Last weeks guests travelled from Wales, this weeks came all the way from Dublin. Yes Anto from Alpha Project came down to talk to the lads about a Top 5 they could have talked for another 3 hours about.

The Alpha Project Podcast has been running over in Dublin for an impressively long time and Anto and his co-host Jayme dress up serious topics in a clown costume before tackling them head-on. Well worth a delve!

As for Anto, he's already seen Chris urinate on stage, (last years HCL live show in Dublin) so was well prepared for the sorts of odd comments and banter Stu and the gnome would bring to the table. So glad to have had Anto join us and we really think you guys will enjoy this one!

This weeks guest is none other than Nick Halkes. A chap who’s career has grown alongside the the UK dance music scene.

Nick was one of the founders of independent record label XL Recordings where he signed and worked with acts such as House of Pain, SL2 and Liquid before taking up a position as a director at EMI and launching the Positiva label. The Positiva label enjoyed significant success under Halkes leadership with artists such as Reel to Real,Alice Deejay,The Bucketheads and more and is now home to David Guetta and Deadmau5 amongst others.

Nick joined Chris and Stu to do a HCL first and run through a top 5 in chronological order, giving us an insight into the the clubnights and people that set him on the path he followed.

This episode is fascinating and also a good laugh, as Nick was articulate, smart and very easy to get along with.

The boys also discuss his podcast Trailblazers which he records with HCL friend Eddie Tempel Morris and his awesome clubnight Reach Up, with partners Andy Smith and Crissy Kybosh.

About twelve months ago the boys were lucky to be invited onto the Dream Factory podcast. Where the basic premise is to pitch movie ideas to each other off the back of hearing the title. Lots of fun was had an it was only a matter of time until Joel and Josh from the Dream Factory came on to HCL.
