This morning, the effort to overturn House Bill 267 -- the bill that banned public labor union collective bargaining -- cleared a major hurdle. Signatures from more than 8% of Utah voters, as well a 8% of voters in 15 of the state's 29 Senate districts, have now been verified. That doesn't mean everything is set and done yet.
