Haunted or Hoax

So, we said we were heading to the West Coast this week. But things got....rerouted and we ended right back up in Louisiana! Episode 39 centers around Myrtles Plantation a place full of history and very specific haunts. To a widely advertised legend of a slave girl to a man dying on the 17th step, we try to separate what's a real haunt and what seems a little far fetched.

Get your weekly fix with Episode 36! We are still on location this week. Well...when we recorded this we were. We took a day trip to Cumberland Island located in South Georgia! We saw dolphins, Kristen scolded a snake away from a photo op, and some wild horses that roam the island! It's a mostly untouched, beautiful, very hot and humid island with a lot of history. We also heard it was a little cursed. But you can be the judge of that!

We took a break and a trip! Jumping back into Episode 35 we took a Fourth of July jaunt to Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach for a Ghost Tour! We bring you from that hot, sweaty, slightly stormy night Femme Fatales of Fernandina! Like the name? We made it up. But can we say the same about the stories on the tour? You'll have to listen to find out!

Surprise! This is our very first bonus episode of Polterguests. Its a Paranormal Pow Wow of sorts with people from the places we've talked about and the paranormal community in general. First up, we have the Founder of Paranormal Investigators of Milwaukee (PIM) Noah Leigh! He was kind enough to do the interview while traveling and had some great insight on paranormal investigation. We loved chatting with him and hope you love listening!

This week we aren't exploring a new haunted location, rather we are looking into the equipment that they use when investigating! We go through some of the key tools of the trade and whether or not we think they're really worth the money in your wallet. Stay tuned for something special later this week!

Back to one of our favorite places for episode 33! We talk about Kehoe House in Savannah, GA built by an Irish man, not a British woman. We got tongue tied, but we promise the information is all there. From twins in chimneys, many MANY children, and retired football stars we think this episode is bound to keep you on your toes. At the very least, entertained at your desk.

32 coming to YOU, our listeners! This week we discuss Old South Pittsburgh Hospital! Not in Pennsylvania though, in Tennessee. Geography is so confusing sometimes. Anyway, this location is particularly popular among ghost hunters. It's even called a Paranormal Research Center. But does it have the history and evidence to really back it up? Find out and if  YOU have any experiences with this spiritual hub, let us know!

We are back! Well, Kristen is still visiting family in this episode, but she made it to record 31 which is Edinburgh Manor in Iowa! The Manor isn't actually a manor at all? It used to be a Poor House then an assisted living facility... a lot has gone on there. From scratches, to the Joker (not that one), to a laundry list of people dying there Edinburg did not disappoint us!
