolo also recently released a book called Over It which is loaded with encouragement, overcoming failure and pursuing thankfulness.

In today’s episode, Lolo shares about her childhood that led to her Olympic journey - from running personal bests in 2008 Beijing to losing the gold medal after hitting the 9th hurdle in the race.
