Imagine trading a high-stakes banking career for a life devoted to regenerative agriculture—this is the remarkable journey of Christian Jochnik. In this episode, hosted by Rose Claverie, we delve into Christian's transformation from financier to founder of Juntos farm in Ibiza. Tune in to learn how he's revolutionizing farming with a focus on sustainability, local food production, and combating the resistance to regenerative practices. This conversation promises to inspire and challenge conventional views on agriculture.
Nothing in this show should be used as medical advice or encouragement to use drugs.
[2:24] - What's the goal of regenerative agriculture? Instead of having an extracting system, we should have a system feeding the ecosystem.
[4:19] - How does he fight against pests? Nature regulates itself very well. Does he need chemicals sometimes?

[20:51] - Are people ready to pay for quality? Yes, for Christian, it's a market failure.
[22:00] - What is the problem of trust regarding organic? This is a fundamental problem for Christian.

[30:55] - Harvest of the Day : if something easy or simple could make the world a better place, what would it be for Christian?
