Hear more from 502: The 31st of June at www.hardlyfocused.com/episode-502
Jack kicks off this segment by featuring audio of Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil attempting - and failing - to sing. Of course, this bodes well for their upcoming reunion tour.
In the world of politics, representative Marjorie "Captain Wacky" Taylor-Greene mailed to the White House a letter full of inaccuracies about the COVID-19 pandemic. The letter requests acknowledgement by a date that doesn't actually exist - June 31. Acc notes that most Republicans in power will go out of their way to avoid correcting flubs like this.
Meanwhile in the land of sports, Naomi Osaka drops out of the French Open due to mental health concerns. Initially, Osaka was fined for failing to appear for required press conferences. Jack and Mike figure she could have taken the Marshawn Lynch route and just BS'd her conferences.

This is not the 500th episode of this podcast; rather, it’s another installment of The Acc and Jack Show! Fun fact; The Acc and Jack Show began 15 years ago, in 2006. The only difference between then and now is the somewhat-improved sound quality; everything else is questionable.
On this episode, Acc and Jack chat about the following:
Thanks for listening/watching!

This segment kicks off with discussion of the COVID vaccines. Jack and Nate are both awaiting their second Moderna shot, while Mike is on-deck for his first. Jack couldn’t tell if the way he felt after the first shot were side-effects, or because he ate bad mall Chinese food.
In other news, a musician’s funeral has made the news for being incredibly bizarre. The body of the musician was on display, propped up behind his drum set. Jack is more upset over the drums having been set up incorrectly.
