In this week's Journal, Nabuguzi touches a bit on toxicity in friendships and how important it is for us to speak more about them because we are losing our loved ones in them as much as we do in toxic relationships and marriages.

When we ask people to reach out to us, in their moments of pain, do we do it, well aware that we are equipped with the right tools to be the ones they should reach out to? I believe one of the most grueling forms of regret is the usage of wrong words on other people, worse on the people struggling with unimaginable depths of emotional pain; and this is very possible when we are caught unaware with so much information, we would not know how to deal with, even on a personal level. This is where Nabuguzi is coming from, in this week's journal.

We have a new segment - Nabu's Journal and this segment will come in weeks; this episode forms week 2 and in it, Nabuguzi reflects on her rumination on death, and what it means to deal with grief.
Nabu's Journal is a segment created on the basis that there are so many things that happen to us and around us; and some, if not most times, we do not get to talk about or reflect on them. We end up carrying them into the new week and only get to cleanse on Wednesdays when a fresh episode is upon us. What to Expect: Weekly Experiences, lessons, side eyes, humor, and Episode reviews read out loud (consent to attach the name of the publisher of the review, is paramount)
