To conclude a busy day of rebuilding the defense, the Panthers re-signed starting cornerback Mike Jackson to a two-year deal, retaining him alongside Jaycee Horn for the next two seasons. On Tuesday, the Panthers secured a deal with Shy Tuttle, reworking his contract and freeing up an additional $3 million in cap space.
